A bad place to go. We were robbed at the venue and the staff never made a point to follow up on the matter. Till today we are still traumatized about what happened to us and the things we lost under their watch. How do you run and place and lack security. Worst part we were told we are not the first time to experience this. Is the fact that you guys didn't care at all. You ruined what was meant to be a special day for us as family.

We were robbed at gun point, no security on site. When the external security came, we were told we were there 5th victims of such a crime that has happened on the premises. Clearly the owner and management don't care much about the safety of the people staying or visiting the place. I would not recommend anyone to go there.

An absolute 6 star experience. We were a group of 12 staying for the weekend. The rooms are clean and spacious. Our every need was catered to by Cathy and her team. A beautiful breakfast was set up on the pool deck. Cathy and tram carried us on their hands and ensured that we have everything we needed and that we are happy at all times. This resort is highly recommended and we will definitely return.

We wre robbed with guns on Sat night,I will never recommend that place to anyone 😕 yr service is very very poor ,the security is worse cos the intruders forced people to give dem their phones pointing them with guns,come on guys. I will make sure Dat people nou abt dis I just pray Dat dey closed down Dat place for gud.

They need more staff members. Getting a quotation or service takes time. Telephonically and physically. The place has great potential, there are a few minor and 1 major regarding the turn around time on service. The staff is friendly and I feel like the Admin guy is over worked. He runs around everywhere he deserves a Bells.

Since first time I went, I think we've had 3 more family events here. Lebo and her team are amazing.... From the moment you walk in nd come Mother's Day we shall again be here LASEV RESORT

I love the place it is nice the rooms are of high standard.It is a place where you can relax and enjoy the morning breeze. The pools are very nice and user friendly

Very warm place to rest, and friendly staff.

I honestly wouldn't recommend this place. Not only was the pool area dirty, but one of the pools needed to be filled up (due to this, many people were chilling in the pool that had the slide, disrupting those who wanted to use the slide). There was also litter all over the place (near the pool area, on the braai stands, and around the lapa). There weren't any available dustbins. There was no security at the entrance when we arrived (meaning anyone could enter whenever they wanted), and the security guy only arrived hours later to monitor who was entering the premises. The staff by the pool entrance were rude. There was no running water, toilet paper, or hand washing in the toilets. This place looked nothing like it did in the pictures. It has great potential, but I wouldn't recommend it until all the other issues have been resolved.

My experience at Lasev Resort was fantastic. The lady at the gate was very beautiful and friendly towards us. The receptionist welcomed us very well. The pools were clean and so were the bathrooms. We would love to come back

Dunno why they hide there ac remote controls. What’s the point of having air conditioning when you can’t use it ? There is no security what so ever I didn’t feel safe sleeping here . The people managing this place need to do better No customer service at all. The rooms are clean though and have very comfortable beds .

The time we spent was epic, yet the pictures are very misleading, for starters, the pic of the big pool was not as appetising, it was rather disappointing to see the empty pool with so much dirt inside. we booked the Lapa on time, but to be met with dirty, unprepared tables and floors which seems to have had gravies from surely previous patrons. we had to approach the young guy (who was helpful) to come and have him clean the Lapa we had occupied. the vacant pools were dirty, pity we arrived earlier to ensure that we would prepare on time and head home while time was still on our side, thus we realised pools had probably not been cleaned prior, one of our colleagues had to ask the grounds man over 4 times just to do something with the dirty pool, worse with a dead frog inside a sure sign that maintenance was something the place lacks. above all i guess nice moments will surely be something that will be made by people coming there, rather be well prepared, the place has lots of potential, and this wont deter people from coming, but should be taken as a wake up call to dearly do something with the place to attract even more customers who are willing to come. for now, please up your market, fill that big pool we so wanted to be in with water, thoroughly clean the other pools as well for that still remains one of the attributes that makes us to flock to that place. above all thanks for the nice time

The dj was not friendly when we requested songs since his songs were love songs and we wanted amapiano or something nice.

Great place for family fun day, it's kids friendly, the rooms are spacious and neat

Everything about that resort is a scam, no service desk, staff is rude, disorganized, we literally asked everything the whole holiday to extend that we tired. Poor very poor especially for family holiday, maybe day visits are better but sleeping absolutely no, its like a motel.

Kindly renovate the kitchen first and foremost! It was cold, the rooms have aircon but no remote controls. We asked for it from day 1 until we had to check out. The place is nice kodwa it needs some attention lapho na lapho especially kitchen which is used by everyone who is booked for the weekend.

Absolute nonsense service from the management of the place. We made booking in June for December 24 till 26 and made a 50% deposit at the time. When we arrived at the venue the rooms we had agreed on where occupied. We were given rooms that were still in construction. Rooms where not ready for us. We had to wait for them to install mirrors, fetch bar fridges, etc. It was just an absolute nonsense. It was just a horrible experience

Add another bathroom in multiple sleeper rooms but otherwise beautiful, neat and friendly staff.

The lodge is well-situated next to the tarred road. It is about 70% complete with some construction still ongoing in parts of the lodge. It holds the promise of being one of the most attractive venues for leisure in Pretoria when it's complete. You can visit the piggery, an ostrich enclosure and view zebras within the perimeter. There are about six swimming pools and water slides are close to completion. When it's finished, it will offer a lot of fun options for families.
