Great location for traveler or other business. Pretty darn quiet with minimal highway noise. Rooms are newer and well cleaned. Standard IHG breakfast, nothing special. Desk staff hit and miss on efficiency but generally pretty good. Still the first choice when in town for business.

As a consultant who spends 16 days a month in hotels I appreciate when a hotel reallyntakes care 9f you. We stayed here for 2 weeks while I was on the job site. We had one issue which the staff took care of. We have been treated extremely well by the staff and they have gone out of their way to see that our needs were taken care of. The House keeping manager is fantastic as is Miss Cali who runs the breakfast area. These two ladies made our visit wonderful.

We stay here when going to Elephant Butte and hot springs. We love the indoor pool and free breakfast. Rooms are always up to par. We have tried other cheaper hotels across the street and we're disappointed so we became true patrons.

We got in really late and after finding another inn closed though we felt a little like Mary and Joseph, we were so happy to find a room in your hotel. Perfect late night welcome! Congratulations for your excellent staff! Breakfast was served by such a warm hearted fatherly man, we felt perfectly at home! Very good and generous! Outside the young gardener was very sweet doing an excellent trimming job. Will recommend this place bed are the best Showerw=wondrful By the way the Cops who were sent to see why we were trying to get into the other place were very kind and they're the ones who sent us to Holiday Inn!... And not to the stable šŸ™ƒ

This Holiday Inn is wonderful! Clean rooms, quiet after 9 pm & the staff was amazing! Kelly was super nice & helped me !( I'm in a wheelchair). Rhonda cleaned our room & it was perfect! The grounds and area around the hotel is very nice.

Room was clean and relatively quiet. Staff was fine. Loved the black out curtains. Loved the fitness center right by my room. Loved that the room door closes slowly and quietly, so neighbors can't slam the doors. Breakfast is always a plus. I'd stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn in Truth or Consequences, New Mexico. The front desk employees were very professional, friendly and helpful. We were given a comfortable room with a mountain view. The next morning we had some problems with our car and spent time on the phone. We arrived at the breakfast buffet a few minutes before it closed. The food staff made sure we had a hot meal, fresh fruit and coffee. Our beds/pillows were perfect and we had a good nights sleep. The room was neat and clean with all the necessary amenities. I highly recommend this hotel and itā€™s wonderful staff.

After driving all day, having my hotel be right off I-25 made me very happy. The staff were all friendly & happy to make recommendations on places to go eat. Our room was clean. Our beds were super comfortable. I need a couple of the pillows they have for my bed, because they were great! The rolling shade to block the sun was excellent, since our room faced east. And finally, big props to Holiday Inn for doing away with the wasteful mini shampoo bottles & soaps!

Nice clean hotel. Has a small laundry facility for as many military folks come through here, but nice rooms. The real stand out here is the staff. First, the lady that cooks the breakfast is the sweetest, most dedicated cook\server I've ever seen at ANY hotel. She truly cares about putting good food (and lots of it) out for guests. The front desk staff was also always super helpful and efficient. They put up with us for 20 days - and we all enjoyed our stay.

We woke up to no water! At all. The staff said they would have management call me, but they never did. I got ahold of management myself and the manager was kind and understanding. He handled the situation to my satisfaction. Aside from the lack of water, the room was clean. I did not have breakfast at the hotel. I'm not about to eat at an establishment where I know the employees are not washing their hands. There was no water!

Iā€™m leaving my review below but please note this is probably still the best place to stay in T or C. Maybe check out the hot springs hotels. We will next time. This place needs a major refresh. It is so worn out. Shower was disgusting. We wore shoes while in the shower. Check in lady was rude. Two housekeeping ladies were loudly fighting outside our room too. Iā€™m surprised it didnā€™t end up in a physical fight. Loud guests at 1AM on a Thursday night. The only highlight was one employee. I think his name was Mike in housekeeping and breakfast service Fridays. He was the only friendly face. Helped us to access our room when the key wouldnā€™t work. Remembered us over the next days too. Mike is great. Thanks for being the highlight of our stay there. Everything else was severely lacking and gross.

I stayed overnight. Staff was super friendly. Pool and hot tub were quiet. My room was at the end of the hall and peaceful. Room was nice with a comfy bed.

The price was good, and the room was clean. However, the bathroom sink had a big crack and the chairs were extremely worn with spots on the table. The rug and curtains didn't match. It really needs upgrading. But, the breakfast was outstanding with very friendly staff!

I did not stay in a room reason was I struck a deer at 1:30 am in my brand new truck and needed a warm place for my family as I made arrangements to get back home. Called office, and a wonderful gentleman let us stay, gave us some snacks and was the nicest person I have come into contact for a long time. I am truly grateful for this person and thanks to his generosity I will be booking a stay in the future. Side note we are all okay but the deer was not so fortunate. šŸ˜„

Very comfortable beds and new fresh, clean linens. The breakfast is amazing. Everything you need to start your day. Pancake machine to cold cereal. Fresh fruit and hot cinnamon rolls. Eggs, bacon, toast, and muffins. Cream or sausage gravy for the warm biscuits. Multiple juice choices and good coffee ā˜•ļø šŸ˜‹ with flavored creamers. I told you, all you need.

