After staying in 4 other hotels across Bali my expectations were not high. I urgently had to book here due to a diving accident and wanting to be close to a hospital. For 18 euro, I just needed a room and oh my was I surprised. It had all the essentials, sealed windows and doors, ac, fridge, very comfortable bed and bathroom. Has a good sized pool. Food was very good too. If I had realised this place was as good, I would definitely would have stayed here instead of another resort that was supposed to be 5 star and had poor standards. This place was great

Pros: Awesome massage, very clean and comfortable room, bottles of water to buy for reasonable price in the room, and strong AC. Friendly front desk staff. Pretty flowers and cute pool area. Easy to find for taxi. Cons: Noisy at night - need earplugs. No cute restaurants in walking distance - need to take a taxi; it’s difficult to walk to restaurants because of the busy highway right outside the hotel. Shower didn’t work super well. Pool is 3 feet deep, good for a quick dip. Not vegan friendly.

Best service I had on my trip. On arrival I was offered to store my backpack as room was not ready and I was early. Staff explicitly asked if there are any valuables inside. I confirmed and then proposed to rather store it at the desk for extra security. The hotel restaurant staff is amazing. Incredibly friendly and the food is inexpensive and very tasty. Next to the restaurant you have the pool to relax and have your beer. The room itself was alright, with small windows but all in all ok for the price. Very close to the airport as the name suggests. I would definitely book again.

Conveniently close to the airport. Old but classy hotel with outstanding service from all lovely staff members. Rooms are comfortable with ac, a safe, small workspace with bar fridge, tv, complimentary water, coffee, tea and en suite bathroom. There is no shuttle to the airport but the friendly staff will assist you if any transport is needed. There is a lovely restaurant offering food at highly affordable prices. Nice spa for a last minute treat before leaving Bali. Highly recommended.

I've stayed at half a dozen hotels near the Bali airport because I prefer not to try and travel from far away before and after my flights. Most of them are pretty terrible (smokey, damp, run down, loud or dirty). GrandMas was much better than I expected. Very clean with friendly and well trained staff. There will always be a bit of traffic noise in Kuta but it was better than most (and provided ear plugs too in case you are sensitive.) Price was very low. The air conditioning worked well and there was hot water almost instantly in the shower. As a bonus the spa downstairs is good quality and much better priced than hotel spas usually are (275 for 90 minute massage.) I'd definitely recommend it for the night of arrival or night before departure as the airport is only a 5m drive away. (Bali traffic can be completely stuck at times so don't risk trying to come from too far away!)

Amazing hotel with incredibly nice staff! Close to the airport, it is the perfect choice to stay few days during connections, or if you do not specifically want to go to the seaside. The hotel is very confortable, nice and clean rooms with air conditioning, tea, clean bathroom and body products. Nice and quite pool! There is a good restaurant with reasonable prices, and a Spa in which we took a massage in couple, which was very relaxing, and comes with services such as product selection, personalized care,... The hotel location is not perfect, not close to the beach and without easy access to a commercial street by foot (you have to walk 5 minutes aside a very busy street) but since it has everything you need inside the hotel, it did not bother me at all. You can also easily take taxi to visit other places. I will come back for sure!

Really recommend this hotel, esp for those who want to be near the airport. The room was large and came with mini fridge, hairdryer, sandals and hot water kettle, it’s amazing for its price. The staffs were helpful and friendly. They even gave me a tridatu bracelets as souvenir upon check out. Will definitely come back

Located close to the airport, this hotel offers clean and comfortable rooms with cheap price. I’ve stayed here a few times and service is always great. They also have a spa, where I always get a relaxing Balinese massage. I prefer to book via their website since it’s cheaper compared to other booking platforms.

We stayed here for only 1 night, we weren’t expecting much, as it was way too cheap ($28 AUD per night including breakfast), but we were pretty satisfied with our stay. The room was a bit small but that was already expected, but other than that, it was pretty neat and cozy. They have a restaurant on the ground floor, and the food & drinks were pretty tasty. The service is always on point in Bali, and this one is no exception! The staffs are so friendly and helpful 🙏🏻

This hotel is located 5 minutes from the airport so is perfect if you have an early or late flight! That's the only reason I would stay here. Room was clean, small but comfortable. Lots of traffic noise so next time I would request a room back from the road. Onsite restaurant is okay and reasonably priced. Onsite spa is excellent, I had a fantastic massage.

