    The first time was great the second time I came which was at night and received very bad service and we highly disrespected and disappointed. Saturday October 14th around 8pm went ordered food and I told the cashier to tell whosever baggin my food to please put on gloves because no one on the front line has on glove and you’re suppose to wear gloves when you’re dealing with food period a customer should never have to tell an employee to put on gloves smh one of the girls had on a bandage on her hand and you can see the red stain from blood coming through her bandage and she was bagging everyone’s food with a bloody hand without any gloves on smh that’s not acceptable and shouldn’t be acceptable then I asked for the store manager and a young girl her name is shalon came to give me a refund cause I asked for one and she gets really rude to me because I’m mad about what I saw instead of her being concerned about the customer and her employee not wearing gloves with a bloody hand she’s more concerned about why I’m getting a refund she’s very unprofessional she lied about being the store manager so I call corporate and they filed a complaint and sent it to that location for the General Manager to give me a call back but still no response smh

    The construction of this chick fil an either really sucks or they haven’t figured out a system yet for it to run smoothly. Everybody is everywhere doing everything. The staff is ok at best. Not the typical “chick fil a” service you “expect”. They tore down another location near by so I assume they plan to get this one in order..it’s certainly not there yet.

    EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, with teenagers running the whole shift, we went in the dining room at around 8:20, waited almost 40 mins on 3 meals, Ana was the cashier that took our order and they were telling us that “the nuggets were frying”, whole time it was bagged and left by the drive through window. If I wouldn’t have said something I would have still been waiting for my food ,then when they gave it to me it was already cold .We decided to sit down since we were very hungry and waiting for so long , then this lady told us to leave since they were closed , I was so mad after she told me that, since it was their fault for making me wait for so long .

    I went inside instead of going through the drive thru so I could ask for my fries well done. They have refused through the drive thru before and their fries are inedible if not crispy due to not being cooked enough. They told me it was against company policy. They said they could give them to me fresh but not well done. I asked if my fries came out soggy could I get new fries that were cooked thoroughly. They said they could try but that they could not cook them well done. Got my food & the fries were mostly soggy. I didn't even bother asking to have them cooked better due to my earlier interaction. To reiterate, they were really nice about telling me no, I could not have my food cooked thoroughly. I have never been to a restaurant that has a policy against the customer having their food cooked the way they like to eat it. I'm sure it is a common request to have food cooked well done.

    During our visit, people were in training, so I understood it would be a bit slower. One of the people in my party did not get the food he offered and when he advised those running the counter, he faced rudeness. This was a bit different type of service than we'd had before. It was not busy at all. We did end up getting the food we asked for, however, I doubt I will go inside again. I will try the drive thru and we will see how that goes.

    At the new location the mobile pick up is horrible if you send someone to pick your order. You have to get there and scan the code before they start your food. What’s the point of ordering ahead. I call and no one answers. I hate this new set up. May have to use to Jimmy Carter location

    I had lunch at the old location at least 1x per week for the last 8 years. Due to the terrible reviews, I have waited to visit the new location until today. HUGE MISTAKE! I placed a mobile order (I have Red status for rewards - that's how often we order from them) for only a lg fry and a frosted coffee. That's it. I pulled through the mobile order line I was the only one in it. Yet I sat for 5 minutes before anyone even noticed me. They asked for my name and asked me to pull forward. I then waited for 8 additional minutes for my small order a fry and coffee. They were not busy at all. The employee (male) who brought it out to me said nothing at all - pushed it in my window and walked away. Beyond rude and so far from the CFA customer service they are famous for. Not that they care but I will never visit again. The reviews are TRUE. Stay away from this nightmare of a location. Btw if the franchise owner wants my order # it is 162184. If you don't correct these issues you will not be open for long.

    Literally one of the worst chic fil a locations. I’ve been three times and each time they forget an item or make something completely wrong. I ordered a Cobb salad and literally was missing the chicken that came on the Cobb because it was rung up as a Cobb salad base… like pls get it together at this location.
