Came to this location because it was more convenient, but I rather drive an hour to the other locations. The front desk receptionist was very rude and unpleasant. The hygienist Denise was also rude and smelled of cigarette smoke. Dr. Starling was very unfriendly as well. Everyone seemed so irritated to answer any question you may have had (except Joyya, the young lady with auburn braids who did my x-rays). I definitely will not be back.

I transferred from another GE office and based on that experience, I had very low expectations. I first noticed how clean and fresh the office was. Then I was greeted by a friendly, professional receptionist. Next, there was absolutely no wait time. At the other office, I've waited 45 minutes to an hour. All services performed (cleaning/filling) was fast yet thorough and was absolutely painless. I've never enjoyed going to the dentist but I'm actually looking forward to my next visit.

Today, I got my first clearing from Great Expression (094 Tucker). It was by far the WORST, most PAINFUL, INCOMPLETE, eight minutes, yes eight minutes, cleaning I’ve ever had. Denise R, the hygienist, is very unprofessional, rude, and is not a good hygienist. She became angry when I refused, her $29 cancer screening. As I told her, I did not feel I needed this service, at this time, her response, “well it is not what you want, it is what the practitioner recommends”. Wrong! It is up to the patient. This is the same reason, I refused her $25 toothpaste. Another unnecessary up-charge. At all times, patients are in control of their care, regardless of the type of care. Unwanted or undesirable services and up charges should not be forced on patients. Patients have the right to refuse care and services at anytime. I did speak to the Dentist about my concerns, but long story short, I was not impressed. In closing, one thing I will say is Ms. Mellissa at the front desk is the most kind, gentle, caring and most professional Office Manager. She was so sincere and concerned. Even more than the dentist. I don’t recommend this dentist office.

Everything was nice from beginning to end. Free parking same day appt, plenty info upfront, detailed description of each step in process, front desk was kind polite and efficient I appreciate that, nice facility convenient location, my dentist was prompt and knowledgeable. She was quiet but she showed concern for me and my concerns from the first time I met her

After completing my paperwork, it was intimidating to say the least when it was time to see the doctor. I was not mentally ready but physically ready for the extraction to take place. The procedure was harmless and completed in a short time. However it was the team to comfort me with confidence that everything was go to be alright. Thank you

The dental hygienist that I worked with today was very kind and encouraging when it came to my plan to get my periodontal issues under control. She was very personable and made me feel comfortable and confident with her care.

I had chipped a tooth...and finally called to handle it because of upcoming surgery. Called GE... they fit me in same day! Everyone was sooooo nice... and helpful. Dr Starling is an artist! And Conrad's was amazing. I've been coming here a long time. Life got away from me and it's been a year. But they are wonderful, and I am back!

The staff and dentist are very professional and courteous. They will do everything possible to get you in on an emergency visit. There’s usually never a long wait for the appointment. I highly recommend this dental office!
