This place is a hidden gem! Stopped while passing through on a trip and realized we were looking for Mexican food on a Sunday (not advised). The Sunset Grill saved the day and the food was 🔥! The waitress was working the entire place by herself all day and crushed it-super friendly, took care of everything we needed and recommended places to visit in the are. 10/10 will stop here the next time we are in town. The restaurant was taking COVID seriously and everyone was distanced properly. What a treat!

I eat out a lot and use the own restaurant so I know what I'm talking about. One of the worst breakfast I've had in recent memory. Bacon overcooked. Hash Browns had almost burnt spots Plus brown spots from the hash browns being left in the open air too long and not being cooked. Toast was not crispy at all totally soaked with butter and limp. Have to say the eggs were good and cooked right. But one out of four don't cut it. terrible.. I hardly ever give a review and I hate to give bad reviews cuz it's tough on the business. but they need to shape up

Their cheese enchiladas are great! The corn tortillas are very tasty. Cool local place to have lunch

Great service. My husband and I were looking forward to grilled shrimp but sold out. We still ordered the chef salad which was good.

It was ok there was a black out and had to wait maybe 30 minutes for our food and didn't get a discount the service is terrible they don't even ask how your doing you have to get there attention so wouldn't recommend wouldn't come here again

The food is good. Ample servings. Friendly service. The place is old and needs maintenance and could use another server at busy times, but decent enough for the money.

The poor waitress was run ragged by a full house on a Sunday morning making it hard to get coffee refills. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette which was dry, and did not come with potatoes or hash browns despite the price. My friends hot cakes were very good.

Food was OK for the price, lacked flavor. Not the cleanest place either, sticky tables. Service was slow, due to there only being only one waitress. Interesting atmosphere, the place was riddled with quotes and portraits of celebrities to look at while you wait. Probably won't be visiting this place again.

It was OK. The flavor wasn't there. They gave the staff a week off, except one waitress!!! Who does that??? She wasn't the friendliness. People are leaving. I even asked if I could help clean off tables. (I'm a waitress from out of town) but she kindly refused.) Sorry, won't be back, unless they let me help. Good luck!

After a long day of soaking in the hot springs we decided to take a drive and stumbled across this gem! Eddie fries were #Bomb the nachos were #Delish! Adovada carnitas is 🔥 ! Got the Karen enchiladas Christmas style👌 just over all the gang and I were in food heaven ♡ chile relleno is definitely honorable mentioned, and the stuff sopapillas. Just down right amazing. Great service will be back!

Portions were great, food was great waitress was great just wished they had more choices on the drinks. Waitress explained their CO2 was out. Very pleased any ways.

Stopped in while traveling to the lake near by. We called in out order and it was ready for us when we arrived. the fish and shrimp stole the show and ended the show with strawberry rhubarb pie, boy what a night. the place is cute and witty (must see it understand) will be returning on out lake outings. Thank you for a great meal.
