BY FAR THE BEST PIZZA IN TRURO!!! No one else is close!!! The donair pizza is loaded with meat,the garlic fingers actually have garlic flavour and they are loaded with cheese,the works is also fantastic. You never have to ask for extra cheese and extra toppings at patio lantern cause they always put tons on! The staff was really friendly and the prices are very reasonable. Also I was told it would be thirty minutes and that’s exactly when it was ready! They deserve 6 stars really!!!!!

This is the place to get real pizza. Hand rolled, and cooked at the right temperature to get the crust just right. Authentic.

Best tasting pizza since moving here, but when they hide delivery fees and don't reply to phones calls about being charged $15 for delivery it's hard to place another order 😔

One of the many pizza places in Colchester that does really well in delivering a good quality pizza. Their donair pizza is by the far the best in town. Funny how each pizza place has a gimmick, the Latern does well with this ! One of the more expensive pizza places around but you can taste the difference in quality of ingredients, this is not pizza delight lol.

Slightly off putting atmosphere as it’s rather out of date and seems the dining room is not in use..also quite harsh lighting but the garlic fingers are some of the best I’ve ever had…110% would recommend

Will not be getting pizza from this location again 36.00 wasted on uncooked pizza. Got home to open the box of pizza and see how soggy the box is and the pizza. Tried another slice today to realize the dough wasnt cooked all the way and that was probably why my pizza box and pizza itself was soggy. And when ordering it's not like they were busy and I had to ask for how long it would be when ordering my pizza over the phone. He said 20 mins... I will say the pizza isn't short of toppings! But will not be back for raw pizza.

Again they don't disappoint! Tried the lasagna this time and it was delicious and the portion was huge.

We usually order a couple of times a month. By far, they have the best BBQ Chicken Pizza I've ever had! They have real chunks of chicken instead of the sisco strips of chicken. Their donair pizza is also to die for! Also the best I've ever had and I have eaten a ton of pizza!

Ordered their lasagna special which as per usual was absolutely amazing as was their pricing, the staff are fast, friendly and accurate about the orders you place.

Probably my favorite spot in town (and has been for years) They give generous toppings and its always fast and friendly.

Not sure about their other items but we got a donair poutine and hot hamburger and both not good. Donair poutine only has gravy and donair meat, not a normal donair poutine we were expecting. As for the hot hamburger there was little to no gravy and the hamburger was not the most tasteful.

Had a two-piece fish and chips. The size was amazing. I could only eat half the order. The pieces of haddock where beautiful thick and cooked to perfection. The staff was friendly and personable. My order was double wrapped for my walk home. Thank you ladies, Indica and I thoroughly enjoyed it. We definitely will see you again soon!

Wouldn't go back. Got a "super donair" which was their biggest size, I'm not sure what was super about it, it was literally the size of a small donair from my go to in alma variety. But even compared to around town, revannas 2lb donair is 2 bucks more then this and it's for sure double in size. The cheese was not melted at all and there was hardly any on it to begin with, tiny bit of onions and the meat was nothing special, they gave me the sauce on the side for some reason, and it was barely enough to even cover the donair with sauce (not enough). And the pita lol, the pita was the of what you would get at Walmart to make a wrap with, small and thin. It was nearly 20$ with tax for the donair alone and i ate it in one sitting along with a large Cesar salad lol. I can't eat any other pizza places in towns biggest donair in one sitting. I hadn't had anything from there in well over 10 years, and now i remember why. Don't waste your money here.

Great pizza & lasagna. The whole menu is wonderful to choose from. The donair pizza is the best I have ever had. Top this all off, is AMAZING great staff. Best place in Truro for take out food.

Just discovered this place a few weeks ago. Ordered the Fish and Chips plus a donair. Donair was huge for a medium and well liked the fish and chips were very good just wish for homemade tartar sauce instead of commercial package. Will be back.

Wanted to order the two large special, one a works pizza the other a donair. The lady says donair is not included in the special, fair enough. So I offered to pay extra for the donair and she refused, didn't even say $5 more, $10 more etc. I said is there any way I can two larges one a works and one a donair then. She said no, the donair can only be ordered by itself. Weird. Maybe I need to phone once for the donair and once for the works? She literally wouldn't let me order both.

Dont order from this place. We placed an order waited over an hour for our food, to call and be told it wasnt even made that they were started it and would be another 45 mins wow very disappointed was our first and last time ordering from her.
