    My newest review (since I haven’t been there in a while): I walked in and needed help finding some Argan Oil, 2 sales reps at the register were giving some customer a hard time about a return/refund. I could not get any one of them to point me in the right direction. So, I left and went to the Beauty Supply Store next door (where I found everything I needed). They should just go on and close that Sally’s store. Older review: The Sally's Beauty Supply in Tucker Ga is sooo trifling! They over-charged me by $5 and tried not to give me my receipt. Then, when I asked for the receipt, the cashier tried to shadily hide it at the bottom. AND, to make it even worse, they gave me 2 tiny paper bags for my few little items that would've fit into 1 regular-sized plastic bag and then actually charged me for them! I saw it on my hidden receipt! Ugh!

    I have been to this Sally's so many times and they always claim they are closed. I would understand if i was cutting it close to closing time but its a full hour. I just stopped by and I wasn't even able to get to front door bc the employee waved me away. If you don't want to work til 8 then have the commen courtesy to update the times of the website.

    Terrible. Came here with my pregnant wife to exchange some hair color. My wife used to work here and had a question on the exchange/return policy because the cashier stated that the policies have changed since. My wife heard who appeared to be the manager, scoffing under her breath at a distance. That was the first sign of unprofessionalism. The manager then walked around the corner and stated that the policy had changed and my wife was confused so she continued to discuss the policy to get better clarification but I suppose the manager, and another customer (unrelated to our situation) thought that she was being rude. The customer proceeded to talk about how sephora had a similar policy but as my wife stated, she used to work here and thought the policy was different than expected. My wife then, grabbed another product equivalent to the amount of what she was trying to exchange. The manager had already walked back into another aisle where the nail product was at and proceeded to say, "and even with you having color already in your hair, you should or would normally test a strand before using all product." My wife does not do this and didn't do this as the one bottle she had already used was gone already. There was nothing that she could change about the situation, so we both felt that this comment was really unnecessary as the situation was already handled and she wasn't trying to argue about it. She happily grabbed the bottle of dye and was ok with that. Point being, the manager was the only one being unprofessional and we will not be returning to this horrid location. No wonder it was as empty as it was. Still lacking the poor customer service, even after 1.5 years of my wife not working there. Very sad and disappointed to have this happen at sallys today. They really should close this place down.

    Zero customer service. Drove over 20 minutes from another store because they didn’t have the item I needed. Called the second store MULTIPLE times to get them to pull the product for me since it was close to closing so it would be a quick transaction. I’m completely aware everyone wants to get off at the right time and get home. It’s late. Hence why I was attempting to get the ONE product I needed at the counter to get in and out. Arrived before closing and door was locked and was told “already shutdown the register.” I mentioned I called multiple times and she replied she was in the restroom - for 15 minutes when you’re alone in the store??? Cool. Okay. Amazon it is. I’ll wait 2 days for shipping and not waste anymore of my time in these stores even though I will not receive my professional discount. This is exactly why so many stores are closing - customer service is nonexistent in retail!!!!!!!!

    Overall the store was decent. The only problem I had which I will be contacting corporate about was with the pregnant lady they worked there. As she was ringing up the items one of the boxes dropped and the materials fell out so I put them back in the box. She has the nerve to say “let me check the next box to see if that belongs in there.” That honestly didn’t sit well with me it came off as if she was accusing me of stealing. I will be returning all of my items to the store tomorrow and i will never shop at this location again.

    I had a very good experience there, I was getting products that I needed,and couldn't remember the name of the last item. An associate started helping me look, and was naming products, and we both were looking, and she found it. I was glad because it was the last bottle. I was so grateful. Good place to shop by all means.

    Stopped in today and was assisted by Devante. He introduced himself as the new Assistant Manager. He was extremely polite and helpful. I was there to pickup false eyelashes, and he let me know they were on sale. He also made recommendations for a few new styles. He gave amazing customer service and I will now shop here more regularly.
