This drs office is not trans friendly. I've never met a transphobic Dr until I came here. I booked an appointment specifically for hrt, been on it for 5 years and needed a new dr. They told me over the phone it wouldn't be a problem. I usually call and check just to make sure to not waste my time and to be cautious. The Dr I got set up with was Dr. Yahn-Kun and as soon as he found out I'm trans he wouldn't even speak to me about it. He said they don't do that here and told me he didn't want to talk about it anymore. Huge waste of time, money and made me feel like my needs didn't matter. When I requested to set up an appointment with a different dr they first gave me an attitude, then said they needed to get approval from their manager. It shouldn't matter why I'm asking for a new dr. It's my money and should be my choice. They called back after 2 days saying it was approved and to call them back, but I'm not wasting my time with this office again. If you want a compassionate Dr that will take their time for your needs, please don't choose this office.

DO NOT--I repeat, DO NOT go to this clinic if you want an office that cares about you. I had my blood drawn there several months ago. The tech had just finished up and I told her I felt like I was going to faint. She asked, " Have you fainted before when you have had your blood drawn?" "Yes, but it was a long time ago", I replied. That's the last thing I remember. The next thing I knew I was waking up on the hard tile floor. The tech came in and found me there, saying she had left the room to get a sticker for my blood vile. They checked me out and let me drive home. I had fallen forward onto the floor on my head. I had a large "goose egg", as well as a sore shoulder that hurt for 4-5 months. When I talked to Providence's risk management office the very rude woman insisted I had not warned the tech that I felt faint. The tech let me fall on my head and then lied about it. They only care about themselves at the Battle Ground Clinic, not their patients' well being. I fired my doctor-Camille Chandler, who was no help in this ordeal. Now I go to the Providence Mill Plain Clinic, and have had a 100% positive experience there. Even if you live close to Battle Ground, stay away from them. They are dishonest.

DO NOT GO TO RICHARD KNOWLES!!!! I promise you, you will thank me for telling you. This provider does nothing but lie, mislead you with his intentions, berate you, and judge you, and does not want what's best for you. They had a provider that was great but is no longer there suddenly and they replaced her with this person. So other then the receptionist staff, and a few MA's who are amazing, this place will do nothing for you. If you require anything other then a flu shot PLEASE DONT GO HERE. save your time and money and go elsewhere.

Have had nothing but unpleasant visits every time I’ve been into this clinic. The staff upfront is so rude, it’s unprofessional. They mess up my prescriptions constantly, then they ARGUE with me. However the doctors I have been seen by have been GREAT. The medical assistants and receptionists not so much. My last visit I had my 5 year old one with me and an elderly woman became unconscious in the waiting room, the staff just stared at her, I had to stand up and wave my arms and yell call 911 just to get them to respond.

I was in for lab work over the weekend as a walk in client. Staff was stellar and their safety protocols are excellent, I felt safe the entire time I was there. The woman at the front desk, who was also screening patients outside, deescalated a situation with a patient beautifully, then proceeded to come in and get me checked in, with a smile on her face the entire time. Kudos!!!

While traveling I needed medical assistance with an infection exaggerated by asthma. I encountered three people who couldn't have been more kind, professional and concerned. My check in was efficient, private and caring. I waited no more than five minutes and was invited in by an assistant that took my vitals and settled me in to next receive a physicians assistant named Susan that listened carefully to me, examined me and prescribed exactly what I needed. It's now about thirty hours later and I'm feeling much better and able to enjoy our trip. Thank you all! Barry

I have recently been seeing Dr. Lloyd and Kacie and they are the first doctors at Providence that I have had confidence in. They both listen and take what I’m saying seriously and have actually DONE something to make headway on my issues. Kacie ordered a blood test because I haven’t ever had any routine tests and caught a issue that’s been plaguing me most of my life but no one else thought to check. So kudos to these doctors for not giving the brush off like so many others have before, and I can’t wait to sort it all out and improve my quality of life.

Josh at the front desk was absolutely amazing! Always nerve racking when heading to the doctor. It’s a breath of fresh air to deal with someone so pleasant and friendly as soon as you arrive, definitely takes the anxiety of a doctors visit down! Dr. Holbrook is awesome as well! Glad to have found a nice, friendly family practice for my family since moving to Washington!

Staff was super friendly from start to finish! I think the lady I spoke to on the phone was April, to the woman who checked me in, and the MA Mark who performed my test. Everyone was awesome! Apologize if I have the names wrong :)) Keep up the good work during these stressful times.
