I’ve been going to Serenity for a few years and while I’ve never had this experience, today’s experience was not good at all. I am very disappointed by the quality of work. I was cut because they tried to file the gel off my cuticle and then on my middle finger, I have paint all on the sides. Like I said, I’ve never had this quality of work and I was more upset that nobody offered me a discount on services.

First time here. I decided to go in here after dropping my phone off to get fixed next door. I thought it was really clean, nice, and relaxing on the inside. However, no one said anything when I entered. NOT A SINGLE, hello. 🤷🏽‍♀️ I proceeded to look at the price book, great prices. It's not expensive at all. STILL NO ONE SAID ANYTHING. I looked at the polishes and picked one out. STILL NO HELLO 😕 I sat down to wait, thinking this would be the signal for them to greet me, but NOPE STILL NO HELLO. A lady came up to check someone out. She looked at me but finished with her customer and hurried to the back. Someone walked in, and they immediately spoke to her. SHAME! They have a sign that says be kind, but I did not experience that. I sat a bit longer and realized this was not a place I'd return to. My nail salon is friendly. NOT AGAIN.

I have been coming here for 2 years and they are very attentive to details…Kim is the best with pedicures and mindy or Helen does my nails…I am a chef so with that being said my nails hold up very well almost a month every time! I highly recommend them and never go anywhere else! Professional, kind and affordable!

Serenity Nails has the best services and nail techs in Georgia! Ask for Nephy!!! Amazing

UPDATE: I have been coming here for a year now! This is my 3rd visit to Serenity Nails! Every time I come here I am treated so kindly. Hannah and Helen are the most amazing please request them! You can even call ahead before you come to make sure you get one of them!!! I highly recommend this salon. It is beautiful and the owners are very nice as well. Great prices as well.

Recommended! Good prices,clean, comfortable, soothing music, and great staff! Helen & Hannah are very hospitable, friendly, and pay attention to detail. They always do an excellent job on my natural manicure and pedicures! Helen, Hannah, Tina, Katie, Donna, (owner) & Lena all do a great job. Katie does an exceptional job with helping to prevent ingrown toe-nails on my big toe. I enjoy getting paraffin for my hands and feet for an extra treat!

I really love my pedicure! Aside from a meticulous paint job, the short foot massage was lovely and Hannah, my nail tech, was beyond sweet!

This nail salon is very professional; provides great services; plus my hands and feet are always much prettier when I leave.
