    subway enforced to add tips into my bills without notice me when I order a "food long" myself here. Does subway change the rule? Even restaurant can not add tips without notice customer ahead if it is not group dinner. Should I pay tips?No. This is a self service fastfood store. I pickup while order, and I clean the table myself. Do I satisfied? No. So I should let everyone know what has happened.

    Menu states kids meal is 4.99. Ordered two and got charged $11.58. Employee refused to adjust price to the menu price and to call manager (manager is not available). Will not be coming back.

    My recent visit to Subway was hands down the worst customer service ever.  The person was very abrupt and gave me the impression that my visit was a burden.  I can’t tell you their name since none of the 4 individuals including the two on laptops were wearing name tags. I asked for the Supreme Meats 12” and of course they only had Italian or multigrain options.  Then I asked to modify the veggies and was told that if I altered ANYTHING I would have to pay per meat.  When I asked them to verify that information, they stated that the sandwich would be delivered 10.99 plus an additional charge per meat.  I ended up taking a sandwich that I did not want in order to avoid paying close to 20 for a ten dollar sandwich. I addressed this with the district manager and advised them that I got a sandwich that I did not want rather than paying additional to which they agreed the employee was wrong. They did not offer to remake the sandwich or any resolution but said they would adress the employee.   The performance by the employee is understandable based on that kind of leadership as an example. I ended up throwing away half of the sandwich right next the the now 4 “managers” that had accumulated to do absolutely nothing but take smoke breaks and joke the entire 40 minutes that I was on location.

    My order from the app disappeared and when I called to make sure they had it they confirmed it was ready and waiting for DoorDash to come get it. I waited over an hour and nothing so I called again and they ignored it 5 times before I got an answer. The answered the phone “subway” and then promptly put the phone off the hook down on the counter so I could hear everything in the store but nobody was answering the call. So I sat waiting for over 10 minutes trying to get someone’s attention but no answer, then they proceeded to leave it off the hook for another 30 minutes so I couldn’t try calling again. Ended up having to send me coworker in to pick it up and it wasn’t even made. So they charged my card and didn’t give me anything I ordered plus there’s absolutely no way to call corporate to try and get a refund so now I have to wait for them to email me back for god knows how long to get my stolen money back. Absolutely unacceptable employees who won’t do their jobs

    3:08 pm on October 31, a young lady who works at this store, was very rude. It was disrespectful to deaf customer. Subway employees should be patience to communicate with deaf customer.

    I had great service from the two employees working the other day, so I left a 5$ tip, unfortunately I watched one of them take the 5$ out of the tip can and slide it in his pocket when he thought no one was watching. I think his name is Jay or Ray? usually colorful hair shaved down on sides. I will not be back, or will at the least reconsider leaving a tip at these places

    I don't know if this is a commentary on this specific subway or on the chain in general but they are doing a really good job updating their stores and menus to be competitive while keeping prices reasonable. The fresh mozzarella and more upscale cured meat options are appreciated.

    Mostly I loathe this establishment...HOWEVER....THIS LOCATION IS GREAT! They are the friendliest artists I've ever seen. I dont feel scared or tense or judged at all. I don't feel like I'm annoying them with my order. I don't feel like someone played "hide the booger" in my sammy!

    The to go orders I made on the app were completely wrong. You can see the receipt showing MANY more items than made it to my sandwich and the ingredients that are there are few and sad looking. I order from here at least once a week and this was disappointing.

    Went in to order a sandwich and had to use the restroom first. The first one I tried was so disgusting, I opted to try the other available bathroom, it too was disgusting. They looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in some time. Not like days, but weeks. The sinks are covered in grime, rings in the toilet bowls, and biological contaminates in, on, and around the toilets. I went to the dining area to order and there was trash and debris on the floor. That’s when I decided to leave. Clearly if routine cleaning is not occurring in the front of the house, it’s not happening in the back of the house.

    Clean, friendly, reliable, and delicious. All veggies looked plump and ripe, meats and cheeses looked fresh. Floors, tables, lights all clean and functional. No trash, clean outside area, aaanndd very polite and friendly staff. Fly by 930am on a Monday and you'll get amazing service and a kind smile. 05/23.

    Decided to drive here since it was the only one open somewhat nearby, and apparently the decide to close 40 minutes before the hours posted on here and on their door. I understand maybe 5 or 10 minutes before hand but 40 minutes seems a little steep to be closing early

    Josh is the reason for the 5 stars! There was a glitch in the app and I was supposed to get a free 6 inch but I didn’t but when I let Josh know he fixed the situation right away. Great customer service! The corporation should work on the glitch though. But because of Josh 5 stars
