This place uses many fake reviews. Below average restaurant, hotel, and staff. I can't believe it's a Hilton facility! Dead slow and not worth it. 25 minutes for hot water and a tea bag, and over an hour for a burger. Not an apology, not a discount, nothing. When I asked the waitress if this was normal she responded "yes." Tip to management: An airport hotel is for exhausted travelers, so warn them if a tea bag with boiled water will take you 25 minutes to prepare, and when it takes you over an hour to make a burger! Be respectful of clients' time. Hilton should've taught you that already! This was our only negative experience in Bali. Hotel rooms are full of problems. When we turn the lights off the outlets get disconnected! You can only charge your phone if the lights are on! Moldy and humid rooms. No balconies. Find yourself another hotel.

Fabulous stay, we booked here as we had a late flight out to Sydney and stayed the afternoon. Adequate rooms with nice air con, TV and some with pool views. We took the afternoon to relax by the pool before having a rest then showering and having a meal before checking out to head to the airport to fly back to Sydney. For anyone travelling to Sydney or on an evening flight from Bali I’d recommend booking the afternoon here as it’s inexpensive and saves the hassle of carting luggage around the afternoon after checking out of your hotel. It’s less than 10 minutes to get to the airport and you can check in quickly and then wait at the boring Bali airport. See my other review for the airport- it’s not great, pack snacks and water as the options are very, very limited- oh and dress for it to be warm the air con is non existent in most parts. Highly recommend staying at the Hilton either on late arrival or departure to ease your way in or out of Bali without hassle.

Good location close to the airport, the drive may take 10-15 mins only because of heavy traffic. Great Balinese hospitality from arrival through check-in, friendly smiles, kindness and respectfulness all around. The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. The medium sized gym offers enough equipment to get a good circuit of training, and the pool is pretty large, with a section for kids. A good overall stay.

The Hilton is disgusting. The floors are giving dirty hostel. The service is terrible too, they won't even take your bags to your room or open the door for you. I booked this place to be close to the airport but even then you need a taxi so it was pointless. Overpriced massages and even more overpriced breakfast buffet. I'm telling you every other resort I've been to in Bali gave us free breakfast, took our bags, and was luxurious and CLEAN. No bathtubs and the shower was annoying to figure out. I would pick somewhere else. This place needs to be stripped from its 4 stars.

Excellent location. Perfect if you have early or late flights. Great breakfast. Great dinner. Lovely room. Super clean and friendly staff 😀 We were also able to check in an hour and a half earlier than expected so no waiting around. Great experience. Takes away the rushing to the airport stress. Highly recommend.

Very basic hotel without much facilities, they even didn’t provide bathrobe or toothbrush, this is huge gap with Bali world-class hotel service and offering. The room and hotel look old and unclean too, the carpet is broken. Overall it is nowhere closer to a 4-star standard. Side note staff are nice though not having a high intention to help you with luggage or showing the way. They did provide a cake for Gold membership in the breakfast. So I will suggest if you are not out of option (which was my case), pick elsewhere, there are a lot of good options even near the airport.

Hilton Garden Inn Bali as you know is the cheapest Hilton hotel in the world. Best location, located literally 5 minutes car drive form I Gusti Ngurah Rai Bali Airport. If you guys just going to Bali for transit or one day meeting, this is your best choice. Having Hilton trademark, this hotel is totally perfect. Nice security procedure since you arrived. Spacious parking lot. Glamorous lobby. Hassle free check in and check out procedure, no deposit needed. Luckily they gave us early check in few hours ahead from check in time. Even their lowest room type was awesome. Cleanliness is highly maintaned. Room was spacious and soundproof. Amenities and toiletries was good. They even provide iron and umbrella in each room. Their soap smells so good. TV also usable. Didn't have much time to review their pool and restaurant. Staffs was nice and helpful. Their price was highly affordable. Overall 9/10.

