The initial service, waiting for the waitress tontake our order, was very slow, to the point where we were discussing leaving & where we would go for lunch when we did. When we were ordering we had to make some adjustments in what we wanted because they were out of some things that were on the menu. BUT once our order was taken things went good after that & all of us were happy with our food & the service from then on.

Cost 170 for 3 adults and 4 kids to eat lunch. Food was good and portions were reasonable. Our server was friendly but not over the top. We ate on the patio which was good and not too noisy.

Got the grilled chicken club that I get and love. And Usually good, but this time the chicken was over cook and so Dry you couldn't even eat it, over $20 for a meal that you can't even eat is really bad. Don't know if it's a new cook or want but will not be Wasting my money there like that again.

Always consistent, and service was good. My girl and I were looking for a light meal and a few drinks. In a small town it is hard to find after 8 pm. The food was good, as were the drinks. We are heading back tonight

Food was awesome, and service quick and Holly made sure we got what we wanted. Will definitely be going again. Glad we have a Boston Pizza in Truro.😃

We come periodically, and Holly seems to be here ever time to greet us. She's genuinely amazing and a delight. TOPNOTCH!

One of Truro's best. The service is usually exceptional, with the only exception of how busy this place can get putting it into a short-staffed situation. Despite this, the food is always great and it's worth the wait when it's a busy night.

The servers were amazingly attentive and very nice. There was a bit of wait time for the food, seeing as they started preparing when our group was close to / at the location, but that was a good a thing cause the food was hot and fresh out the oven when we got them. The only issue that we had really is that all the pizzas have bacon, and our group had specified that we didn't want anything with pork in it. They were able to quickly rectify that, though, and I commend them for it. The space is beautiful and very peaceful.

The waiter was the best part of the Boston Pizza experience. He went above and beyond and was on the ball with refills. Can’t remember his name but I believe he was in school for social work or was working in the states in that area.

Waiter decided that the tip wasn't enough so she never took it off my table when i passed in cash along with the debit machine that i paid the bill with not coming back never saw that level of unessary attitude ever in my life

we visited this restaurant and ordered our food it was mediocre prices were kind of high, when it came to paying they would not give us any exchange rate from us $ cash so we used a credit to get the exchange which is like 30% but on the card they still charged it in us $ instead so that made the food ridiculously high! so from their on we went to eat at the restaurant next door called Belly Up it has good food and they exchanged it correctly on my card and their place is cleaner and super friendly staff, so if you are American visiting Truro NS, Boston pizza may not be for you.

Edit**** The manager or someone had reached out next day asking how many of us there were and if they could make it up to us with asking if a credit of $100 gift card or something would work. We said sure we could try it again. Tonight. Drinks were fast. Server was nice and fast. The food still wasn't as good and the portions for stuff is pretty small compare to other places. Got the bill and said there was a gift card or something for us and the server asked the manager about it then came back and asked if $50 was ok. I just said sure at this point. Some people like boston pizza and some don't and that's ok. Just hard to not be a little angry. Showed up at 550. Told 15 minute wait. Ok. Got our drinks about 10 15 minutes after. Waited another 30 minutes for one drink that never came and our waitress never came back. People who showed up after us but beside us got their order in and food arrived. Never did see the waitress. Never really liked BP before but never going back. $26 for drinks though. 50 minute wait overall.

Always a Fantastic experience at the Truro Boston Pizza. The food is always perfect and Heather is our favorite Hostess. So friendly and welcoming. We keep coming back and are never disappointed!!!

