Mixed feelings about our stay here, at first I felt like our stay was amazing from the food to the amenities! But then in our last night's stay my girlfriend got food poisoning here(we only ate at the restaurants inside the hotel) and when I talked to hotel staff it seemed they could care less. If you spend 2000 uah at a 5 star hotel restaurant for one meal at least I expect for us to not get food poisoning. Hopefully this review reaches the right eyes and ears and things change here.

Horrible place and not a 5 star at all. The Doctors are Sales People with MEdical Degrees and Broken English and are not at all up to date on modern practices. Brown water out of the pipes... the lights and electrical system in the room is a maze. I called reception, they sent room maintenace .. an old man with no english comes up... as I tell him the issues.. he shrugs his shoulders and says.."its not my fault" ! He runs the shower for 10 min until the brown water stops and says now its clear !! this is a 2 star hotel ...nothing more.. I called before I Came to check if all systems are working. they said yes. I get here, their steam room is not working. I booked for 5 days and will checkout after 1.

The hotel is worth its money, everything was on the level. Breakfasts, kids area, SPA, pool, service, cleaning were as suppose for the 5* hotel. P.S. Just one concern is that dinners are not worth paying and eat. The assortment is poor and not really tasty, for sure breakfast is better than dinner. But it could be just my matter of taste - that's why my total mark is still 5/5.

We stayed in the hotel for 4 nights in the end of December. I recommend this hotel for families with children. A lot of activities for children during the day and for all ages. The service, staff and foods are also outstanding. Special thank you for Nadiia, she is animator for 11+ children’s club. She make our holidays take care of our kids at the children’s club.

Great hotel. Nice location. The hotel is situated in the heart of Truskavets. Friendly staff, clean rooms. Very diversity breakfast, for everyone taste: from simply scramble eggs and porridge to red fish and chia puddings. Good spa zone, especially saunas and hammam. Also cool massage, highly recommended!

Sheer bliss. Heaven on earth. Nice hotel, located centrally to all amenities. Very good breakfast. Clean and spacious rooms. The staff is very helpful. Seems like a home away from home. The spa and medical centre just caps it all. We will return abd return even more.

Five star SPA hotel. One of the best restaurants in the Truskavets. In top five SPAs in Triskavets. And very decent accomodations and medical recreational facilities. With prices, which are not the highest in the city, it is one of the best choices around. Still, all in all: room, food and SPA, - you might put aside about $100 per day per person. Have seasonal discounts and spikes, though.

Very nice place. Free carparking. Big rooms. Quality equipments. Children friendly. Kind staff.swimming pool. Restaurant. Acceptable prices. Many kind of mineral water inside (sanatorium). Strongly recomend.

I FALL IN LOVE WITH SERVICES , FOOD, STAFF, AND CITY, EVERYONE GO THERE AND ITS VERY CHEAP AND I START WALKING WITHOUT MY ORTHOPEDIC SHOE, AND I did not DRINK ANY of my DIABETICS PEELS, AFTER I WAS HAVING A HEAVY MEALS MY SUGAR ITS STILL LOW! !
