For
a
Hilton
hotel,
this
was
extremely
disappointing
I’d
say.
We
chose
this
hotel
because
it
was
a
convenient
place
to
stay
upon
arriving
at
the
airport
late
at
night.
I
was
really
looking
forward
to
being
welcomed
by
the
expected
Hilton
quality
after
a
tiring
flight
in
but
this
wasn’t
the
case.
I’m
really
puzzled
about
why
they
received
raved
reviews,
which
I
felt
were
very
misleading.
The
place
is
in
serious
need
of
a
renovation,
especially
the
lifts
and
corridors
that
led
to
our
rooms.
The
room
doors
looked
bad!
So
did
the
walls
and
carpet.

photos.
It
felt
like
a
2-star
hotel
or
a
motel
honestly.
In
our
room
itself,
the
floor
wasn’t
fully
vacuumed,
I
could
see
dust
and
dirt
along
the
corners.
The
bedroom
slippers
they
provided
were
made
of
cheap
flat
plastic
/
rubber.
Not
with
the
usual
soft
cloth.
If
you’re
not
going
to
provide
carpets
on
the
floor,
at
least
don’t
stinge
on
the
bedroom
slippers!
To
top
off
the
welcome
shock,
when
we
first
opened
the
bathroom,
the
first
thing
we
saw
was
a
small
cockroach.
Thankfully
the
mattress
and
pillows
were
decent
and
clean
although
not
up
to
the
usual
Hilton
standard
and
the
bathroom
looked
somewhat
renovated
compared
to
the
hallway.
The
breakfast
buffet
also
had
enough
variety
and
taste
was
not
too
bad.
In
true
Indonesian
hospitality
style,
staff
were
all
very
nice,
friendly,
and
helpful
of
course.
I’m
still
giving
a
one-star
overall
as
a
message
to
the
management
/
business.
Please,
you
just
cannot
hold
the
Hilton
brand
title
(even
Hilton
Garden
Inn)
with
this
kind
of
quality.
And
to
everyone
else
-
give
honest
reviews
for
goodness
sake.
Other
people
make
decisions
based
on
them!
