Genuinely
one
of
the
worst
places
I
have
ever
stayed.
Right
from
the
start,
there's
no
front
desk
or
check
in
-
the
room
code
and
parking
code
is
sent
directly
to
your
email.
Easy
and
convenient,
unless
you
have
problems,
which
of
course
we
did.
We
tried
to
get
into
our
suite
using
the
code
given
only
for
it
to
not
work.
5
minutes
of
trying
later,
and
I
go
looking
for
someone
to
help
us
-
as
per
the
email,
"rest
assured
that
our
staff
is
available,
should
you
need
assistance."
That
was
a
lie,
of
course.
Nobody
to
be
found,
so
we
ended
up
having
to
call
a
virtual
front
desk
that
isn't
even
on
location,
where
I
was
then
informed
that
our
room
had
been
switched.
No
email,
no
notification,
nothing.
We
got
our
new
code
and
room
number
and
got
in.
Room
was
incredibly
small.
Now,
I
understand
that
the
whole
gimmick
of
this
place
is
that
it's
small,
micro
living,
but
when
I'm
paying
the
same
amount
of
money
as
I
would
for
a
normal
sized
hotel
room,
I'd
expect
it
to
be
quality,
which
it
was
far
from.
Decor
was
very
ugly,
though
that
is
subjective.
What
isn't
is
the
janky
and
loud
sliding
doors
to
both
the
bed
area
and
bathroom.
The
door
to
the
bathroom
didn't
even
close
all
the
way!
I
could
see
completely
in
through
the
corners!
The
main
door
to
the
room
can't
have
been
much
better,
considering
you
could
practically
see
through
the
cracks
and
hear
everything
outside.
The
room
I
paid
for
was
also
described
as
having
a
fireplace
(it
did
not),
a
generous
patio
(which
barely
fit
2
people)
and
a
patio
set
(2
chairs).
There
were
no
end
tables
by
the
bed.
The
AC
in
the
room
was
set
to
16⁰
and
on
before
we
even
touched
it
so
the
room
was
freezing
cold.
Even
weirder
were
the
two
large
mirrors
on
the
closet
doors
facing
the
end
of
the
bed;
hope
you
like
seeing
yourself,
because
they
couldn't
be
blocked
or
removed!
Finally,
the
parking.
Parking
on
location
is
an
extra
$20
and
is
described
as
"Reserved,
underground
24
hour
on-site
parking".
What
the
fail
to
mention
is
that
it's
shared
parking
with
tenants
in
a
garage
the
size
of
the
one
you'd
have
at
home.
Getting
in
and
out
of
this
in
my
Corolla
took
5
minutes
a
couple
7
point
turns
-
I
can
only
imagine
what
a
nightmare
it
would
be
for
an
SUV
or
truck.
And
reserved
parking?
Not
really.
After
coming
back
past
midnight,
there
was
only
one
spot
available,
and
it
was
for
disabled,
tenants
only.
Not
wanting
to
get
my
car
towed
I
tried
to
get
out
of
the
garage,
only
for
the
door
to
not
open
back
up,
so
I
gave
up
and
parked
there
anyway.
