I'm sick tired of fast food restaurants especially McDonald's using the pandemic as an excuse to not deliver what they advertise. I'm sick and tired of my orders being wrong and not getting what I asked for or paid for. If you're having problems with staffing or supply chain that's keeping you from delivering the product customers are expecting then you should close your doors. Stop making excuses.

0 if I could. Rude and lazy staff. The had 6 cars waiting for food. Confused all the meals. Had to wait 40 minutes for them to forget the sauses for a 20 peace and a happy meal drink. This crew is worthless. WORTHLESS!!! I travel thru the area a bit will never stop again.

Amazing food compared to most mcdonalds and the service was what makes this one shine. They have a 71 year old crew member named Leslie who truly makes it such a pleasant experience.

On a road trip. Swung through the drive thru at might for a quick bite. 2 regular cheese burger and 2 fries. Was really good burgers and fries were hot. The bathroom was really clean. Pleasently surprised.

Took forever for someone to come up to the front and take our order, they seemed to be having social hour back in the kitchen somewhere. To top it off, my to go order was wrong, asked for no pepper sauce on my spicy chicken and add cheese. Well no cheese and of course the sauce was on there. 🤦🏽‍♂️ I was there at 8pm on sat 12/4/21

Waited over 10 minutes when they pulled us forward. Then the girl finally brought out the food..she asked us what we were waiting on, because they had all these cars pulled forward and had 2 bags of food on her tray. I’m never pulling up again. Some BS. It’s fast food not pull up for 10 min. Waste of money. We almost left without our food. Learn how to do your fast food job or go work at Walmart. Food tastes weird. Water tastes weird. Bathrooms were gross. Used Toilet paper in the corners on the floor. What does the kitchen look like.. shoulda gone somewhere else but I was starving from a long road trip. Edit- been about an hour and I feel nauseous still after eating a quarter pounder burger & a couple nuggets. Left a bad taste in my mouth too. Stay away.

Good setup. Makes it easier to quickly order and get food. Clean restrooms. Could use a divider between the urinals, but otherwise, good place to stop.

Bathrooms haven’t been cleaned for a long time, this should be something to look into. Food and everything else was fine.

Food was good. Fries were okay but tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Drive through moved at a pretty good pace.

The slowest McDonalds in the world. We waited 15 minutes for two takeout meals when there literally wasn’t a single other customer. I feel like you have to TRY to be that slow.

Went thru drive thru got park, 15 mins later I go in and ask for my qtb/c because the meat needed to be cooked fresh, holy cow, I'm not going be a giant B but they cleared me off the screen and left the big white truck sitting out there... Come one if ya parked a big white truck and it's still sitting there there's a problem...

Five stars to the young man that waited on me and explained the menu questions I had. He was super nice!

Up until last week the service was excellent but I went in one day and I guess it was just a bad day I didn't get cream in my coffee they left out one of my sandwiches and I discovered each problem separately I got my order to go and I pulled over before I left in the next parking lot over and I didn't have my cream so I went back to get my cream and got my cream went back over to the other parking lot to mix it in before I went on the road and noticed that my sandwich was missing and had to go back again which made me late for my doctor appointment other than that it's always been good. One other thing is that when taking the problem back to them they were very efficient and very nice about it and took care of it immediately

If you're in the drive-thru and they ask you to "pull forward" when you get to the pickup window, DON'T! Why? Because Number 1, you're allowing them to lie to the home office claiming they waited on you in the allotted time. And two, once you've pulled into the temporary parking slot, they can now take their time in getting your food prepared and then out to you. You might wait an additional 5 minutes, but according to their computer, you're waited on and off the property in under 90 seconds. This makes them look good while you're wondering when your meal will show up. You are under NO obligation to accommodate them. They forget THEY are supposed to accommodate YOU. Take your time driving up to the window, and if they tell you to pull ahead, tell them, "No. Turn your timer off. I'm waiting right here." Not only does it make them work harder to get your food to you, but you're showing corporate what this store is really like.

All the cashier did was complain about how over worked and stressed he was and that he was feeling sick. He couldn't count the person in of me cash payment. It took him seven tries. He could not give me the right change, that took three tries. The food was the worst I have ever received from a McDonald's restaurant. Will never return to this location.

Service was great. Food was the best McDonalds has ever given. And the inside dining was very clean and welcoming. Normally I say no to McDonald’s. Glad we made the stop.

This McDonald’s has always been great but just recently, I was inside with my family and a employee let a homeless person in, I’m completely fine with that but it made it hard for me to enjoy my food when this man kept telling me about his things getting stolen and that he has no way of taking a shower. Another person even offered this man some food to which he politely declined. I will continue to come here when i go to the lake. Just something that needs to be addressed because I wasn’t able to enjoy my food very much. Other than that. This place is great. 👍🏽

Food is either burned or cold. Fries are never ready so you have to wait while the rest gets colder. Fry containers are almost always only half filled anyway. Manager is a complete waste of space. She can rarely be found unless she's screaming at a customer. Avoid at all costs!

