I realize they are looking for staff, just like everywhere else. But that is no excuse for the ones that are working there to not listen to the customer. We went through the drive thru at 730pm, asked for a combo 7 with no tomato, it came with tomato, no drinks available we asked for, must be a supplier issue? The drinks we did get had no ice. Not to mention my son who is very picky wanted a plain cheeseburger it had ketchup on it therefore it was wasted!! Good thing we don't have an allergy of tomato.

Now, I love Wendy's, it is my go-to place, best darn burgers around in the fast food world. I went in to order, the cashier had no idea how to scan and use my Wendy's app offer, I finally told her to give up, seriously no clue. It took what seemed to be double the amount of time to take my order, everything caught and took her attention away from getting my order. Finally got my order, drove to where I was staying only to find out both the burgers I ordered were made completely wrong. Wanted one only mayo, I got honey mustard lettuce and tomato... Yes you can take off, and waste the lettuce and tomato... But the honey mustard does not magically turn to mayo. The other I ordered only ketchup, mayo, onion, got the works, nothing like a pickle hater having to discard half a burger because the pickle taste stays even when you take the pickles off... That yucky pickle juice 😝 This will be my final visit to this location, this is not the first time I have had issues. Instead of the inside Reno, maybe some investment in training?

It's COVID times, so we didn't go in, but the drive-through is fine. This is one of my favourite stops when I’m in Truro just passing through. The chili is great, and along with the taco salad, are two of my favourite things to get at a fast-food place. The food is always consistent, and they are conveniently located just off the 102 highway. Staff can be random. Sometimes you get great staff, and sometimes you get staff that doesn’t know what they are doing, but that is to be expected in a place that has higher turnaround and is regularly training new staff. I will still be coming back.

The service and staff is always pretty good however last trip I made the burgers i received were raw . I had driven 20 minutes out of town to home when I found out.

Unorganized,unprofessional. They cater to the drive-thru and doordash and neglect the people eating inside I would not recommend this place, hit the Burger King or something down the road or pick up a burger at the local restaurant they got some good burgers in Truro...

Good grub as far as fast food take out goes. Could be cleaner in the table area

One of the worst fast food experiences I've ever had. Fries were cold and the burger was dripping with grease. Disgusting.

Best food chain, better than mcdonalds as they mess up my burgers when i go there. Check the Halifax review for mcdonalds i made for another 5 star food chain.

The supervisor's name was Vanessa and she was very nice and kind made sure my stuff was very hot

We ordered ahead in the app, and food was ready basically as soon as we got in. It was delicious, everyone was happy!

Freshest cooked food I've had at a fast food joint in a long time. Always quick too at this location too. However, the person taking drive-thru orders today. She seemed like she despised her job and couldn't have been less welcoming. Not rude, more like she couldn't have cared less if I existed to pay her wages. Would have been nice if she at least showed some decent customer service.

Ordered a taco salad. But never got the chips or “chilli” that was suppose to be in it? False advertising!!!! It was just lettuce cheese, tomatoes and salsa/sour cream. What kind of taco salad is that!??? If they didn’t have half of the stuff they could’ve said…..

Was there on the way to Halifax airport...told them that there was no toilet paper in the washroom. We stopped in again on our way back...still no toilet paper In the washroom. The one serving was yawning and just showed they did not want to be there. Plus we ordered to go and the order was wrong. We know it's not the best job but it is a job

It's fast food not much else needed to say. The food was OK the service was fantastic the lady who took our order was very nice.

Every time we come here we almost always get Vince at the first window! He is one of the nicest staff members and always has amazing customer service, give this man a raise!

Wonderful service. Quickest service I’ve ever received in any fast food restaurant. My order was called before I finished paying. Now that’s what I call FAST food. The raspberry gingerale was meh but that was my choice.

Was pretty good. Busy place but food still came fast enough. The 9 dollar salad was half full, but other than that it was a good experience

This was the dirtiest Wendy's I've ever been in both behind the counter and in the dining area. Our visit was on April 29, 2023 at 7pm. So can't even use the supper rush excuse. Garbage was full. Tables and floors were filthy. It was also freezing cold in dining room, we had to get our coats from the car in order to eat in.

Went through tonight Vince was on the 1st window My order hadn't been right. We had great conversation and kindness was shared. He was such a truly kind soul they also fixed my order. Kindness goes a long way! You get more honey with sugar than vinegar!

Food was got and fresh, good quality. Drive through was slow and backed up, but I expect this was a customer taking their time as the queue quickly resolved.

Cashier's are always pleasant and the food has always been great. My two friends that came with me said that was the best coffee I've had in a long time

I only gave 2 stars because I tried to order ahead on line through the app, and it would not select the restaurant less than 3km from my home. Then I tried ordering through the website... Still it stated yet another error. I like ordering ahead and then going to pick up.... I don't forget anything, and I don't feel rushed as I normally do in a drive through line up. Please fix these online ordering errors, as I am sure I am not the only one that its happening to.

You know, when you've been driving for three hours and need a quick refuel and a washroom, Wendy's spicy chicken sandwich can really hit the spot. Service is instantaneous, of course, almost like they where expecting you. ;-)
