August 8th around 3pm: Micro aggressions, probably racist blonde girl w white jacket accused my sister of shoving a tank top up her TANK TOP?? I’ve been here many times before and as a light skin SE asian never had a horrible interaction. Although it’s apparently the workers are all high school mean girls. My younger sister however is on the darker tan side, holding her drink and wearing a thin tank top got accused of stealing. The girl was aggressive and rude staring at a minor’s chest the whole time until I stepped in and asked what was the problem. She immediately tried explaining herself saying a customer saw her “steal” and which I firmly said “no, that’s literally her chest.” The blonde beech then says “oh ok” no eye contact. And walked off with NO apology. Idk if it’s their goal to drive out poc from shopping there but I’ve heard and seen enough of the same interactions and experiences from other people to believe so. Wish I got her name, the next time it happens I will for sure ask for it and not back down because these girls needs to be exposed for poor behavior, micro aggression tendencies, and overall bad manners and harassing customers.

I love brandy melville clothes and wanted to get the experience of going into the actual store. Before going I read some of the reviews and many people had issues with customer service and lots of talk about stealing. Almost as soon as I entered the store I could see what the reviews meant about the atmosphere. The employees were huddled up together and gossiping about girls stealing basically the entire time I was there. Not to mention, some the girls who work there just generally had terrible attitudes and you could tell they didn’t care about customer service. Overall, love the clothes and the aesthetic of the store, but brandy needs to stop hiring mean girls.

The clothes are nice and have reasonable prices. The service, on the other hand, was terrible. 3 girls behind the counter who were all just talking to each other about random things, acted as though we were bothering them by wanting to check out. They then proceeded to talk to each other while ringing us up, totally ignoring us, and did not even say thank you or to have a nice day.

the workers seem sweet but half of the time they’re just gossiping about the customers. staring and pointing to other girls. I’m glad my daughter had no issues but they were definitely gossiping about how certain girls look like they’re stealing. huddled up together to talk about it when the store was extremely busy.

Super cute clothes, while it is one size I do find that the clothes are pretty stretchy. They also have some really good bags & jewelry incase the clothes aren't your style. The store is a bit packed & its kinda hard to find a specific thing you are looking for but the workers are friendly. The dressing rooms are really bad though because instead of an actual door its a cloth

Small, but super cute and comfy clothes. Sales associates were great! Helpful and kind. No returns, though, only exchanges or instore credit within the first 14 days after that all sales are final.

Giving this such a low rating only due to the lack of customer service in the store. The store overall was very clean and had a lot of product to shop through. I was the only customer that was in the store and not a single worker upfront greeted me or ever once during my shopping experience even acknowledged me. They chatted away in their own conversation the entire time. Even when I stood there trying to figure out if I was suppose to help myself into a fitting room or if they needed to let me into one. Eventually there were 4 different girls on the floor up by the register and not a single one during the 20 minutes I was in there have any sort of interaction with a customer that walked in. Just rude 🤷🏼‍♀️

I totally got accused of stealing! I bought around 100 dollars worth of clothes but when I was about to walk out of the store the workers accused me of stealing and it kinda scared me when they threatened to call the police. I went to the back with one of the workers and I proved to her that I wasn't stealing but it was still not a well experience. All the employees are 16 year old girls that aren't the best at handling situations :/ But cute clothes though definitely haha

Went into brandy august 6th around 1:30ish, the worker named “maha” bumbed into me while grabbing hangers, I said sorry and she didn’t acknowledge me at all, or say sorry for bumbing into me. After that she kept constantly giving me glares. I’ve came in a few times and every time the workers have had HORRIBLE customer service. The only 2 workers nice were Kenna and the girl working the fitting rooms. Props to them 👍🏻.

I was here after not visiting this location for 4 years… nothing has changed. The teenage girl employees are still rude, the employees accused a mother and daughter of stealing. Afterwards, all the employees were making fun of the girl! Do not buy or shop from here.
