This
was
the
worst
customer
service
experience
of
my
life.
I
will
paste
my
email
to
them
but
I
removed
my
name.
This
did
happen
and
this
was
a
big
order.
Just
imagine
how
you
will
be
treated
with
a
smaller
order.
Also
I
got
hung
up
on
over
five
times
throughout
the
day
with
no
call
back
at
all
even
knowing
my
experience.
Still
no
response.
Save
yourself
the
time
and
go
with
a
company
that
would
at
least
act
like
they
care
because
I
felt
no
love
at
Pandora.

how
your
company
let
me
down.
I
looked
on
your
website
and
seen
something
that
I
thought
my
wife
will
like
for
her
birthday
which
is
12/17.
I
seen
that
your
company
also
had
a
promotion
going
on
where
ypu
would
get
a
free
bracelet
for
every
200
you
spent.
When
I
put
my
order
in
I
noticed
that
only
three
bracelets
wore
added
so
I
called
and
asked
why
only
three
and
also
asked
is
I
could
get
five.
Because
of
the
amount
I
was
spending.
I
was
told
no.
While
on
the
phone
I
askes
several
times
if
I
would
get
my
order
by
the
17
and
was
told
yes.
I
still
placed
the
order.
First
after
placing
my
order
I
got
no
conformation
and
had
to
call
again
to
get
my
order
number
while
on
the
phone
again
I
asked
again
and
again
if
I
would
get
it
by
the
17.
I
was
told
yes.
I
got
a
email
after
saying
I
needed
to
call
to
confirm
my
order.
I
did
just
that.
Once
again
asking
if
my
order
would
be
here
by
the
17
and
being
told
yes.
I
kept
looking
up
the
order
to
see
where
it
was
with
shipping
to
only
see
it
was
not
sent
yet.
I
called
again
to
only
be
told
that
my
order
was
cancelled
due
to
me
not
confirming
while
the
young
lady
on
the
phone
was
telling
me
she
could
see
the
note
where
I
confirmed.
Now
I'm
being
told
that
even
if
I
place
my
order
again
I
would
not
get
the
promotion
bracelets
and
of
course
I
won't
get
the
order
in
time.
The
gift
was
for
my
wife
and
mother
of
my
five
daughters
and
I
felt
with
that
order
I
had
at
least
one
year
where
I
got
that
women
something
she
deserves
because
she
the
best.
Your
company
let
me
down.
I
don't
"feel
the
love"
from
your
company
by
a
matter
of
fact
thanks
to
you
guys
I
won't
be
feeling
any
love
any
time
soon.