We were there for the night fir our anniversary weekend. My only complaint is that we were in the pool enjoying ourselves and watching children play. Until a guest came in with her 2 digs and allowed the dogs to jump in the pool and the hot tub. She had no concern for how anyone in the pool felt about that . The young lady on duty that night at the hotel didn't seemed concerned and allowed it .I have nothing against dogs anywhere , but if I wanted to swim with them I would have stayed home and let my dogs in the pool with us. This really upset us because we were only there for one night and that ruined the night for us.

Very disappointed with this facility. The elevator was broken for the duration of our stay. The hotel smelled of cigarette smoke. WE WOKE UP WITH BEDBUG BITES ON OUR BODIES! Our room keys didnā€™t work properly. The soap and shampoo dispensers in the bathroom were empty. The WiFi stopped working while I was online for my work. There is an still unexplained additional $20 charge to my credit card despite receiving a receipt for $20 less. Next time we are in Truth or Consequences, NM we will be certain to book our stay elsewhere!

Reserved a room here and drove several hours with my toddler from Albuquerque to stay. When we arrived, we were told they didn't have our reservation (despite having a confirmation email and number which they said wasn't in their records) and they had no rooms available. Asked to speak to management and was told "they aren't working." When I asked for a number to call, she said "there isn't a number, just an email." I said "ok what about a corporate number" and she said "you can just look it up online." Are you kidding me? I'm being put through this level of stress and you're going to tell me to go look something up myself that you should have readily available?! Dreadful customer service skills by staff here, not even an apology at an obvious mix up on their end. Disgusted with this place. Will never give them my business again and will make sure to let everyone I know that Holiday Inn Express in Truth or Consequences is NOT worth their money or time. Would give them 0/5 stars on this review if I could.

Drove 12 hours and had a reservation for this hotel, that I made directly through them; only to arrive to be told they had no available rooms. They were over booked. There were no hotels in town with a vacancy. So we had to drive two more hours to get a room. If you book a room at this hotel and receive a confirmation from them, it doesn't mean you'll have a room when you arrive! What good are reservations and confirmations when not honored. Book at your own risk! I'm an IHG member, which made no difference.

So, this was one of the most bizarre experiences Iā€™ve had at a hotel. I didnā€™t hate it but didnā€™t love it. I picked this hotel because it had good reviews and was a newer building. I was also able to book a pet friendly room online which was a plus. But there were so many weird things that I noticed too. There were people smoking in one of/some of the downstairs rooms which I think are all non-smoking. Not the hotels fault obviously but. I hope they address it. I would hate to get a non smoking room that smells like cigarettes. The person at the desk when I checked in was kind of rude. Like I donā€™t expect people to love their job 24/7 but she just had no customer service tact what so ever. But whatever, I just needed a place to sleep. I didnā€™t utilize the pool but it looked pretty nice, aside from it definitely being cloudy which tells me it needs chlorine or some sort of clarification. Iā€™d be interested to see what a test strip says about it. The elevator did a weird like drop when I was in it and that was terrifying. The room was really nice but some of the furniture was old which was strange because the rest of the hotel looked brand new. Then I started to notice other littler things: My window curtain was half off. So I couldnā€™t close the actual privacy curtain to shut out the light or parking lot. The shower door was off track which I was able to fix myself but I noticed someone else made this comment in their review soā€¦ why? Why is that a common problem. My toilet paper wasnā€™t replenished. Literally one had an empty cardboard roll on it and the other was half used. I had one wash cloth and 4 hand towels. Why?! They had shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers in the shower but they were ALL empty. I had my own but it just shows that they arenā€™t replenishing things. The room was clean but so many things werenā€™t restocked so it makes you wonder how clean the room really was. Like did they just replace the towels and the sheets but do nothing else? What are they doing to these shower doors that causes them to be off track like this? Oh and the breakfast. The biscuits were over cooked, basically burnt. The omelets were brown from being over cooked. And the coffee was burnt too. Honestly, itā€™s not a bad hotel but clearly thereā€™s a staff issue and itā€™s likely going to go down hill real fast. Which is a shame because it definitely seems like a more recently built hotel and the nicest one in that immediate area.

We had a great stay with our 2 dogs and 2 daughters. The room was clean. Beds were comfortable. Very nice staff they definitely go out of the way to make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Breakfast was good both days we were there.

Me and my family spent a week here for a funeral. The staff went above and beyond with all we needed. The rooms were clean the breakfast was good and hot. The pool and hot tub clean and fun. Laundry available on site and a gym to work out. When I return I will only stay here and recommend you do also

Comfortable beds, great breakfast. Customer service was good. Clean. Refrigerator would freeze every thing and could not find where to adjust it. Worked okay for us because it kept our water frozen for the rest of our travels. Shower door was broken but they sent some one up to fix it right away. Door was just off the tracks. We slept well there. Would stay again.