Booked just to used the hotel after checking out from another hotel for late night flight. Booked suite room, was very disappointed. Hotel is run down . The room key did not working and phone as well. Corridor was dirty smell mouldy and urine mix. Staff try their best to accommodate but the hotel its self is in the bad condition and need urgent renovations and clean thoroughly. Glad did not staying over night. Not recommend thos place at all. You still can find other hotel closer and nicer.

Near the airport. Fairly standard experience. They turn off the air conditioning at night which made it difficult to get a good sleep in the hot climate. The gym is great and the staff is super nice and helpful. I stayed a total of ten days on two trips in April and May 2022.

It has the same high standard of Hilton Hotels that I've experienced in the states. I've stayed here 4 times now, and every room I've stayed in were clean, modern, and comfortable. The best thing about it is that it's 5min drive to the airport (or 15min walk). Very convenient on your days of travel to stay one night.

Modern and elegant design and architecture style being implemented with spacious room and well executed room design and space management. Plugs were provided were only 1 near the TV table for charging but sockets was placed near the beds for table lamp which you can remove it and use (ps: 2 pin round plugs only). Facilities were great and clean most of the time and front desk crew was very polite and allows us to check in very early with much ease. The place is technically strategic with Bali airport and you can book the taxi by the help of front desk officer Would recommend the place for family and couples to enjoy the holidays.

Great location although not walkable to and from airport. Shuttle is available for a 2 minute trip rupiah 150k each way, a little expensive but convenient. NO BAR.. NO ALCOHOL...LIMITED MENU IN RESTAURANT FOR A HILTON BRAND. Hotel website does not advise this... Great pool. Nice rooms. No bath towel in the room.. had to call to get some. Little disappointed in quality of hotel standard being a Hilton Brand.

While the room was decently clean and maintained, the service is laughable here. They function on minimal staff later in the night when as an airport hotel they should expect guests to arrive at all and odd hours. Their kitchen had completely closed by the time we arrived, around 11 pm and there were no options for getting any food. We had to order Grab, which we fortunately had installed. Breakfast was decent at least. Will probably avoid this hotel for future visits.

The best thing about the hotel is the soundproofing. We didn't hear any other guess during our stay, and our room faced the road with absolutely no noise at all. The beds were too hard for my preference, and the rooms looking a bit tired. The soap dispenser was empty. Breakfast was decent, but not amazing. The pool was clean, and had plenty of loungers. You couldn't hear the traffic noise within the pool area. All the staff were extremely friendly. We would stay again for the price we paid.

Very close to the airport, decent for a night’s stay. If you want additional items like combs/water you have to call down to ask. What is provided are only 2 toothbrushes.

Hotel is nice and close enough to walk to/from the airport. The pool is large and very nice. The food/drinks at the hotel restaurant are significantly more expensive than other local restaurants. My only suggestion for improvement would be to add a water dispenser for guests to use to avoid plastic bottles.

Very close to the airport. Used to have a free shuttle but now no longer available, even though it’s very accessible on foot from the airport if you don’t have much luggage. Furniture and fixtures are very old but still functional. The pool is small but seldom full and it was easy to find a lounger. Breakfast ok and staff amazing.

Room was not clean, the blanket & pillow were dirty, we requested to change, they came & changed but nobody said apology to us, not care of guest. Upon check in, staff was not well training for room benefit, our booking included airport drop off service, but both check in & check out staff did not know, always wanted to charge fee. I had to remind them should double check for our room benefit again and again, finally they confirmed that yes, your room was included this service, no additional charge for car. Food was normal, not good as expected. Room amenities were lack of many things: hand soap, cotton for ears...

Such a friendly caring team here, they make your stay memorable. The hotel rooms were always clean and the aircon worked extremely well. The pool is clean and not always busy. Restaurant provided great buffet breakfast and evening meals. The location is walkable to Kuta or you can get a bluebird taxi for $3.

We used it for a transition room due to having a late flight out of Bali, they don’t have a shuttle but have their own transport and had cars that could take surfboards. Rooms were great and enjoyed a shower before the flight home. Good food on site too. Thought it was well priced.

Convenient hotel if you need to stay somewhere near the airport overnight. Otherwise I wouldn’t recommend - it has a tacky feel, buffet breakfast doesn’t match the rest of the food in Bali and carpets are filthy.