Excellent all around stay w impeccable customer service. Staff was just so sweet and helpful, I was always greeted w a smile, and they really wanted my stay to be comfortable. The hotel is located by a busy highway, so some rooms get the noise from it. If you are a light sleeper, just ask for a room in the back. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely clean. They equipped w a mini refrigerator, tea kettle, water, tea, and coffee. There is a restaurant on the premises, so room service is available, as well as laundry.

Hotel is close to the airport which is perfect. Located on the main busy road but you don’t notice that once inside. Lovely little garden with pool and great restaurant with decent prices for Bali. Great room which provided me with the necessary sleep in a lovely bed. Even got a little goodbye bracelet to add to my collection on my arm. Depi and Ade were the best. Such sweet persons who made this stay feel really luxurious. Keep in mind that they have to check the room with checkout which might take a few minutes.

I booked this hotel even after seeing 2 star in google. But it turned out to be absolutely amazing.The rooms were small and tidy. Was very comfortable and well furnished. The food there was just too good. The staffs were nice and well behaved. The best part of it is that it is so near to the airport.

I had a lovely and comfortable one-night stay at Grandma's Plus Airport Hotel. The room was very clean, and the beds were so comfortable. The staff, especially Lily, Adi, and Agung, along with everyone in the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we felt welcome throughout our stay. With a good night's rest, we were ready for our flight back home. I highly recommend this place to anyone seeking a pleasant stay near the airport. It's a true gem with exceptional service and comfort.

I am a solo traveler and found this hotel room just for the night, so I can go back to the airport the next morning. They picked me up and dropped me off (all for way better pricing than the taxis would have offered.) The rooms were clean and spacious. The breakfast was super amazing! Very close to the airport, and would recommend for sure!

The hotel is great. Staff is welcoming and nice, the restaurant has a big variety of food and beverage, and is not too expensive. It is less than 10 min Drive to the airport. The pool area is clean. The rooms are clean and spacious. I also did a 1h massage at the spa which was one of the best I did in Bali! Great value for money, I can only recommend 🙂

Close to airport but also a short drive from center. Cheap on a grab/gojeck. Rooms are so nice for the price we got! Restaurant looks nice but is pricey. Pool is very nice. Staff are lovely. Rooms have free water, tea, coffee an lots of toiletries. We have no complaints at all.

GrandMas (or grandmas as I'm sure it's lovingly called) is incredible for it's price, and honestly, in general for Bali in 2023. The essentials are all covered. Soft beds, clean sheets, nice staff, hot water 24/7 and no bugs and insects. You don't feel like your staying in a hotel at airport road. But still, it's a class above. It's so easy to get in and out that it puts some other resorts to shame that pester you about everything little thing. The cleaning staff and restaurant deserve special praise for always delivering exceptionally well. All of this is great, but at the same time, it's economical and doesn't feel like a place that is too concerned about looking like a 5 star resort. It's nice everywhere, including the pool, spa and lobby, but very friendly to just pull up to a night before your flight. Keep doing what you are doing. I think you deserve at least 4 stars! ***The only real thought we had after staying there for a rather long time, is that the rooms (which are small but reasonable) really need another light. They are often too dark at night, and it feels like it strains your eyes. ***I will definitely recommend the GrandMas Airport hotel and pick it for myself over other hotels in Bali!

Grandmas Plus Airport Hotel is a great option if you’re looking for a stopover hotel close to the airport. Very reasonably priced with clean rooms, comfortable beds and good aircon. The staff were the highlight. Super friendly and accomodating. Special shoutout to Devi who always greeted me with a huge smile and was super helpful with recommendations.

