    I went to this store on 4/21 and spoke with a young male about returning a ring that did not fit. I was told that they did not make the ring in my size. I had the ring with me that I never wore as well as the receipt. After the male scanned the receipt he informed me that I purchased the ring from a corporate store (which was a complete lie), and I would need to return it to a corporate store. So I drove over an hour away one way from Connecticut to Yonkers, NY and after getting there, they scanned my receipt and told me I purchased my ring from a "franchise" store. They showed me the difference between the two receipts and said there was no reason why this store couldn't have returned the ring. The store in Yonkers felt so bad for me, they violated their own policy and exchanged the ring for a necklace. In short, the Trumbull Pandora lied to me because they did not want to return my ring, even though they were more then capable of returning it, and I drove over two hours because of their dishonesty. This was after working all night on a COVID unit and not sleeping all day. Horrible customer service, plan on filing a complaint against the store and the gentleman who lied to me.

    Only the BEST to say about my visit today!!! Went in for my first charm bracelet for my birthday and KATHY was nothing but excellent when it comes to customer service. Truly a nice gal and made my day helping me with my perfect new bracelet! Also felt very comfortable given circumstances with COVID, just a short wait outside after the customers left everything was wiped down before inviting us in. We will be back to build with charms in the future, thank you again 😊

    Sadly one of my stones fell off of one of my charms (the one that keeps the other charms from moving). The sales person said it had been discontinued. Well, the choices were not as pretty and brilliant as what I originally had. I had to settle. Not to mention how small this place is.

    Was told to wait outside because the store was full (There was only 2 costumers and 2 employees inside the store at the time). Walked away because I did not want to wait. Right after I left, 3 white ladies walked in and the employees proceeded to help them with the other 2 costumers still in the store when I was told it was full. Awful costumer service.

    Marisol was super helpful and patient with me and my sisters picking out a gift for mom. Even when we had her change at last minute what we wanted she didn’t complain and helped us out. I’d definitely come back to shop with her being the one to help me.

    I purchased a 14k gold pandora charm on Xmas eve for my wife. My wife was concerned about the authenticity of the charm so she went to a jeweler to have it checked. The metal was plated rose gold and not the 14k gold as advertised and sold to me. When my wife returned the charm to Pandora, she was treated with suspicion as if she had done something wrong. Finally, the store manager exchanged the fake charm for one that did not seem similar in value to the price I originally paid. Terrible customer service, fake product, and cynical resolve was my experience. I would say to others to proceed with caution and have your purchase authenticated by a 3rd party if your planning to shop here.

    Let me just say these ladies were amazing from beginning to end. Madelyn immediately calmed me when I called so worried. When I arrived she greeted me warmly and assisted me with so much pleasure. Vanessa followed through with questions I had as well. Talk about team work these ladies made it happen all around. I went for one thing and let’s just say I walked out with four things total. The service provided was great. My concerns were taken care of immediately and anything I wanted to know about or see was answered or shown. I thank these ladies deeply for the help. My bracelet means a lot to me knowing that my sister gave it to me for Christmas. Thank you ladies very much.

    This was the worst customer service experience of my life. I will paste my email to them but I removed my name. This did happen and this was a big order. Just imagine how you will be treated with a smaller order. Also I got hung up on over five times throughout the day with no call back at all even knowing my experience. Still no response. Save yourself the time and go with a company that would at least act like they care because I felt no love at Pandora. Hello my name is W V and I am writing you to hopefully let someone important know how your company let me down. I looked on your website and seen something that I thought my wife will like for her birthday which is 12/17. I seen that your company also had a promotion going on where ypu would get a free bracelet for every 200 you spent. When I put my order in I noticed that only three bracelets wore added so I called and asked why only three and also asked is I could get five. Because of the amount I was spending. I was told no. While on the phone I askes several times if I would get my order by the 17 and was told yes. I still placed the order. First after placing my order I got no conformation and had to call again to get my order number while on the phone again I asked again and again if I would get it by the 17. I was told yes. I got a email after saying I needed to call to confirm my order. I did just that. Once again asking if my order would be here by the 17 and being told yes. I kept looking up the order to see where it was with shipping to only see it was not sent yet. I called again to only be told that my order was cancelled due to me not confirming while the young lady on the phone was telling me she could see the note where I confirmed. Now I'm being told that even if I place my order again I would not get the promotion bracelets and of course I won't get the order in time. The gift was for my wife and mother of my five daughters and I felt with that order I had at least one year where I got that women something she deserves because she the best. Your company let me down. I don't "feel the love" from your company by a matter of fact thanks to you guys I won't be feeling any love any time soon. Thanks for repeatedly dropping calls and not getting back to me thanks so much.

    Everytime I go great experience except for last time I didn't have the same people...the customer service wasn't that great for the money you spend they could had put a free jewelry cleaner in my bag or just the cloth I asked I had to pay...going to find another I buy all my jewelry from there...

    I was in the store in San valentine day and I wait in line for 2 hours with no problem but, after 1 hour I came back because the bracelet for my wife was too big and I just want to change the same style for one smaller and I have to make the line 2 hours more and the don't have the size pandora hello you have to improve
