The rooms were neat, but the staff were rude. At least the lady I spoke to was, I checked in and I asked for a late check-out and I was willing to pay. She said it's fully booked and cannot extend. To my surprise I found rooms were available on the website. So I stayed for a night and left for another hotel. The location is fantastic though. Breakfast is also good.

This hotel is perfect if you're into plane-spotting: it's so close to the airport, it's practically on the runway...and yet for all that, the coming and going of aircraft are not a major distraction. The place is clean and modern, if a bit soulless. The staff are professional. The pool area is on the roof and a nice enough place to lounge. The spa appears to be closed down and the gym languishes. But if you're looking for a place to stay before you catch a flight, or on late arrival in Bali, I'd pick this joint over the (more expensive) Hilton Garden (which you're probably also considering)... lots of mini marts surround what is a very local and tourist-free area. There's a couple of reasonably priced restaurants on site that serve good grub. Let's face it, you're not coming here for a holiday, but it does the job of short-stay "airport hotel" more than adequately.

Compare to the same rate in Kuta area, this is the best hotel that I have stayed. Room is clean and tidy. They provide hairdryer, fridge, 2 bottle water drinking, 2 toothbrush set and bedroom slippers. Upon checked in, Welcome drink is provided. TV has many channels: Korean, Japanese, English movies/ news and Chinese. This hotel is outdated but they are trying to maintain and clean it. Saw them cleaning and scrubbing the corridor carpet. They provide good breakfast from 6:30am to 10:30am. Eggs stations: Omelette, fried egg and scrambled. Many other varieties. They can also provide breakfast takeaway if you need to go off early in the morning from 5am. But it will be simple pastries packed in a bento (no egg or meat). Rooftop swimming is nice for sunset. Their lifts are like oven from afternoon onwards. Convenient store just opposite hotel. Grab to Airport is just 10min drive away and 21,000 IDR + 10,000 IDR airport entrance fee.

Gym is bare bones but serviceable…if they had working AC or fans Check in was lengthy, also need ac in the back waiting area where it became quite warm. Some of this is because they are busy due to airport issues around the holiday. Quiet and dark for sleeping! Room was comfy, good layout, nice TV, good AC and Wi-Fi. The bed also was large and comfortable. Good for a close to the airport stay with the ability to eat in the same building. They also provided bottled Halal water. The spa area looks very nice, with great prices, and has multiple rooms.

Great location for pre/post flight. Comfortable room except for the doors slam shut really loud. Rooftop pool is a cool feature and nice way to get away from the heat and noise. The staff were great and breakfast (standard Indonesian buffet) was good. The rank garbage pile spilling out into the garage was an awful welcome. The hallway was filthy, but the room was clean.

Room was very nice. Super cozy and spacious. Got everything I need, hair dryer, desk & proper chair for working, sofa, complete toiletries, etc. The air conditioning using higher tech than the usual hotel so it's more comfortable to adjust the temperature. Pleasant worthy service at the receptionist section. The bell boy served you wet towel as soon as you enter hotel to refresh your face or hand from outside, they also gave you welcome drinks after you checked in. I want to recommend their swimming pool too which has incredible views where you can watch planes from the nearby airport.

Well I deserved what I expected. The room was comfortable, nice view face to airport, check-in process is really fast, pool view was beautiful, breakfast is good and lot of choices. Thank you arunika for the stay. I will recommend to my family and friends to stay at your hotel.

Great value and price. Swimming pool, japanese restaurant and extra size bed. Special attention to the service, really proffesional, reception and restaurant.

Hotel is conveniently located a short drive from the airport, close to local shops and local food stalls. Rooms were pleasant and comfortable. Staff and service was very friendly. Also the sky pool on the roof has a beautiful view of the runway. Definitely very good value for money. Will return

We are here for one night before our flight. The room is cozy, clean, and fragrance. The receptionist name Dyah is friendly and really helpful. The wifi is fast. The foods are hotel standard but the portion is small. The hotel located near the airport, it's only ten minutes. Overall, Me and my husband are really happy for the service, thank you.