Our stay was fantastic! The room was to a high standard of cleanliness and looked as modern as the pictures shown when we booked. We stayed for two nights the staff were so friendly and accommodating. We ate at the hotel restaurant for all meals during our stay and they were all to an amazing standard. I think myself this hotel deserves more than 3 stars as I’ve stayed in 4 stars not at this standard. Highly recommend and very close to the airport.

Stayed one night because I had an early flight the next day. Very friendly and informative welcoming at the front desk. The front desk sent me a whatsapp message around 9pm, asking if everything was alright with the room. The room was ok, considering I stayed only for a night, with a clean towel and sheets. I spent my evening by the pool, They had Happy hours 100K for 2 cocktails, the price was fair. Food taste and price was good too. The service at the restaurant was also friendly.

Everything was perfect, pros were definitely the friendliness of the staff and the price. A bit far from the beach but they have a pool to cool you down. My only negative opinion is the music they play at the restaurant in the evening, it is very very sad song :( . The playlist is a special remixed song of sad song. At one point a lady sitting in front of me was crying because it was too sad. Maybe the dj was going through a hard time.

I was very ill unfortunately during my stay from catching a flu along my journey but the staff were so helpful and accommodating! They were so friendly and helped me in any way they could ! Not to mention the exceptional massage I received from the hotel ! It was honestly one of the best ones I had and helped me feel a lot better ! Thank you guys !

Perfect for my transit after long driving. You get more than you pay . Room is modern and clean, breakfast is good for the price and they have small swimming pool too. Parking is limited. Location is near the airport.

Felt like a good deal but was told that the airport shuttle is no longer offered leaving me with a nearly 100k IDR taxi ride from the airport (yes, even though it's less than 2km away). It's also right on the bypass so it's very loud all night. Clean room though with decent wifi and shower. Staff generally friendly. I wouldn't stay here again due to the surprise lack of shuttle essentially doubling the price of my stay and the zooming motorbikes all night.

Excellent value for a short stay - really convenient spot. Very clean, comfy bed, hot shower and a decent breakfast. Plus the staff were so kind and accommodating. Would definitely stay again!!

Stayed here for one night to catch an early flight. Room was clean, shower hot, bed big and comfortable and there was a fridge. Restaurant area looked beautiful. Personnel was incredibly nice throughout all our interactions and even prepared their full breakfast to-go for us. Lovely experience for our transit!

Booked for 2 rooms at 14 - 15 April 2023 for my family. There is no connecting room provided, but they made it near to each other. Thanks for that 🙏 Room was Clean, cold and cozy. Location is perfectly near airport and places to eat. There is swimming pool which is quite good and pretty. This hotel is above our expectations indeed. Overall really recommended hotel 👍👍👍

We stayed for 4 days here. Location is very near to Denpasar airport which is a plus. Comfy room with affordable price. All staff were polite and supportive. Food was very good and not too expensive. Cab service available at front desk with an affordable rate.

Best budget hotel near Bali Airport. Good service, clean room, comfy bed for a day or two. Pool and garden is nice. Food is ok, simple western or Bali food for breakfast. Recommended.

This hotel was clean, the staff professional, and very cooperative when working with your flight schedule. I definitely would recommend it to anyone coming in late or leaving late. There is extensive traffic in front of the hotel but you can call grab to have food delivered. There’s also a convenience store about a five minute walk on the same side of the street.

Price wise this one is cheap but not cheapo. Clean room, kinda big room, arrived at 2.30pm and they gave me the ready room. Nice and friendly staff. Easy booking from travel app and can pay at the hotel. Really close to the airport.

Place is clean, economical and helpful. Even 5 stars is less to the staff service should give more, because I forgot my hand bag at the reception and I called them to inform about it and I was at airport by the time I realised, soon they responded by arranging a taxi service and make sure I received the wallet at the airport. The staff saved my day and highly recommended to go for their hotel services. Again thanks so much for the help.

What an exceptional place. Comfortable, tidy and clean. Reasonably priced. A little noisy from the street, but as its 5min from airport, serves as a perfect stopover when arriving/departing. The restaurant doesn't have a huge selection but what they do offer is well-priced and generous. The staff make this place. They are remarkably friendly, professional and polite. Definitely gonna make this my stop whenever i visit Bali. Matur suksma!

