Most outstanding customer service in Indonesia. We stayed 1 night and had the best sleep In a long time. It is quite and very clean, place is new and staff are beyond helpful. Agus went above and beyond to help us getting more water, finding dinner, and even lending us a scooter to get to dinner. In the morning the breakfast arrived to our room and we got a lift to the airport. The stay couldn’t be any more amazing. It was hard to find the place at the start. But the driver gave them a call and it was easy to find after. It is across the road from Ivanka Inn, near the laundry place.

Very good hotel, clean rooms, super friendly and helpful. Cheap price. The negative point only is the surrounding area looks like little scary espicaly in the night. Also, you need to walk 300 M to main street to get a taxi. But, with grab apps you don't need taxi any more

The price was cheap but the place was great. The place is not small. It is also close to the airport and other places in the city. We only stayed here for a few hours, just as we got off the plane and before our trip to Sanur the following day. Staff was also helpful.

The service and staff were very good and friendly, the room was quite spacious and clean. The place itself is not easy to notice from the main street, better ask the staff to guide to the place.

Great place to overnight right by the airport...dont be put off by the slightly scary looking area, and do try the food from the street stall just to the right...fabulous!

It's would be wonderful time to stayed at Bisma.The staff is very kindness and the room also very comfortable and clean.
