Waiting for a friend, after checking in, he came out again from inside and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee here. A strategic place from the entrance, making it easier to get notifications about flights. And they are fast at serving. The price around IDR 120.000 for 2 cup of coffee.

I got the Hot Mocha from Coffee Club and it's excellent! The service was quick and the mocha tastes great. With a 9.8% service fee and 10% tax, the price for the mocha is about average that you would expect to pay in the U.S. a little pricey for Bali. Ordering was a little difficult with the language barrier and I wish there were napkins somewhere. But all in all its a solid cup of coffee!

My partner and I have spent an entire week in Bali feeling completely fine, mostly because we only ate in our hotel, in which we were guaranteed the food and drink was tourist-friendly. This is the only other place we ate in Bali, and a few hours after that, both of us started getting stomachache and diarrhoea. As this is a cafe mostly attended by tourists, we assumed it would be tourist-friendly but clearly we were wrong. We think either the food was not properly cooked, or that the juices are prepared using water/ice from the tap.

Thank you so much to Asti and Adi for the best service. They did all for my comfort, food also was so delicious, they did for me perfect ice caramel latte how I wanted and croissant was so fresh, soft and tasty, even they gave me more Nutella how I like:) I wish in cafes and restaurants will be more stuff like Asti and Adi, they are doing all for clients, it’s so pleasant. Thanks again!:)

Prompt, friendly and professional service. Travelling with our toddler, we had our hands full, but were shown to a comfortable booth table we otherwise would’ve missed. Food and coffee was delicious! Best brownie I've had in years! Dewa, Cintya, and Alpin went above and beyond!

Best place of the airport. Food is freshly made and the menu is really satisfying, with many options, even vegetarian! The place is really comfortable as well but what made the difference was the staff being ultra nice and professional in the stressing airport moments that I had. A special thanks to Tika and Anik for suggesting the best dinner and being so so funny and nice!

The one star is definitely for the staff - they're about three stars. But everything else (0 stars) brings the rating down. The food is HORRIBLE!!! Fries & apple cider (Rp. 89) are the best things about the menu. We ordered the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Burger (Rp. 179) & the Spicy Buffalo Chicken Club Sandwich (Rp. 169). They are both chicken sticks on bread. Nothing spicy about either one. The chicken is disgustingly flavorless. The breading separates from the chicken. Do NOT waste your time or money coming here. Hunger would be better than this. And did I mention it ALL overpriced?! The pictures show the food we left behind. Nobody even came over to ask if everything was okay when they saw us take a bite of food and push it away.

I ate the avocado on toast and a smoothie while waiting for my flight. I honestly can’t say anything bad about it. Tika is so nice, would encourage you to order more, and so patient even with questions.

Nice place to fill time - get some work done or just watch the world go by with good food and friendly service. Enjoyed a great club sandwich, a delicious huge lemon meringue pie and a number of beers to fill the 3hrs transit wait I had - with no pressure to move on.

Overpriced coffee and the service was really slow. Given you have very limited options at the airport this one seemed one of the good places out of the lot. The seating is decent but staff is quite rude.

The service here in The Coffee Club at Bali Airport was great! 👍 Tika and Angel, the ones who assisted us were both approachable and friendly. We ordered Hot Chocolate Belgian Style, Banana Bread w/ Greek Milk Toppings, and Hot Tea. The food was all good, the chocolate was sweet sadly I forgot to take a good picture of it. I recommend The Coffee Club for those who are looking for a nice place to stay while waiting for their flights. ☕️🫰

This coffee shop is located on the Departures floor of the airport. The food was good - we tried burger and it was quite decent. Ok coffee. Note that they have two sizes for cappuccino and by default they will bring in the biggest - the more expensive one. This place is quite expensive, but it's located in the airport, so yeah. Staff was nice and friendly, and service was fast. Good WiFi. Card payments are accepted. No air-conditioning, but they have big fans - so it's ok.

Adi and deta were so attentive and helpful as I ate a breakfast and had a piccolo before my flight to Kuala Lamour and Kathmandu. This is my third time visiting The Coffee Club. I always arrive to the airport early, since travel from Ubud can be slow, and I rest and read and write while I wait for check-in to become available. If you get to the airport early enough to hang out before going to security, I recommend you to visit the coffee club. It's been great every time. The only problem is that my visits here always mark the *end* of my time in Bali.

Worst breakfast ever! It costs twice as much as food outside, and tastes twice as bad! Egg is dry and chunky, mushrooms are dry, bacon is leathery.

Average coffee shop at the airport. Overpriced water, food and small portions. There are a few outlets to plug into near the right corner of the bar and couches to lounge in. 200k rupiah for small portion of salmon and toast.

Incredibly overpriced food with very poor service. There are only a few options in this level, this is not the best one. They let people curl up and sleep in the booths...which is great if you got that booth. But sucks for people who want a coffee

Very overpriced coffee shop.They try to sell you as much as possible.Coffee mug +5000 hazelnut syrup add 7000 hash browns add 27000 sir and don't forget on top 9.8% svc and 10% tax.Ended up with 428.000 Rp for 2 breakfast ridiculously expensive that's why all those places are almost empty.Its cheaper inside.Food was allright and waitress friendly that's why 2 instead of 1 star. $$$

Try to overcharge you for everything... Coffee tastes good i had a latte but when they ask you to pay even for some extra hot water this ruins it all.. Staff is nice though

Prices on the menu is not matching once you paying at the counter. When you asked them why, they just say it's the final price with the tax (%10) I guess. But, prices are ridiculously expensive even it's before the tax. I guess it's normal for airport pricing. Most airports are the best rip off places. However, I am really appreciate with the taste and texture of the coffee I had. But, the foods we had was not a great one but just enough to beat the hunger before the flight. And also, customer service was great. They have friendly staff serving the foods & waiting at the cashier.

Absolutely shocking. There is a bug on the coffee plate. And the waitress move around our luggage without asking us for permission. Extremely rude.

a little pricey for bali (159k IDR for rosti with smoked salmon) but understandable since it’s in the airport. rosti was quite flavourful, though the avo add on can just be skipped as I didn’t feel like it added much to the dish. wait was also pretty long, so don’t come here if you’re in a rush for your flight!

Quality of the food and the service did not match the price they charged. I paid more than IDR200,000 for my flat white + french toast, and it was literally 2 pcs of Circle K white bread that they toasted, slapped with nutella, and decorated with frozen berries that were still solid frozen. It took the service staff more than 20 minutes to prepare the food, it seemed that the person taking my order forgot about it & I had to remind him about it. By the time it was ready, I had to leave to board my plane. One lady staff was kind enough to offer me a takeout box, however, I doubted that the airport security would allow me to bring any food item on to an international flight :(

I had brunch here and it was absolutely amazing, well presented dish and nice atmosphere. The staff here was really helpful and friendly, especially Cynthia, she is truly excellent staff in customer service. Definitely will be back :)

I had a wonderful experience with this shop. The Nachos chips was DELICIOUS,especially the salsa sauce . And the song choices were pretty great. The waitress,Cynthia,was so nice to us! Overall,the price was worth it. I'll definitely come here again the next time I visit this airport🫶

Tika was a lovely waitress and after eating the delicious Avocado toast she let me stay on the table o bit longer to write my postcards as there was enough room.
