結婚指輪のコースで プラチナのペアリングを作りました。店内は雰囲気もよく 店員さんの対応もよく 既製品も置かれているので 全体的にキラキラしています。指輪は 棒を丸に曲げるところから始まるのですが 作るとは言ってもそこはさすがに商品ですので 9割はプロがやってくれますww でも体験は楽しく思い出にもなりますし、選んだデザインは自分達で模様をつけたり、S字やV字も自分達でやるのかな(ストレートで作りました) なので大事なところはお二人の個性が出ますよ！。オススメのクラフトマンは｢須永｣さんですw。 あと、電話したらほぼほぼ質問に答えてもらえますし 予約したコースの変更もできますし 大抵の不安は解消できると思います。ちなみに 今まで失敗した人は居ないとのこと

It's definitely worth the time and experience to create your own custom ring from scratch! Staff is extremely helpful and friendly, making the whole experience much more comfortable. Yuri is an incredible guide, and I'm glad to have passed by!

Thank you Kent sensei for your imparting us with your ring crafting mastery. It was such a joy to be your apprentice! Lol My husband and I made rings with Ringram at Yokohama and it was a wonderful experience. We also got a custom engraving to commemorate our honeymoon in Japan. The hands-on activity was informative and fun! I was intimidated by the welding part but Kent provided great guidance. Definitely recommending booking in advance as early as you can! Time slots become limited.

Our experience at Ringram was absolutely fantastic! With the guidance of Kento, we crafted two custom rings, and the results were beyond our expectations. Kento was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the process, ensuring that every detail was perfect. The quality of the materials and craftsmanship was exceptional. Would definitely come back again!

Kento was very nice and friendly! Despite the language barrier, we had a good time conversing and laughing. He was very patient and helpful in making sure our rings came out the best they could.

This was a very fun date activity! We chose the silver pair ring course. Kento, the worker who assisted us, was very helpful the despite language barrier! ☺️ We chose a complicated ring design, with twists and curves, but Kento taught us well. There were times it was very difficult, but he encouraged and guided us on how to make it ourselves. It was a lot of hard work but worth it! The store was very nice, and the washroom was very clean as well.

It was fun making our own ring from scratch. Instructor is very kind and she made us very comfortable from the beginning. One should definitely try this place when you’re in Japan. I’m giving 6/5 for this place. Will definitely try this place again in future.

Making a self ring at Yokohama Ringram is a fun and unique experience. You will be guided through the entire process by friendly and helpful staff, and you will end up with a beautiful ring that you made yourself #special thanks for Hisano san.

Taka-san and the staff at Ringram have been all very helpful and offered us the best service. We wanted to make our wedding rings using the wax method but knew our trip of 25 days in Japan might be too short for this course (wax course needs 4 weeks to make the rings). We contacted the shop in advance and explained our situation, they told us if we chose a simple design, they could deliver the ring within the 25 days, right before we left Japan. We also had a plan B to have a friend in Japan pick it up if there was unforeseen delay. At the shop, we reexplained the situation and the staff was very helpful in making arrangements to make sure we could fit our delay. Taka-san was great at helping us choose a design that fit my engagement ring and walking us through the step to make our rings and always made sure we felt reassured if we made mistakes in the process. He used a translator device to talk to us so it was okay to use English with him. Finally when it came time to pick up the finished ring, Ringram exceeded our expectations and deliverd one week in advance to the date we had fixed prior. We cannot recommend their service enough. They are a great place to have your important rings made and it creates important mementos for us. If you also have tight delays, please communicate with them in advance and politely ask if arrangements can be made. I am sure they will do their best to meet your requirements.

初めての指輪作りで初めはとても緊張していたのですが、今回私たちを担当してくださった店長さんがとても丁寧にステップを説明してくださったので安心して指輪製作を行うことができました。 作業途中も様々な話題を振ってくださったり、製作中の様子をたくさん撮影してくださったため、普段つい夢中になって二人の写真を撮り忘れがちな私たちの思い出をたくさん残してくださいました！ 肝心の指輪も、世界に一つだけの思い出が詰まった高クオリティの指輪でとても感動しました。知り合いにもおすすめしたいくらい素敵なお店でした。 本当にありがとうございました！

We saw someone post about Ringram on TikTok and immediately knew we had to come! It was only 5500 yen per ring for a 2 hour workshop. Satomi was super helpful. Even though she didn't speak English, she walked us through all the steps by showing us herself or with Google translate. We chose to make the hammer design which was hard but she patiently helped me with the technique. I highly recommend to anyone considering coming here!

We enjoyed our time making pairing rings at Yokohama location. Ayaka was friendly and approachable, despite some language barriers she was able to guide us through the experience. Definitely will be coming back again to make another couple rings.

My husband and I did the regular ring pairing course and it was so much fun! Even if you don’t understand Japanese, the instructions were simple and staff were very attentive. Highly recommend for a unique experience

My boyfriend and I had a great experience at RingRam Yokohama with Ayaka Satomi san on Thursday, Jan 11th! ✨ She was so hard working and patiently helping us, and even though we don’t speak Japanese, it was not a problem since she used a translator device to speak with us.
