    This location seems to always be on point. As my go to coffee spot on my way to work, I order ahead with the mobile app, with the intention of avoiding waiting in line. They usually have my order ready before it’s scheduled according to the app. They know my face& name & hand me my order when I come in, after a friendly greeting from the staff. The keep everything clean & stocked, including coffee & travel mugs. All of the staff is always smiling & willing to help if there are any issues. This place does it well!

    I'm a big starbie but this store has not been hitting the mark. Made a mobile order 20 mins before my arrival. Came in to pick up the drinks and waited while all the new walk ins ordered received drinks and left. Not sure what the system is but it needs to be revamped. Seriously. 20 mins for a mobile order is ridiculous. Not to mention the store and bathrooms were disgusting.

    I actually love this location and the atmosphere! But I’ve been experiencing such a serious problem at this location for the past 2 months. I purchase the exact same drink every visit, grande Vanilla Latte with a side of large ice. Every visit I have been receiving dirty/ used cups with used filthy lids! The lids on 4 visits had RED LIPSTICK on it as it was handed to me. 1 visit my large venti ice cup had a used lid on it with a green residue all over the lid. Extremely disgusting, and exposes everyone that visits this location to possible communicable diseases!! I genuinely thought I was going crazy the first 2x it happened, then I started paying more attention and realized it was in fact compromised lids and cups. This is a fabulous location with awesome staff but the dirty cups and lids continuously is disturbing and completely unsanitary!! This appears to be an intentional Act and I hope it can quickly be corrected for my safety and everyone else who eats or drinks from here. The picture below shows a Large venti Cup- its half filled bc I ordered a tall and asked for in a venti cup so I could receive extr whipped cream. As you can see, I never drink from the cup but it has RED LIPSTICK on it. Also, when you look into the cup you can see it has dried stains from being previously used! Dirty!! I took this cup and showed it to the manager at the location on 5/29/23 at 6:50pm she was visibly disgusted but stated she did not know how to handle the issue. She offered to remake my drink, but the fact she didn’t know what to say so alarming as she is the manager. She did state that there is One specific employee at the location that wears RED LIPSTICK and she planned to talk with her. This is a serious matter!!

    Every time I order a WARMED butter croissant. But they never warmed me up. And when I order strawberry lemonade acai but it's tasted like WATER, please improve your service. Because this isn't the first time thank you ( I went to picked up on time! )

    I’m usually a regular here and lately for the past 2 months that I’ve been here. The new guy taking my orders has been getting my orders wrong. Today I ordered a cheddar, bacon and egg and he ranged me up for a turkey bacon sandwich. Do better.

    They cheat customers by not actually filling the cups. A couple of times I've gone my cups were only about half way full. You have to order a large to get a medium amount of coffee (if you're lucky). They are also terribly slow with mobile orders.

    Ann Has 5 Star Service Every time I visit this location and I see Ann, I know my day is going to be a great one. She hands down provides the best service from any establishment I have ever visited. While she is a standout employee, the culture of great customer service here runs deep because there are a few others who are also welcoming and definitely keep me stopping by on a daily. I truly hope this place appreciates Ann as much as I do, no doubt without her instead of being an everyday visitor it would probably be a weekly thing instead. Please acknowledge the exceptional customer service and welcoming aura she brings to your business. Also want to add Laura as an honorable mention for my fav Barista at this location.

    Stopped by before work, my order was taken by a barista standing in the drive thru. I ordered a small dark roast coffee and a smoked gouda and bacon breakfast sandwich. I got to work, was ready to start my day with my coffee and breakfast sandwich and noticed no bacon!!! I spent 9 bucks for a small coffee and bread with a rubbery piece of egg. Tip: Check your orders before leaving drive thru….

    Great Monday evening team. The Spanish lady making All the drinks is appreciated. Her customer service was very much appreciated even though she was making 20 drinks by herself. Fantastic work ethic and leadership. You're most definitely appreciated and I hope you have your own business.

    This particular location stays pretty busy, but don't let the long line of cars deter you from this location as from my experience, they move the cars lines pretty decent. The customer service has always been great. I usually only come for food items as Im not a big coffee fan other than plain coffee. I do wish the navigation/setup of their drivethru and parking was better.

    This is my local Starbucks that I frequent at but this morning figuratively left a bad taste in my mouth after being serviced by Kristin with the arm tattoo in the drive. While trying to be considerate about their drive thru time and patiently waiting I was met with attitude and annoyance when I asked about what time the store opens. (Online opening time says 6 am) And when mentioning it, the response was “ we’ve opened at 5:30 for 2 years now” delivered with straight attitude. Then when asking about the red cup event it seemed to be another annoyance. Honestly didn’t even want to ask for my receipt and prolong anymore conversation. This individual is snide , rude , and unpleasant. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered at this location.

    Wife and I ordered a couple drinks this morning, and about a quarter of the way into her beverage she finds (drank) a bug in her drink. . . Yum!
