Nice place to have a cup of coffee or chocolate(on second floor) as well as buy one of their handmade chocolate candies(on first floor). However, the service could have been faster (shops of this network in major cities like Lviv and Kiev are more customer-oriented). Sometimes they hold workshops to making chocolate (only for children).

Love the ambiance and deserts but service is very poor. Waitresses and cashiers are either pretending not to notice the clients if place isn’t busy or very short and rude if there are a lot of people in the shop. I hope managment will work on retraining the stuff since this place has potential of being amazing.

The Best chocolate in Ukraine 🇺🇦

A cozy place with great service and style. First floor is dedicated to a myriad of chocolate treats and souvenirs, whilst the second floor is a cafe in which you can enjoy the sweet splendor Lviv has to offer and die from diabetes. Its popularity makes it packed with tourists and locals, so finding a seat can be similar to partaking in an Olympic sport.

This place is awesome for buying chocolate and coffee. Greatly designed and beautiful from the outside. There is not much space in the cafe and it's quite crowded. Service is good and prices are ok. Great amount of choices in the menu.

The place itself is great! It is one of the best chocolate places in Ukraine. Great chocolate and coffees. The stuff is racist, unprofessional and rude, especially one of the stuff members - Denis ! If you are a foreigner, you won’t be welcomed in this place. Although if you won’t understand what members of stuff are saying in Ukrainian language between themselves, you might like this place. I would visit their branches in Lviv or Odessa.

I stayed in front of waiters for 3 minutes without her even noticing me , l guess she must suggest me a table and excuse for being busy.