For a Hilton hotel, this was extremely disappointing I’d say. We chose this hotel because it was a convenient place to stay upon arriving at the airport late at night. I was really looking forward to being welcomed by the expected Hilton quality after a tiring flight in but this wasn’t the case. I’m really puzzled about why they received raved reviews, which I felt were very misleading. The place is in serious need of a renovation, especially the lifts and corridors that led to our rooms. The room doors looked bad! So did the walls and carpet. See photos. It felt like a 2-star hotel or a motel honestly. In our room itself, the floor wasn’t fully vacuumed, I could see dust and dirt along the corners. The bedroom slippers they provided were made of cheap flat plastic / rubber. Not with the usual soft cloth. If you’re not going to provide carpets on the floor, at least don’t stinge on the bedroom slippers! To top off the welcome shock, when we first opened the bathroom, the first thing we saw was a small cockroach. Thankfully the mattress and pillows were decent and clean although not up to the usual Hilton standard and the bathroom looked somewhat renovated compared to the hallway. The breakfast buffet also had enough variety and taste was not too bad. In true Indonesian hospitality style, staff were all very nice, friendly, and helpful of course. I’m still giving a one-star overall as a message to the management / business. Please, you just cannot hold the Hilton brand title (even Hilton Garden Inn) with this kind of quality. And to everyone else - give honest reviews for goodness sake. Other people make decisions based on them!

This is a great spot to stay in if you're arriving on a late evening/ night flight. The location is very close to the airport. Rooms are not flash and look quite tired. The included breakfast is quite good.

Perfect location for short stay since it's close to the airport. Guest service staffs were very helpful from the check in until check out process. Even the room with bed configuration we prefer is not available and they gave us the different room, we're still happy with it, a big thank you for all department in Hilton Garden Inn Ngurah Rai Airport Hotel.

Great hotel with modern rooms. We ended up staying here for one night, well until midnight as our flight was early morning. The hotel is located right next to the airport. The room was really clean and the bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean and well lit up. I used the pool which was clean and warm. The staff here were friendly and working hard. It's a big hotel. The sun loungers and beach towels available for use. If you need a place to stay for quick stop over then pick this hotel, it's also close to the shops. 5/5

Superbly located for the airport - a mere 5 minute journey. I was only here overnight so didn't venture from the hotel. Room service was good, dining area looked impressive and staff seemed genuinely interested/caring. Would happily use the Hilton again which tells you a lot.

Excellent value for your money (about $35/night). Our flight arrived at 1 am, but our first stay was in Ubud. We didn't want to have to travel out there at that time of night, so we planned to just catch a few hours of sleep here before moving on to Ubud in the afternoon. It was well worth it! I had hoped that we would be able to walk from the airport to the hotel (it's only 0.5 miles away) but that wasn't possible because there wasn't a sidewalk (a common problem in Bali). When we were checking in the staff graciously offered a late check out of 1pm, which was lovely. The room was spacious and comfortable. We didn't get to use many of their amenities, but the gym was quite large and had a lot of nice equipment. Would definitely recommend, especially if your flight gets in at an inconvenient time!

Friendly and attentive staff, meticulous cleaning team, and decent selection at the buffet. Btw the fried egg is always worth the wait. The amenities are top notch. There is a gym with AC, a self serve laundry room, gorgeous pool and spa. Enjoyed my stay here immensely.

10min walk from the airport, absolutely worth it. Cheapest Hilton in the world when booking with points. ($20/night) The service is impeccable, Budi and Omar are brilliant, super helpful. The lady working breakfast is amazing as well. I'd highly recommend coming here.

good for a day room . Check in process really fast. Keycard to room works in and off. King pool view room location wise is bad. room 2030 has no view whatsoever. closet smelled bad, dirty used slippers. Bathroom was nice and clean . pool area looked nice . Food at restaurant was okay , staff working restaurant was just on their phones the whole time .. okay if you need to be close to the airport , fast grab ride away
