Your staff's inability to put customers first, solve issues to customer's satisfaction and provide some basics has led to a very unenjoyable stay at your hotel. In all my years travelling, I don't believe my room was ever downgraded, even though your hotel had more superior rooms. No water in room. Restaurant staff rude and bossy, made both us big guys sit at a single table even though the 50 seater restaurant was completely empty. It looks like a new hotel, but the staff need training.

Overnight stay with breakfast. The room's very comfortable and clean. The decor's themed as a football locker room. Shower plenty of room. The breakfast's good and with many choices. It's a bit outside Brussels but quiet and near Hallerbos for a pleasant hike. Concierge very helpful and kind.

A really nice hotel with great food and fantastic rooms. It is located next to the national football (soccer) training facilities, so the room I had followed that concept. Breakfast was really good. Took a while for the water to get hot, but if you wait long enough, it will get there. There are no real stores or anything around it within walking distance. If you come by car, there is plenty of parking. Also, the people workin there are all really nice and friendly.

Great location to visit Tubize or Halle. Stay due to business trip, rooms cleaned, warm, free breakfast was great, restaurant also perfect. Can't complain. Slept like a baby πŸ™ƒ

Room was far too warm for sleeping and the cooling does not work. Had 5 nights of bad sleep. It is a shame because otherwise it would be good, with a spacious room including separate loo, nice staff, gym, common areas and good food. Shows is a bit weak though

Nearly perfect but the Air Conditioning does not work despite repeated calls to the front desk. Everyone in my group reported the same. I suspect it's too early for them to enable the main unit, which is making it very difficult to sleep in late April. They need to activate the units sooner, perhaps due to climate change, sadly and ironically.

I just had lunch there. It was good but not exceptional, hence the 4 stars. Friendly staff, but it took more than a hour to get a Cesar Salad.

Fun location. Good rooms. Very friendly staff. Love the PS4s in the lobby. The bar in the hotel was good with s good view. The beer box available for purchase should have a better selection of local beers.

I love the look of modern European style. Something about it is so sleek and clean. This hotel had that. With it being only two years old everything was new. We got a good rate so I think the normal price would have been out of our normal price range. It's right next to the Belgium soccer club's practice center so it was decorated with soccer decor. Or as they say in Europe "football"

Don’t take room 201 it is next to the kitchen or storage room. Other rooms are good and well equipped.
