This Subway Restaurant gives the best customer service EVER! I live near 2 Subway Restaurant but I only go to this location every chance I get. They really strive to make your sandwich the way YOU like it. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

Amazing service, these guys are pros. I do however feel guilty, the staff were working shoulder to shoulder to meet the constant flow of customers, there's really no way for them to maintain social distancing. These good folks are putting themselves at risk just so that I can have a great sandwich.

I would give negative stars if possible. Ordered extra pickles and got 8 pickles on a foot long. Called them and they said “normal is only 6” so extra is 2 more that’s ridiculous on a $10+ sub. I will not be going back. Offered another sub if I wanna come back so i waste $5 in gas to get 6 more pickles. I ordered extra, pickles, extra green pepper and cucumbers. Does that look like extra. Three slices of green pepper. I suggest no one ever goes to subway in Truro, they are so cheep now.

First visit after the revamp. The new bowls are incredible. Warm rice and protein topped by cool veggies is the perfect combination.

I love subway mainly for the fresh vegetables and cheese selection for my subs. Two thumbs up. 👍 👍

I bought a brisket sub an the Indian girl there wouldn’t put enuf sauce on my sub like I asked she just wrapped it up an told me she did an when I got home it was nothing on it

Of been going to this Subway location for many years. Not once in over a decade can I point to a single issue I've had here, orders are always right, employees are pleasent and always seem to be well trained. Perhaps the drive through section that turns around the back of the building could be updated but otherwise it's your average Subway.

Smaller location, can be very easy to get busy and crowded, which leads to long wait times. Staff are super friendly though!
