Less than bearable, the hotel is in very poor conditions. Specially the room and bathroom were disgusting, dirty, full of rusty and mould. The staff were friendly but that’s the only good point. it seems that the hotel was a good option a few years ago but nowadays is dilapidated. I think all good reviews are old or unreliables (fake reviews are a common practice in Bali). You don’t expect luxury in a budged hotel just a clean room, but unfortunately that wasn’t the case. It’s a completely joke that this hotel is advertised as a 4 stars one.

First unit given to us had a strong smell and 2 centipedes. We immediately requested for a room change, sadly the only available ones of the same type were twin beds only. The sofa was too far from the TV and the small TV is positioned strangely high. When I opened the bathtub tap, mud coloured water came flowing out initially before turning into clear normal water. Had abit of language barrier as the staffs had difficulty understanding simple English. Breakfast was okay. Location is good as its near to DPS airport and can get to malls or cafes nearby.

Stayed a few hours before flying out. reasonably priced and super close from DPS airport. A perfect place for a layover. I booked an airport transfer (a large wagon) from the hotel, I think it was 65k. The room was clean, spacious and has a good working hot shower. There’s no lift. The staff can help you carrying your suitcases upstairs.

This hotel is close to the international airport making it an ideal spot to spend the day before your flight. However, we had a broken door and a filthy and moldy bathroom which needed maintenance and some love. Same goes for the shower. The staff, amenities and breakfast is good, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that this hotel needs serious maintenance to their rooms.

Staff is OK. Otherwise it was nothing.. the room was really dirty, old, and dingy. The air conditioning made more noise than your motorcycle. The wall was in need of repainting. But the worst was the bathroom. The toilet didn’t flush really well. The floor was coloured with something I don’t want to know. I know it is on cheaper side and it is close to the airport, but it should be at least acceptable.

We arrived at 3am after a long flight, just booked for 1 night so we could sleep.. however they decided to call the room at 10am ..wake us up to tell us to leave the room by 12moon. Insane! Also there is no hot water at this hotel It was convenient to airport tho.

worst hotel in Bali. Rooms and facilities are okay but they have the worst staff in the island. no mineral water for breakfast. there were ants in food. asked for a glass of water because I had to take some medicines and they just replied to go out of the hotel to get some water. Hot water in the shower lasted for 1 minute and it took 10 minutes to get hot water.

At first entering the room we noticed a smell usually found in enclosed humid places, it was not nice. Bed was comfortable but the bathroom smelled awful and was dirty. I complained to reception and housekeeper went to check the next morning. Regarding the smell, they fixed it. However I was still reluctant to use the bathtub since it didn’t look good. Shower head and drains had a lot of calcium buildup. The sink had stains. I was in room 1005. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel room. However, the hotel common areas were nice.

Paid around 40Aud a night for this gem of a place! Get the ground floor suites they come with a tub!! They are fantastic and super big! Will definitely not regret it! You can even rent a bike for 75k a day from the hotel! Fantastic hosts and nice and friendly staffs! Definitely going here next time!

Great hotel,close to the airport.

Good for an airport layover. Nice little resort with big rooms, friendly staff. My only problem was I had not hot water for the shower and the breakfast was not very good.

Great hotel for the price, has everything you need. We stayed one night, with a pickup from the airport it was very helpful. Restaurant is open late and food was delicious. Staff were helpful with everything. Room was clean and tidy. Couldn't ask for more for the price

Good location if you need to fly next day. Hotel have all you need but i wouldn't say its clean and maintained properly. Towels are gray and the aircon need repositioning from the bathroom to the outside, because it smells bad when you use the toilet. Stuff is friendly and want to assist, food need some serious work. Overall is great value.

It was great for location to airport for a late arrival!! Good breakfast!

Everything excellent in my opinion. Maybe not ideal location for most travellers, but perfect for me as I can ride to Uluwatu, Sanur or Kuta for surfing, airport lefts closest place to surf.

we have used it a couple of times when arriving late in Bali. near the airport and easy to get of when going to the final destination. Hotel offers to arrange airport pickup / dropoff at reasonable prices so can recommend this rather than battling the taxi drivers swarming arrival

Close to the airport, BUT the room was absolutely disgusting. The bed had stains on it, the shower/bathtub was dirty, and there was no hot water. Would not recommend at all.

No good service. Asked water after 10:30 but they denied to give and replied to buy outside. It’s a 4 star hotel and they cant provide water. Utter disappointing.

We booked in here to waste a few hours before our flight. We were welcomed by friendly staff. We sat by the pool, and ordered French fries, 2x lemon iced teas, and a small Margarita Pizza. The teas arrived 20 mins later, the chips another 10mins after that and the pizza arrived another 30mins after that. A full hour for the most basic pizza. A very basic room, which needs painting and maintenance. The outside furniture needs cleaning as there was bird poop on the sun loungers and umbrellas. The constant bass music thumping loudly near the pool (in a wannabe Ibiza setting!) was the least relaxing and gave us a headache before our flight! Cheap as a stop gap, but anything but relaxing. The positives were that it was cheap, the pool was lovely and it was a very convenient 10 minute taxi ride to the airport.

Very good. Good value for money. Clean, rooms a good size and very nice hotel in general. Recommend using the free airport transfer. Was an issue with finding my driver but a quick email to the reception and they got straight back to me.
