The best Starbucks I have ever been in. I studied and worked for about three hours in this café and was welcomed and checked in on numerous times. Every interaction with each person that came in was so lovely. The staff is one the best I have ever seen. The service was also amazing and my drink was delicious.

Glad Truro has a Starbucks, drinks are good, well made. Customer service is pretty good. There was a few times I went where didn’t seem like they wanted to be there but overall 4/5. Recommend going to this location !!

Would have given zero if the option was there. First I don't care about your employees pronouns, and second there is no order to this place. Over a half hour for a latte?? Anyway

Drive through is brutal! One customer at a time equals a wait of at least 10-15 minutes before you get just a coffee.

The woman working here this morning with the long braid and glasses is not friendly and keeps making fun of me because I didn’t feel comfortable giving her my name for my order. Left with an overall feeling of being unwelcome here.

Today we waited in line behind a jeep. 5 minutes go by and the jeep pulls ahead. The driver comes back and tells us there is a sign on the drive-thru window saying they are opening late. Foe the life of me I don't know why they wouldn't but the sign at the microphone. Also this was over an hour after the store should have been open.

Amazon coffee A lot of people said they don’t like it and it’s bitter I personally like there specialty drinks and more fancy drinks they are quite expensive and some of it tastes bitter but still good

The guy in the drive through was amazing! I can't remember his name but he was amazing and will go back just for him, and if I can remember his name will give him a personal shout out later.

NEVER ORDER AN ICED MATCHA LATTE OR A FRAPPUCCINO. THEY ALWAYS MESS IT UP AND MAKES IT TAKES LIKE YUCK. TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES TO DO THEIR JOBS CORRECTLY PLEASE.

This location is always so speedy, friendly, and super awesome. Someone is doing something right as the staff are always top notch and go above and beyond. Makes me purposely plan this as my highway pit stop on my way from Halifax 😊

Popped in to treat myself to a pink drink during a roadtrip from Ontario to Mahone Bay, and the staff were so incredibly friendly and speedy! There were next to no customers in the store but I could tell there was a line at the drive thru and they also had a bunch of mobile orders underway, but they still had my drink ready super efficiently. I could tell too that the staff all got along super well - there was just a great vibe going with jokes and smiles even though they were all really busy and it didn’t slow them down at all! 10/10 made me want to work there

Had placed order online. Asked specifically for no whipped cream on drink, surprise- whipped cream! Drink was remade quickly, but frustrating just the same. Also had to ask for bag of treats...

Our internet at home wasn’t working so drove 45 mins to this location and so thankful we did! Incredible friendly staff and you can tell they actually enjoy their jobs and their colleagues which was very refreshing! Drinks and food were great and being there for almost 4 hours the staff made it so comfortable and welcoming while we were there for work. Can’t wait to come again! :)
