This is one of the best pizza delights I have been too. The service and food is always great. If your lucky enough to go when the server Angel is working you'll definitely be well looked after!

Food comes quickly and is plentiful. Treat you like family from the time you walk in the door. Place is always clean and works efficiently.

Food was delicious and Akshay made sure we get all what we needed for our party takeout. We had cutlery napkins and yummy pizza for our drive to Halifax. Pizza was made Indian style and spices crust and toppings were all perfect. Thanks Akshay !!

We stopped here for family lunch while passing through. We walked in and waited 15 before even being greeted, it was not busy only two tables were present. After an hour food finally came … the wings were more like chicken nuggets the sauce on the side was cold our Caesar salad was dry and had rotten pieces throughout the waffle fries were so over cooked you couldn’t even bite through. We are a bit and then decided we wanted to leave we then waited another 20 mins we then just got up helped our self to a take out box for our pizza and left the rest uneaten food . Then once we went up to pay we waited more until someone finally came to check us out . We explained the salad was awful and we did not eat it and she didn’t even offer to rectify it . I’m addition to the food and extremely slow service, the place was disgusting , dirty , ripped booths and dust and dirt all over the window sills and walls . Absolutely no ….run far far away!

We had the seafood pizza. Woooow DO NOT HESITATE. We had the stuffed crust with it. It’s a sin but god will forgive me. The breaded chicken wings were very good too. Say Hi to Angel if you drop by

More than one visit here, they do not disappoint. The chicken skillet is wonderful with either of the sauces offered. Of course the pizza is up there with the best of them. The service is perfect. Seriously.

We were in the other night for supper and were greeted promptly. We were served by Angel and we like to come here when she is working. My toddler asks for her. She is patient with him and understanding. While it is busy, We never feel rushed and can enjoy a family meal with excellent service. Angel is efficient at what she does and handles multiple things at the same time with ease. She is easy to talk to checks on us, asks if the food is ok and gets whatever we need. She’s on top of our refills too. She goes out of her way above and beyond to make our experience awesome each time we come. Kuddos to Angel.

Was delicious and brought back memories of all the family outings we had here. Wish you'd come back to Sydney.

Update: after numerous emails from customer service( or the lack there of), not once was this visit ever made right. There is a serious problem with how this location is ran and the continuous bad reviews should be alarming to the franchisee and corporate. "Pizza is what we make, Delight is what we do". Time to update your slogan. "Dissapoint is what we do". This review is based solely on the food and was no reflection of our awesome server. We showed up during supper rush, it was quite busy and it seemed the staff were overwhelmed. The lady who greeted us was flustered and abrupt. We were sat within 10 mins. We ordered our food after about 10 more minutes. Our drinks came fast. After our order was taken, we noticed that a lot of tables weren't cleaned and the tables that were seated either looked unhappy because they've been waiting so long or unhappy because they were sending food back. I saw 2 orders get sent back to the kitchen because they weren't made right. When we did get our food, we were less than impressed. It was soo over cooked and dry that I couldn't eat the crust of my pizza so I resorted to eating the toppings( or lack there of) and sending the garlic fingers back to the kitchen. The fingers were like a Frisbee. They didn't fold or bend. They were so hard it was like a disc or cheap frozen overcooked pizza. My 4 year old nephew said his pizza tasted like paper. The server was quick to get me new fingers but my family member was so hungry that she ended up eating hers, even with them being so hard and burnt. I've been eating at Pizza Delight since I was a kid. In my almost 30 years of eating Pizza Delight, this was the worst food experience. I was truly looking forward to enjoying my meal but it was terrible. Our server, given how understaffed it seemed and how overwhelmed they seemed, was fantastic and she's the only reason that there's one star to give. Somethings very wrong here. Not sure if it's lack of management, understaffed, terrible communication and training in the back of house, or just a really bad day. Wouldn't recommend.

First vist to this establishment. Food was great and service was very good . Very quiet and comfortable. Always enjoy a pizza restaurant with seating so you can get fresh hot pizza served to you . Hard to find establishments after covid with table service

While i am disappointed that the buffet is still not in place, the pizza and donair pinwheels i had were really good. The place was quiet and clean, the staff was friendly and the waitress always made sure my fountain pop did not go dry. Really great service and really good food.

My daughter took me out for supper and came here. Service was fast & food was delicious. Menu has great selections. I recommend Pizza Delight. Stop in for a good meal & bring your appetite!

The food was excellen, however the reason for the 3 stars was that when the plates were brought they were smeared and greasy. We told the server and she brought us new ones but they were no better. Then we got the cutlery and it was also dirty. We ended up eating our food on the dirty plates and with the dirty cutlery. The cups and water pitcher were also not clean. The food was excellent but we were very disappointed with the lack of cleanliness.

Gluten sensitive means something different to every restaurant. I test every restaurant three times to see whether I should eat there and to rule out having the flu or other stomach upsets. I tried their gluten free menu and have accepted they are unable to accommodate neither allergies or sensitivity. You will also pay about twice as much for your allergy accomodation here as other places. But, the food tasted very good.

Been eating pizza delight for 30 years, this was by far the worst pizza delight I've ever seen. Server wasn't very helpful either, as we were served an incorrect order of wings (ordered no sauce, and they were tossed in BBQ sauce), and still charged for it on the bill. Also expressed our displeasure with our pizza as it was soaked in so much barbeque sauce it was inedible. No recourse at all was offered. Terrible experience overall at this restaurant. Avoid like the plague.

Worst pizza I've ever eaten. Unbelievable. Barely any cheese, toppings just fell off when you picked up a slice. Very disappointing! Crust was dry and stale. 1 staff working, took 35 minutes just to get a drink. Poor lady was running around like a chicken with her head cut off. She was turning people away at the door because she could barely handle the customers she had. She was so obviously stressed it was a sin. Whoever owns this franchise if your short staffed get in and help out. No one should ever be stuck with no breaks or support. I'm rating 1 star because it won't allow me to give a "0" star rating.

Was in town for vacation and stopped in several times. Harsh is just a wonderful person. Fantastic personality and customer service. Molly is a delight. Thanks staff!

The food was really good my sub was missing lettuce but thats not a big deal. The staff was super friendly they were very busy with only two servers covering all customers.

Pizza Delight used to be one of our favorite restaurants. Not sure what has happened but we won't be returning. Portions are pitiful for the price to start. We were the only customers in the restaurant on a Saturday at supper time which should have been enough of an indicator. $60 for two adults and a child. If you value your tastebuds at all, please don't get the Chicken Alfredo. Normally I would choke back food as to not insult anyone, but I couldn't this time. We will never return.

Decent price and very tasty. I got the BBQ nacho and 6 inch pizza combo and it was filling. The no longer have the self serve grilled bread station which is very disappointing since it really made the restaurant different.

Cleanliness was poor, if you can eat at your own dinner table while it's dirty...Muddy!! Like clumps of mud on the floor, left over napkins from previous patrons...and want your customers to enjoy a meal...have some decency to clean that spot before sitting your customers down. I saw other spots in that restaurant that needed tending to. Service was poor, legit had our dish dropped on the table like a dog. Sorry we inconvenienced you, maybe you had a bad day but no excuse for what we got. Burnt food and under cooked chicken. I saw other plates go by and I know our food was rushed. Gross gross gross. 😝
