After visiting over 15 countries in the last 6 months, it is easy to say that this is one of the worse airport lounges I have visited. The food was beyond bland and inedible towards the end of mush. Most of it we were not able yo swallow. Options were quite limited. There were about 5-6 cooked meal options and 5-6 desserts for people to choose from. My friends with peanut allergies had quite a difficult time finding safe options as the patrons and the staff were using the same utensils for peanut and peanut free dishes. Additionally, most of the time, the food counter remained quite empty and I saw upwards of 20 people asking the staff to refill the food as they were hungry. When the cooked food was refilled, they kept the old trays in the cook pot and just poured new food over the old food. This to many, was not up to food safety standards. The lounge is one of few in the airport and quite busy so the lack of options and food safety was a disappointment. Please like my review if you found it helpful!

This lounge is the worst. The positive - juices and fresh fruit. Negatives - coffee machine broken, no soft drinks, no real snacks, no alcohol, no nothing. Extremely loud and no quiet area. There’s no wifi in the area - airport wifi doesn’t reach to the lounge - lounge doesn’t face wifi. The terminal waiting area isn’t bad.

Not air conditioned, very hot. Food was cold, drinks were hot. Looks like a construction zone. We were only there for 15 minutes but could not stand the heat. A total waste of $44.

Food poisoning coming in 3, 2, 1. The food Is stale, cold, soggy, bland, and rancid. Even the dessert is rancid. There are not enough utensils for all the dishes so people are forced to share the watermelon spoon with the salad spoon. The heat is unbearable. It’s much cooler in the common area of the airport. Where is the money going? Why hasn’t any of these issues been rectified? On a lighter note, Customer service is great so I blame management 100%.

So I think the reviews here are mixed with the Concordia Lounge at the Domestic terminal and the International terminal (somehow both are called Concordia Lounge). The international lounge is not on Google maps, so I guess many of us decided to leave it here. (I don’t know how to create a new place on Google maps apologies 😩) My photos are from the international terminal, and like some of the reviews, I think its just average, barely making the passing mark. While the variety is quite typical when compared to other lounges, this place is small, crowded (only lounge in the international terminal it seems, as we walked around) and there are small fruit flies landing on the food cos there are no covers 🫣 I went for the main dishes as those had covers. The guy at the drinks counter was friendly but I agree the ladies at registration counter weren’t.

A good and stylish place to hangout while waiting for your flight in Ngurah Rai International airport bali. Various type of seats and not that crowded. Food and things are ok. It is comfortable

The Lounge is okay. You have good seating areas and a good variety of food (breakfast). You have different choices of juices and soft drinks. For the domestic area in the airport really ok.

Good experience in the lounge, although it is rather small. Tried the coffee (very good) and a selection of teas available that day. Also stopped for a quick massage in the chairs, and it was comfortable (with curtains available for privacy). Visited in the morning on a weekday and it wasn’t too crowded. Service and cleanliness were a huge plus. Bathrooms also exceptionally clean (showers were not accessible and did not use)

Very disgusting. Such a waste of my Mandiri Fiesta Point. Please Mandiri… choose better partner for your client.

This is a no frills lounge in the International Terminal. There is NO alcohol. There is a lot of comfortable seatingnamd free Wi-Fi. The bathroom is 'Okay'. The food items were quite good, with a large variety available.

Simple lounge for travellers to rest and refresh before their flights. Warm environment, as it is an open-space within departure complex. Limited food choices.

Good one...Great Lounge to relax. Less vegetarian options. It would be nice to have 'Vegetarian' mark on the dishes. Courteous staff. Coffee options are great.

the most disgusting lounge i’ve ever been in. don’t even bother. receptionist was judgey, waitress was munching while refilling the food in front of guests, toilet was so smelly and disgusting, even the public airport toilet smells better. plates were not cleared, waitresses just walked pass and pretended to not see the dirty tables. chairs were stained and gross.

Great little spot if you need to rest for a few hrs. Agus in the desk is a real professional and will help where he can 🙏🏼. Great food great drinks (no alcohol) and a little haven. Girls behind the bar v kind and welcoming too 😎

Clean and Cozy. Nice Place on Ngurah rai. This place are near from Gate 2 Domestic Departure.

Wifi barely works (had to switch to 4g), food is pretty gross, no screens showing flight times. Toilets are not nice. The only saving grace us it's pretty quiet.

Not sure why there are so much discrepancy between reviews. But this is my report on 18 Dec 2019 around 17.30 local time. Food and drinks are plentiful. Yes, there are flight crews inside but still there are plenty of empty seats. And do expect NO alcoholic beverage in all Indonesian airport lounges.

Probably one of the worst lounges I have been in terms of food quality. Food is rarely refilled and the options are of poor quality and sit there for the lo gets time. Interestingly, they have a VIP section which you have to pay 500k rp- to get decent options. It’s ironic when one is paying for these lounge access and have to pay beyond that to receive the bare minimum. I have been to this lounge several times and all disappointing.

Disappointing lounge. Food selection is not sufficient. Most are cold even though they seem to be sitting in a warmer. Constantly have to wait for cups to get coffee/tea/juice because they keep running out. The staff are nice though.
