The food here is amazing!! Always made fresh and the staff is always so nice. Will eat here again!! Got orange chicken and Veggies and chicken

I moved to T or C a few months ago and I have been so disappointed with the food scene here. Then I found Linh's. I searched online for Asian cuisine and just recently found Linh's. We ordered Beef Padtah Shrimp Spring rolls and Wonton Soup. It was great, but if I had to suggest something it would be to add more shrimp in the spring rolls. Peanut dipping sauce was very good. Why did it take so long to find you? Advertise more. If you do, you will make much more money! I've asked the community about why there is no Asian food here? Not one person mentioned your place. Going to be a regular, for sure. And I will tell everyone about Linh's.

We picked up dinner one evening while visiting TorC and I was really surprised just how tasty and authentic this Asian food was. I’m so use to the mediocre Asian in Santa Fe, NM so this was a great find and I will definitely eat there again on our next trip to T or C. Linh was a very nice man, and overall a great experience of delicious food truck dining.

Been there for 3 different meals. So far, all are good. I'm looking forward to trying more dishes.

Amazing food and amazing service 10/10

T or C was so ready for this food truck! The food is delicious and if you're an average eater, the portions large enough to give you two meals. My husband and I like hot/spicy, and the requested extra heat here is perfect! If you prefer no heat, you'll also be pleased. Welcome to T or C Linh's!!!
