You can never go wrong with a quality hot sub or sandwich and firehouse subs brings the quality. The Nashville hot brisket used a quality cut of beef and was juicy, tender and flavorful. The Nashville sauce was perfect, with a nice heat and not to oily. The cornbread roll was amazingly soft and fresh. The slaw was great and cooled the heat from the Nashville hot sauce perfectly. The pickles added a nice contrast. The mac and cheese is a must try. Loved the creamy cheese sauce and the added Italian bread crumbs on top. The chili was great and hardy. 5🌟

What a great place! I don’t think we can go to “sub st” after trying firehouse subs. Very flavorful, packed with ingredients, no need to tell them every detail of how you want your sandwich done, they already do it right! The drive thru is not for this location btw. Lots of parking nearby and very efficient service. Every bite was so full of flavor, we will return very soon.

This review is purely about customer service. I do food delivery part time and after this last time, I decided I needed to write a review. The first several times I picked up from here, the employees seemed more interested in standing around talking and joking around, or looking at their phones, than in greeting people standing at the counter or working on orders that were on tickets waiting to be made up. I had to get their attention, and then they would go, "uhh, let me look", they'd find the ticket and say, "ok, we'll get that done now". Why weren't they already working on it? Every other sandwich place is on it, working on orders, greeting you, asking what you're there to pick up, and without an attitude. The last few times I've been in, it's like I'm bothering them when I ask if an order is coming up, about how long they think it might take, and then when it's been twice as long as they said it would be and I check in with them to see how it's coming along, the looks I get and the attitude in their voices- it's ridiculous.

I’ve been coming here since they opened, and every time I leave considering if it just might take the crown for best sandwich I’ve had. These guys are always amazing. Like they really care about the art of a beautiful sandwich, and they taste as exceptional as they look. 👍

I have only been to Firehouse Subs five or six times. Each time was at this location. This is the closest location to where I live, and it is about 12 miles away. But every time, I have always enjoyed the food. They used to have 15 or so bottles of self serve hot sauces out on the counter. I noticed this time, those sauces are gone. Maybe they went away during Covid, and never came back, like many things. I asked for some spicy sauce on the side, and they gave me a fairly large packet of sauce, that was big enough for the whole sandwich. I enjoyed my sandwich. Bring back the sauces? Please.

The place was filthy! There was food and trash all over the floors. The tables were dirty the trashes were overflowing. Several kids standing around talking. It was not that busy. There were two people in the whole place. One kid walked by refilled his soda, pop cup, and went back and started drinking it as he walked by the overflowing trashcan.

This Firehouse is typical of casual dining fare. If you go in with that idea, you'll enjoy it. The staff are friendly, they have a reasonable selection of sub fixings. The hot sauce selection is quiet good. It's not "wow, I love it" food, but it is good. My only fault on it is the expense to make it a combo. Overall it's more expensive than other sub options with only marginally better food than Subway.
