    I ordered a crispy deluxe meal large with a sweet tea lemonade when I got to my table I noticed the sandwich was wrong. I proceeded to wait 15 minutes at the front trying to get somebody’s attention, but everybody was ignoring me. All I wanted was to get the correct sandwich after waiting additional five more minutes for someone to even look my way I just ask for a refund and that was done immediately When the sandwich could’ve been done and made correctly which they failed to do every time I come to this location everybody has an attitude the restaurant is not clean and the food is always cold, but since I work next-door it’s always convenient but today definitely was the biggest disappointment terrible customer service from the two ladies in the front especially the one with the red and black button up plaid shirt I heard employees were recently fired. Well, the rest needs to be don’t get a job if you don’t want to work.

    I can't say anything good about this place. We ordered our food, should have known then, it was going to be fubar. Couldn't get the order right 3 times. Get to pay and they charged us for some other order. Go to pick up order and it was wrong. They had to refund what was charged and rung up new order. Sat there about 15 minutes. Finally got order, fries cold, asked for no onions, you guessed it onions. Charged us for cokes, we ordered water. No straws,ketchup,napkins. Asked for fresh fries and refund for the drinks. Manager said it was only 2 dollars difference. Gave up on the refund. Waited another 15 minutes. Finally got the fries, cold of course, she basically through the bag in the window and was gone. This is not the first time we have had a bad experience at this McDonald's, but by God it is the last. God help anyone else who goes here.

    This McDonald’s been horrible in the mornings. Seems like a disorganized team. Sometimes is not even open at 7 am. They take forever . Orders half the time incorrect. Or missing items.. like not putting cheese on buiscuits… management got to be checked!

    I drive past several other McDonald's for my morning biscuit and coffee. I go inside and enjoy. Aalways dependable. The guy that keeps it clean is through and well done.

    I arrived at the property 1949 Mountain industrial Boulevard, and notice that the drive-through is already full so it’s in my best interest to go inside because I am on my way to work. I noticed the touchscreen ordering is available here. I’ve never done it so I’ve asked management for some help ,I get an Immediate attitude from the manager that is assisting me. This encounter concludes with her telling me that ,you just got to read. I have no problem reading I have commercial license plus I am a master of many trades. All I needed was assistance. McDonald’s has been in business for many years due to its good customer service. Customer service is the lifeblood for any business I hope this problem gets corrected

    Looks like my days of driving thru at McDonald’s have come to an end! Not a peculiarly long line but took a bit more than 15 minutes to receive my order… while waiting in line, I noticed food being handed out the window only to be handed back, apparently because it’s was the wrong order… when I received my order, I checked by bag and the only item in there was no longer wrapped. I asked the attendant if he’d passed my order back and forth to the previous customer, he delayed his answer and then chose to tell me he hadn’t. I did enjoy my ice coffee but did not eat the hand me down food. Very disappointing to not be able to trust their food safety practices!

    I placed a online order for drive thru. Sat for 2 min. No response. Drove around and the lady was just walking up. She seen me and took the next orderas if l was not there. Walk in and no greeting. I understand short staff, agrevation all that I've been there. But walking past customers with absolutely no acknowledgement is rude. We are ALL customers, treat others like you want to be treated.

    The gentleman Shomari should give a class to other managers and shift leaders on how to run a restaurant without narcissistically talking down to the staff. He had it flowing like a well oiled machine and didn’t sound annoyed. Was controlling the drive thru and the front counter. It was shocking and refreshing. Kudos to him and this McDonald’s staff for delivering a top class experience that I haven’t experienced in a good while. Hot fresh food and soft spoken pleasant demeanor.

    Upon entering the empty dining room, we received no greeting as the staff was engrossed in discussions. While placing an order at the kiosk with a small child, we took note of the unkempt state of the dining area, evident from the leftover trash and debris. After 20 minutes, my simple order of a kids meal, medium fry, and a coke was finally prepared. Despite the kiosk's promise of table service, I had to retrieve the order myself, as a staff member mentioned she wouldn't bring it to my table. It may be beneficial to consider retraining the staff for better customer service.

    There was customer in front of me that made a mistake on their order, staff then got mad and verbally expressing their opinions as the customer kept saying sorry. Profanity is used and constant mistakes on customers orders. Orange juice didn’t have a touch of orange in it and our apple pie was not cooked right .

    Clean environment. Friendly helpful drive thru personnel. The lady gave a warm greeting. Loved her. Fish Filet, Nuggets & Fries were hot and they weren’t stingy with the ketchup. Will be back. Best location in the area.

    Worst experience ever. Took 20 minutes just to get my order. Told me I couldn’t have what I ordered. Then when I finally got the order I asked for it was wrong. Made it again and then forgot part of my order. Not to mention the unprofessional attitude of literally everyone that was working. Cursing and attitude seems to be the norm. I won’t be back.

    I walk in and hear the woman conversation about her not having a man loud as day... drive thru backed up , people waiting forever. But you have time to have a personal conversation and the whole lobby can hear it.. no hair net braids just swinging, whole crew had none either . Guess that's the new normal. Got the wrong order but ayeee it's Friday.. I wouldn't recommend this place at all

    Absolutely favorite McDonalds!!! Never thought I’d say that but this was a few years away at about 3 am on my way home from work. I got hungry it was the only thing open I slide though the drive thru to find no wait. Lady in the speaker was so cheaper to be up that early/late depending on how you look at life. Anywho I get to the window foods bout out the window. I open the bag fries basically steaming sauce in the bag but this is where the impression comes in. I open my box to the nuggets and the things are literally stacked in the box so neat. The things were as hot as the fries. Even after a few years of not going and returning last week the service and food were still great! I really wish I would’ve took a picture of my stacked nuggets because whhaaat that was service!!