The stay at Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport is fantastic. The location is fair and convenient. The only downside is that if you come from the airport, you have to make a long U-turn. However, it is very easy for delivery services to reach the area, and CircleK is a close walk. The beach is a bit further but the walk is still doable. The staff is incredible. Everyone was very friendly and the hostesses did everything to help us. I was also impressed by the kitchen staff. Every morning they are so kind and make sure you have enough of everything. The pool area is nice - good for sunbathing and a quick dip. The rooms are clean and perfect for all of your needs - so it is a great place to stay with friends or with young kids. I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Very friendly staff and neat room. The pool area is nice given the location, but the rooms are noisy because of the highway next door. Fine for a night close to the airport, but not for the rest of your holiday.

Conveniently close to the airport, perfect if you're arriving late. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The breakfast was very good and the staff friendly and helpful. The only minor inconvenience I experienced was that some sort of alarm was going off when I arrived late at night and wanted to sleep. I called down to reception twice and told them about it but I don't think they sent anyone to check it out because the sound continued and I just tried to fall asleep regardless after a 24 hour trip.

To start, the attentiveness of the staff is amazing. Anything you need, you get. The food in the restaurant is fantastic. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. My room was clean and very comfy! The pool area is gorgeous! Wisna, Shania, and Adi were particularly amazing 🤩 The location is not spectacular, just because it is on a busy street, but any driver will still find you. Just be sure to enter the correct grandma's hotel, because there are a few in the area! Overall a great stay, I will be back!

A 10 star hotel, I honestly have no complaints about the 4 days we stayed there. Very friendly and attentive both before check in and after check out. They wrote to me 5 days before the flight in case I had any special request and in case I needed to be picked up at the airport. The dining room is clean and the food is high quality. Rooms are exactly as they appear in the photos, clean and with very comfortable beds. Bathroom clean and well equipped. Also, the reception can provide you with vehicle hire or guided tours. Each and every one of the staff speak english, are so polite, friendly and attentive. If I ever return to Bali I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Had a comfortable one night stay at the hotel which is close to the airport. The room was clean and the bed extremely comfortable, I slept like a baby! The bathroom was also clean and had a hair dryer and other amenities you could need. All the staff is kind and friendly esp the front desk staff Lily, Shania and Triyana explained everything to us and also gave us a check out gift and the security staff was very helpful too. There are a few restaurants close by and a very good bakery selling Balinese cakes, otherwise there’s a restaurant in-house as well. Would definitely recommend.

Great hotel! Cons: it is near a busy street so you can hear a lot of noises; at 4 am the housekeeping team started cleaning the room next to us and they shouted, slummed the door and moved things around until we told them that we were sleeping... Pros: great spa, great food in restaurant (although the portions are a bit small), only 7 minutes away from airport, pool, good bed, very good service in reception and restaurant.

Great experience staying here for 5 nights. Very clean, big, and comfortable rooms. Beautiful bathrooms, and pool area. Hosts were so kind and friendly. Restaurant was delicious. The location was a bit difficult for walkers. Right off a busy highway like street. But it’s not really a problem - most people don’t walk in this area and it definitely is not a deterrent to staying here.

Room is clean and cool. Service is really good, following etiquette and staff comes across happy. The location was a bit complicated. Next to a busy road. We stayed here waiting for a transit and it is close to the airport, so not a problem for us. Also the pool was nice and fresh. With an awesome looking palm at the end (see the picture). Lastly, the breakfast was a proper meal and tasty.

I write this just before I check out of Grandmas, having stayed here twice I couldn’t recommend it enough. To start with the service you get is amazing, everyone is so kind and friendly. The beds and rooms match the service with them being comfy and clean, the perfect place for a good nights sleep. There’s also a pool that’s great to relax by if you have an evening flight. The food from the restaurant is also top notch, again with the service being impeccable. Finally the close proximity to the airport makes for a stress free transfer Overall I couldn’t recommend GrandMas enough. For the price, you really do get amazing value for money.
