Garuda Indonesia International Executive Lounge

Bar Lounge

👍 Much better experience now the renovations have finished. More seating and feels alot cooler with the aircon working better. * Tip theres a massage chair down in the back corner (-: Food is ok mostly finger food and padang style. Drink selection is quite small but plenty of bintang and the basi... People often mention lounge, fresh, staff,

As usual when having chance to transit and take a rest mostly come to this lounge and this Garuda Lounge I think can be nominated as the best among the Garuda Lounge in Indonesia beside Jakarta and Balikpapan. They provide so many kind of dishes and desert and also with some juice and fresh coffee. Also have quite nice for the praying rooms. They also have shower rooms as well. Nice lounge.

Not a very nice setting and difficult to catch someone to get a glass of wine (not available on self service).

Food terrible only choice was chicken. I know you can pre-book but was waiting for my bid upgrade so didn't do it. My bid for a paid upgrade was not successful even though at least 10 seats were available.Seems like they did not want my money, go figure.Back to Jetstar for me.

I was in this lounge for over 2.5 hours. 2nd August, 2023. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The bathrooms are clean and attended to every 30 minutes for cleaning. Showers are available. There is a pasta chef on hand to make fresh dishes. The other hot food was fresh and replenished frequently. The lounge area is a bit small and can get very noisy and overwhelming when there are many people waiting to board flights, especially when there are children and their parents are drinking as much alcohol as they can consume.

Substandard. A lot of room for improvement! The lounge is not in the same league as ANY other business class lounge (eg, Malaysian, Virgin Atlantic, Qantas, United, BA). There is no bottled water and the food is inedible. The lounge is cramped, daggy and outdated. The bathrooms were not clean and there are only 3. The staff could be more professional and friendly.

This lounge was warmer than Premier Lounge as it was a open concept lounge. Shower facility was chargeable. The food is much better here compared Premier Lounge. Wifi is better and faster too. The coffee got to order from the staff and prepared using espresso machine. Nice.

I’m Saying this for International, not Domestic. I repeat, this is for International Lounge Review, not domestic. Food and drinks was 1/10 and others were also 1/10. Staff is rude and ignore its customers. The airport is also a mess. Avoid it!!

Got a chance to use this lounge flying on KLM business class. In general the place looks nice, bright and clean and it's a nice place to chill before boarding. Do not have expectations on the food because the variety is really pathetic. You can basically count the number of dishes with 1 hand. Good place just to relax, charge your devices and use the clean toilets. The staff there are pretty nice and friendly they are full of smiles and they were seen helping some old passengers and also a girl with crutches to take food. They also walk up and clear the empty plates promptly. I didn't really like a cooking station where they were cooking pasta, I don't think the ventilation was good and the smell filled the lounge quite a while.

We are here at 9 in the morning. The lounge is just closed without any sign of when it will open. Not a single staff around. Very bad experience.

I found the Garuda lounge disappointing. It's quite basic. The dining table area was crowded in without room to use the 4 seats around the table. I didn't eat any dinner as it was unappealing. I had some kerupk udang with peanut sauce, which was tasty. They didn't have any comfortable lounges available.

The food is pretty mediocre. Feedback: Focus on fresh food, white rice, fresh fruit, fresh satay. Avoid, cold pasta salad, cold chicken burgers, prepackaged gasstation sandwiches.