I'm currently staying at a hotel nearby. I stopped in to grab dinner for my family. The staff was super friendly. I let them know I was walking and they gave a two-cup drink carrier, which I didn't even know existed. The food is consistent with what you'd expect, but the service is the reason I'll go back. 10/10

Overall a good experience though it took a while for two kids meals, a latte, and a burger. We had to pull to the front, and by the time we got the food, the fries were pretty cold.

The restaurant was dirty. And now you have to order your food through a kiosk. Quarter Pounder with Cheese was dry, and the bun did not appear fresh. The Diet Dr. Pepper tasted mostly like carbonated water rather then a soft drink.

Drive through gal kicked butt on intercom order and cashier young man was very patient explaining available drinks. Thank you!

Fast service, never got an incorrect order. Bathrooms clean. Small portions compared to other fast food in the area.

Had being driving for 8 hrs got hunger and stopped for some food, I still needed 8 more hrs to drive. everything was good until i ate her, and oh boy did the Food me Constipated. Never again, never again will I be stopping at this location.

The food is typical McDonalds, not the best but it'll calm your hunger long enough. I didn't feel too well after eating but the rest of my family was fine so hopefully it wasn't the food from here. But the restrooms are horrible. Of the three stalls, only one was in a semi-functional state. One toilet was straight up broken, another stall covered in vomit, and the third had a floor that was more disgusting than the rest of the space's already terrible cleanliness. I don't know how employees keep up with sanitation mandates for food preparation if the restrooms are this gross. Came here because we had no choice, personally I'd do anything to avoid ever returning.

"Manager" with black hair (she wouldn't tell me her name) got my order wrong and them cursed because I asked about the rest of my order. Bathrooms were nasty. Lobby was dirty and unkept. Service was slow, wrong and rude. Sonic is down the street I will never eat at this McDonalds again. If they don't like their jobs then they should do something else. That "manager" should be sniffing luggage at the airport since she is a B#%$H!!!

If there are public bathrooms more widely used in Sierra County, I don't want to know where they are or what they look like. Rarely pristine, but almost always better than halfway decent. Well done under the circumstances. The food? It's McDonald's and everything you like about it. Sometimes will find things on the menu here you won't find most places because corporate tests items out here, so worth scanning the menu before just blindly ordering your favorite. The touchscreens for ordering are the opposite of the bathrooms. Sketchy as to their cleanliness. Eeeee.

Food was good, but the store was dirty. The handles on the entry doors were very dirty. The woman's bathroom was gross. Smelled and had visable human waste on the seats. I used the bathroom after we ate. Just about made me lose my cookies.

My granddaughter and I stayed at TRC for a couple 9f days. Our first morning we came to McDonald's and it was fun)l of people waiting for their food. A customer asked for a manager and lady said she was the Manager he complained it took 20mins to get his food she got rude with him and told him I'll just refund your money and waled away. I expected to hear an apology. Also when we sat down we noticed flies, many flies and a stench. After getting our food there were some items missing went back to ask for them and then walked out. Worse experience ever. Staff looked angry the ones we saw, 4 people.

Don't stop here!! The person in the drive thru was very rude wouldn't wait tell I was done ordering Kept cutting me off. Then had to wait 15 min & the order was all wrong didn't get any of it right. Call the lady back then waited again still wrong by then I was very upset had to leave. If you can't handle the rush you need to change your job. I will not be back. You need to look at the people you hired or at least check up on them.

The worst. My daughter and I went in for breakfast on our way to Arizona. They opened late. This place was covered n dead flies. On the floor and tables. Had live bugs in the womens bathroom. Spent 20 dollars and couldn't even eat the food. It looked like the closing crew didn't do their job and the morning crew didn't care enough. When we come back through on our way home we will definitely NOT stop.

this location needs more help! there were about 25 of us waiting for our orders. I understand maybe the employees don't care because they want a higher pay, but it was insanely slow! the employees don't work as fast as other locations I've seen. everyone looked so lost...

My friend and I went through the drive thru two mornings in a row. My friend got breakfast meals. I got a hash brown both days. The first day the hash browns were good, but the second day they were great! Food here has gotten really pricey. Not really inexpensive to eat here anymore. Workers were nice enough. Both days the orders were ready fast and were spot on accurate.

Well, took a bit of time to get the food and it was incorrect. Place is clean and nice, just need to pay attention to details and deliver the food correctly.

Ok, new update on this review. The management has taken control of this restaurant and made BIG changes. They are now top rate! Even the management has made a big effort to make right on any orders that may have issues with minimal issues at all. Great job on the change