The food was fine. There was 8 of us for a birthday dinner …The experience was not great. We went for my daughters birthday dinner …. First the birthday girls dinner came out dead last and not just scoot back to the kitchen dead last but it’s been a few minutes did they forgot her food last… The best part of a birthday dinner with your kid is how humiliated they are when they get Happy Birthday sang to them … I had mentioned how excited I was for them to embarrass my child to two people who work there and our waitress ( she had the same birthday. ). Someone at the table even asked where’s the birthday thing as she was walk past twice … So clearly this is something I really wanted. When they brought out the deserts I was truly disappointed, no candle, no song not even a here you go birthday girl … I asked when paying my bill why she didn’t get the birthday thing .. They said “ there wasn’t enough people to sing.” They sang to 3 others tables while I was there. It takes one person to sing a song … At the very least she could have put a candle in the desert she ordered and we could have sung to her…. Why would I bring a candle myself this is what they do for birthdays…. The whole thing made me sad. Was it because she was a teen so they didn’t want to bother with it? They did take her desert off my bill. I didn’t care about the $7 dessert . It was about making memories, laughing with friends, doing silly things and being a kid for just a little bit longer. It was my last time there. We will go to NG Boston Pizza from now on.

The food was good but it ended there. To start with, the dining area and kitchen floors (observable areas from dining room) were littered with garbage. Once seated the server barely came by our table despite the restaurant not being very busy. Once the meal was done, she cleared half the dishes and after dropping garbage onto the floor, just left and only returned with the bill. This is my second time at this location and each time was the same.

My wife and I stopped here on our way to the Airport. Amazing service and awesome food! I ordered the Big Dipper which is an amazing sandwich which was sooooo yummy! My wife had the half sized Nachos with plant based crumble, 10/10! and a side of mashed potatoes. She loved them! Definitely recommend!

Nice choice of family or bar atmosphere options - outdoor seating available during the warmer months will be nice (when I have time to enjoy it). Always seems to be a busy spot so be prepared for a short wait if you're dropping by closer to the usual lunch or supper times. Friendly staff. Order was ready quickly and salad was perfect - romaine was crunchy and perfectly coated in dressing. Parmesan was freshly grated - a surprise treat! Generous load of chicken was added - excellent flavor. The slice of chocolate cake I had was more than enough to satisfy my craving and left me feeling stuffed. I will have to make time to eat there more often.

Great staff, but if you're ordering to pick up make sure you check your items. This location regularly misplaces items or gives the wrong item. Has happened multiple times and it is quite frustrating.

Clean bathroom, quiet restaurant albeit off peak time. Super polite service and the same great menu and cooking I'd expect from a national chain. Thanks for your hospitality!

The Chicken Parmesan with spaghetti was delicious & filling. Our server, Becca M. was pleasant, efficient, & checked on us from time to time. Enjoyed the A/C on such a hot, humid day!

They were out of nachos and chicken wings, wasnt informed before ordering. Seems to be major staff shortage as well. Sign said seat yourself, sat down and waited at least 5 minutes before getting a menu. Took about 45 minutes to get food. Then when it came time to get the bill waited atleast 15 minutes no servers to be found. Us and 2 other tables got tired of waiting and had to go find someone so we could leave.

We were here tonight and the entire experience was just terrible. We were seated and given menus right away but waited 25 minutes before someone came over and asked if we had been helped. She took our orders but never wrote it down which is likely why one meal was wrong and part of our order never showed up. The food didn’t take too long to get to our table after finally ordering, but my husband’s burger bun and bacon was burnt, and my pasta was the wrong kind. When they brought it back fixed for me I had to wait another 5 min after asking for utensils to start eating. We had ordered wings that never showed up to the table but did show up on the bill which we had them remove. We never even knew who our server was because 4 different people came to our table over the course of our time there which just showed how disorganized the night was. We did not feel taken care of and we will not be back.

They mixed up my order: pineapple should have been on the veggie pizza but the food was good.

Saturday evening at 5:30pm……a group of 32 reservation!! We preordered and sent in our meal selection, drinks, desserts…on an excel spreadsheet…with our arrival time! Within 10 minutes all of or drinks and food was out!! Staff were attentive and very efficient!!! Using the spreadsheet they could do all individuals bills!!! Amazing staff, food and service!!!!
