THE WORST I'VE EVER HAD. Just bought a Matcha Red Bean Milk Tea. They added so little matcha, that it's just white and tastes like nothing. The red bean taste like it's really old and grainy. The Taro Milk Tea tastes like milk and the black pearls had a bunch of small hard unpleasant pieces. I waited for 25 minutes for this and we can't even drink it. Just wasted $17.

Perfect location, next to NBCC, in North End Moncton, cozy and modern interior, many different kinds of drinks from coffee to fresh tea, milk tea to smoothies, so much choices!!! Fresh and tasty! Highly recommend!!!

Yeah.. Happy drinks for happy holidays! This Chatime store has a very good location, next to NBCC Campus and in the main street of Moncton - Mountain road. Very cozy designs! Yummy flavor and many kind of drinks! You can tailor-make ingredient to well-suit your taste (less or more sugar, regular or more ice, toppings..). My kids were so much contented ;) Be back for sure 👌

I became a regular here always visiting atleast once a week. The staffs are friendly and accommodating. They give great recommendations everytime I wanted to try a new drink from their menu and Jaz has been my favorite staff. Always greeting customer with smile and offer great customer service. I just wishing they get more chairs and tables for dine in.

Has vegan options which is great, but my winter melon literally just tasted like oat milk and sugar. Please we waited like 30 minutes for my drinks. No vegan toppings readily available too. $10.50 for milk and sugar, not worth it. Plus a waste of plastic.

Did not get the drink I expected but it was my fault and it was tasty anyways. Asked for a brown sugar milk tea, and I guess that doesn't have any tea, just brown sugar and milk. Oh well, still hit my craving.

My husband birthday treats. I ordered milk tea and black pearls tea. Not too sweet and right amount ice and pearls. Yum yum😋

Tried Chatime for the first time when we moved to NB & so far it's always delicious. Today, my 4 y/o wanted the strawberry tea but no "bubbles" as he doesn't like tapioca or coconut. Later we noticed strawberry bubble things on the menu & he said next time he'd like to try them. Fast forward to him finally drinking it and excitedly exclaimed, "there are strawberry fruity bubbles in this! Yay so yummy!" The staff made his day & now he has a new fave treat :) Thank you so much!

Love it! Have tried most items. Just a shame that they can't make all the drinks dairy free and that one store from another doesn't seem to be able to make the same stuff.

Paper straws are so thin they bent when I tried to pierce the lid. Having an option to buy a metal boba straw would be better
