Disappointed. I went with my husband then they gave us a room with 2 beds individual. The stuff is old. The bathroom is not like in the photos really small. And very noisy from the loud traffic.

I spent 2 weeks here, and I can not believe how good this place is. The people who work to serve are the best in the business. I've been to several hotels in Peru, and this was by far the most accommodating and friendly place I've been. Jorge, Valeria, and Gabriella are the best!! Thank you!

Friendly and very helpful front desk staff especially Jorge, the lady who was in duty in the daytime and Stephanie. Lovely common spaces. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. Hot shower. Fantastic central location.

Probably the highest quality hotel in the city, helpful staff and kind. The restaurant « Paprika » is amazing if you have a european salary😂

Amazing hotel , amazing staff and great location. Luis is an amazing person , he went above and beyond to help us out , helping us translate and arrange for cars , helping us with check in and check out and everything in between. Luis and the rest of the staff at the hotel made our trip amazing.

The staff of the hotel (both reception and bar/restaurant) was absolutely amazing with great guest service! They bend over backwards with even extra phonecalls to help us with booking a bus online to our next destination when we could not manage online ourselves. Also they have great advice where to go in Trujillo and what to see, where to eat and how to get there. The beds are extremely comfortable and rooms are very clean. We absolutely loved our stay here! Great compliments to the helpfull staff!

On the morning of our departure after staying two nights, we ate the breakfast buffet and got food poisoning. We had severe symptoms including involuntary vomiting for the next 24 hours, and have not yet fully recovered 48 hours later. The service in the hotel was excellent, and in particular the breakfast servers and bartenders were very kind and accommodating, and the hotel rooms were fine, but giving clients food poisoning is unforgivable for a hotel of this caliber. It’s unfortunate that we had this experience, and the quality control of the food needs to be addressed. Until thence, we cannot recommend and won’t return.

Excellent hotel, quality service, well maintained and great restaurant, I fully recommend, and the location is the best. The employees are very friendly and courteous, rooms are clean, if you a good place to stay at Trujillo, this is the place you need to stay for.

Really nice Hotel, the common areas are really comfortable and the bar is superb, the people attending are very professional and know how to attend to their guests needs, very serviceable people. They know their way around the city and can easily contact hou with anything you may need to get you to have a really good time in Trujillo, it's only downside is that I like the one in the El Golf area better just because of its location, but they are both great

I stayed in this hotel recently with my family recently and I had a fantastic time. We got married in the church right next to the hotel which was very convenient transport wise. They make a great Pisco sour and Bloody Mary and the staff are super friendly. When I go back to Trujillo I will definitely stay in this hotel again!

Old stuffs, noisy and ugly room. Very disappointed

Great place in the historic plaza de armas. We hoy the suite in front of the plaza and had a lovely balcony and awesome views of the city. Will come back here again.
