I've lived here since February 2018. The only issue I had was with the fire alarm system randomly going off in the various buildings whenever it rained. They had that fixed since I've been here and it ceased to be a problem. Easily the best apartment community I've ever lived in. Staff are responsive, and maintenance usually takes care of any issues within 48hrs. Also, they do community involvement things, like happy hour at the main office cyber cafe, or having random food trucks come out. Good location, near petsmart, mma gym, dentist, BOFA, starbucks, target, aldi, kroger, publix, etc. There's a bus stop out front of the nearby hotel, wasn't there when I moved in. Could be convenient if you want to ride the marta, definitely added some additional foot-traffic to the area. Currently (read as they weren't here in 2018 or 2019, and will likely move before long) there are some morons in the area with extremely loud engines on their identity-crisis-childish-cars. They sometimes roll through at odd hours, but mostly during regular hours so while its annoying its not the worst. Speaking of which the courtesy officers are responsive. I've only ever had to contact them twice. Once because I locked myself out at night like a dummy. Second time was because my neighbor decided to blast music at 3AM out of nowhere. Every apartment community I have ever lived in had neighbors that occasionally smoked something with a skunky/funky smell (if you know what I mean) and this place is no exception. Gym is decent (dumbbells up to 50lbs, ellipticals, treadmills, bikes, weight machines), pool is fantastic (has fountains), the view is excellent depending on which unit you're in and the ambiance of the fountains is nice. Oh and here's a shocking tidbit. They gates nearly always work. Imagine that, a gated community with a drive through gate that actually works? Amazing. Lol, every place prior I have lived in, the gates were nearly always broken. Not here. Sure it breaks when someone occasionally runs their car into it, but they get it fixed fast.

Greenpark has been our home for 4 years. Our stay was comforting and we were well taken care of. The residents living here are all friendly. There is ample of space for parking. Gym is well maintained with upto date equipment. Professionally managed with a great team. Lastly the leasing office are all professional and understanding. They are always there to solve the problems immediately. Great team. Especially like to mention Michelle and Hosey who are doing a magnificent job. We are really missing our time in Greenpark.

This seems like an ideal place to live. The complex is clean, and the service is top notch. Michelle was very hospitable with me and gave so many details about the units I was interested in. There was one studio right next to the highway and she walked me over to make sure I understood the noise level before committing. She was even picking up little pieces of trash while we were on the tour. That's the kind of care and service that is rarely found these days.

I enjoyed living at green park for a couple of years. It is such peaceful, clean and spacious place inside and outside. They have amazingly cooperative people like Jose helping and answering all your questions throughout your stay. One more thing, they deal with maintenance request instantly though this happens very rarely as the apartment is so new- I think I called them only once or twice. They have this mandatory trash valet service for I think $20 which I very rarely used - Green Park I do enjoy throwing my trash by myself😀

Living in Greenpark has been great especially with the support from the office and maintenance team. Most importantly with Tia who has been attentive with our needs and concerns at all times. We greatly appreciate her help and presence, always with a smile and positive attitude.

Awesome. 3 years and counting, we love it from Michelle at the office to maintainance management on top of it. One thing that would make it even better is security cameras around the apartment We appreciate it. Keep it up. Thanks from Helen 😊

I had a great experience living in Green Park. It's like family there. I enjoyed the food trucks and the kid's events. I recommend Green Park if you are looking for a friendly and peaceful community.

It’s a beautiful place to live. Very well-maintained! Great management! Community lives and operates like a family ❤️ We stayed with them for 4 yrs and throughout this time their quality of service and support was amazing!
