I randomly found this store on a Google search. I called the store to ask if they could repair my necklace. The person I spoke to was so pleasant and professional I went to the store right then. They looked at my necklace and explained my options. I left it on a Wednesday and was told it would be ready Saturday. Shortly after I returned home that day I received a call saying it was ready! Only 2 hours later! Great customer service and reasonable prices. I would definitely return.

Their customer Service was A1. My jeweler Zaritma was very polite, attentive, and showed great professionalism. I went in to get a necklace cut down for my child, and was able to get it back the same day. The craftsmanship was exception for a very great price.. I would highly recommend

Very professional and polite. I went in to get a ring resized. They were quick (took about 4 days) and the ring came out fitting perfectly and looking shinier than when I brought it in. A little pricey, but the ring was brass and not everyone knows how to work with it. I would definitely recommend.

Went into to replace a battery for my watch. Was treated with excellent service. Will gladly return.

Took my 6 month old to get her ears pierced at Rosenfeld’s. I wanted an experienced and reliable place to entrust in piercing my daughter’s ears. Mr. Rosenfeld and the staff are wonderful. Super friendly, knowledgeable and make you feel very welcome. Service was fast. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Highly recommended!
