I used to have bagels from Einstein Brothers every week when I worked in Midtown Atlanta. After I was downsized out of that job, didn’t have any more bagels from them. Saw them on DoorDash and had to get some brunch. I ordered the “Bacon, egg and cheese brunch box”. It arrived quickly, complete and packaged very well for delivery. I’ve always loved their Asiago bagel so that’s what I ordered today. It didn’t disappoint. Bagel was delicious and chewy, and toasted well. The bacon was cooked well and crispy, the egg over medium. And Tasty mild cheddar topped it off. Never even heard of twice baked hash browns before today. It’s kind of like a biscuit/fritter made from hash browns, cheese and spices. Was pleasantly surprised. The blueberry muffin was as moist and tasty as I remember them to be. Overall I enjoyed the brunch a lot. No qualms about ordering from here again.

There are literal chunks of DIRT on the lettuce in my sandwich. They clearly didn’t wash the lettuce. I will assume that everything else is unwashed including tomatoes, cooking utensils, hands….?!!! That’s gross and unacceptable. I paid $10 to eat dirt from this location. Unfortunately, this location was the go-to spot for much of the food for our work events. Sadly after others hear of this incident, it’s unlikely that this location will continue receiving our business.

Great customer service from Makenzie! She recommend a breakfast sandwich with customizations to cater to my dietary needs. Only downside is the cinnamon roll could have been fresher. Still giving 5 stars 🌟 for the awesome customer service! & the sandwich was delicious 😋🥰

Usually stop by in the morning for coffee and a bagel. If you have the app coffee is free and unlike other companies you can load your card with just what you need at the time. Bagels come stuffed with cream cheese and coffee always tastes fresh The service is good as well. Although drive thru can be a bit faster.

Nice, predictable bagel chain. Store are well designed and this one includes some local references. Service is quick and friendly. We just had a bagel and coffee. Both we very good. Nice seating inside and on the patio. Only complaint is trash was evident in hard to reach places and flood needed sweeping at 12:30 am.

Don't tip until you receive your food. This is a lesson I'm learning slowly and sadly. Weirdly unpleasant experience here. Bacon on a bagel that was requested without. Neither bagel toasted, nor was this offered at the register. One bagel not cut properly. Support places with your money that don't leave you feeling unsatisfied and full of regret. lol (Seriously though.)

Update: tried them again, same order + same result. Requested no capers, they put them on. Such an easy thing & yet they can’t accomplish it. Won’t be back. // Not the best EB that I’ve been to but also not the worst. I agree with another reviewer in waiting to tip until the food is received as the wait was over 10 minutes once at the pick-up window - only two items ordered. The lox bagel itself was tasty but a requested item to take off (capers) were left on. Fortunately this wasn’t an allergy request but can only imagine if it was. It seems the employees are doing their best but room for improvement should be a high priority for this location.

All nighter sandwich was good I subbed bacon for turkey sausage but it still worked well with the sauce. They were sold out of multiple bagel types by 11:30. Including the bagel that goes with the all nighter. I thought it was strange that they sold two types of bottled orange juice, but charged 10¢ less for bottled orange juice that came in one of the Einstein bros cups.

Waiting 30 mins for just 1 bagel with egg in it, store wasn't that busy, I don’t what took so long for this order. Once the order was done bagel was not toasted well it was cold and the egg tasted weird and cold. Not worth waiting 30 mins. (I would’ve not complained if the bagel was good).

Whoever was working the drive-through on February 8, 2023 around 11:30 am had a nasty and terrible attitude way too early in the morning for me. It was my first time at the restaurant so I was having some trouble figuring out what to order for a friend. Decided to just go to another restaurant.

Fantastic service! Fast moving line, received my coffee right away( this is something that has never happened when visiting the Newnan, GA location- usually receive beverages 5-10 minutes after receiving food), very friendly staff, the brisket bagel sandwich was fantastic and it was an overall pleasant experience.

I'd never heard of this place before! We were travelling and looking for a breakfast place and Einstein Bros. Bagels popped up in my search so we gave it a try. We were very glad we did!! The assortment of bagels and the combination of the sandwiches offered were wonderful! The staff was kind and patient, as we needed a bit of time to decide what we wanted! The lobby was neat and clean. Unfortunately, we do not have an Einstein Bros. Bagels in my state but I'm glad we got to experience this Georgia location!!

Good bagels and coffee. Very slow on service but they were busy on this late Sunday morning of May 28, 2023. I’m not sure if that’s the norm, but it took 25 minutes to order and receive my toasted blueberry bagel with strawberry smear. I can’t justify that wait.

Horrible every single time out of cheesy hasbrown bagels at 10 am what’s the farmhouse without the bagel they intended it to be on. Waited 30 minutes for the bagel and it’s cold. Never fails go to north Druid hills location.

Went into septic shock after eating a Nova Lox brunch special ordered thru DD this past Sunday. Not sure if it was the dasher or anything I may have ate the day before (Friday, Chipotle no issues. Sat Quesadillas from Pride parade) but within 3-4 hrs of eating that bagel I had projectile coming out both cavities at the same time. Couldn't even properly alert D-Dash cuz by the time it kicked in I was shivering naked in cold sweats on the bathroom floor! Thought I was dying no cap. I would prefer to think the dasher played a hand due to me not tipping but I'm sure that the dasher did not prepare the food. 2 days later I am just regaining my appetite after losing almost 8 pounds of water weight in less than 24 hrs. *(Update: 4 days later I am figuring out it was the cream cheese Einstein used. I am now certain that this was listeria poisoning due to spoil. Y'all lucky I was not truly aware of my rights I had no idea that I could sue for damages in this scenario!)

Been a good while since I’ve been to one of these. Definitely stepped up their bagel game. Not the front of service. Need to up their coffee quality too. My bagel sandwich was a bit greasy and messy but still tasty. I’d go back. App doesn’t allow you to customize 👎

First impressions are extremely important when trying new places. Upon walking in the building, you are greeted with the Aromas of sugar and cinnamon, as well as hints of vanilla and coffee. The simple ham and Swiss bagel was very delicate and bursting with flavor with the smokiness of the ham and the bounce of the egg, it was everything for a texture eater. The Texas brisket bagel was immaculate as well. The spicy bagel paired with the tangy, juicy brisket was just phenomenal. Definitely coming back and trying more things!

Stopped by to get some bagels for the week and I ordered a bagel sandwich which was good but egg was kinda smelly. Service was ok but the credit card machine wasn't working So we had to go in.

Slow service. Unorganized operation. Ordered a latte, was served hot milk. Ordered a bagel sandwich with bacon, no bacon was on the sandwich. Quantity control is non-existent.

I love their bagels, when they don't sell out of every flavor I'd like to order by 11am. They could make more of 'popular' flavors (perhaps that could be my issue). Otherwise, very friendly staff.

The cold brew is sooo good. It’s strong and flavorful! I got a vanilla cream cold brew, with almond milk. So flavorful. Definitely one of the best cold brews I have had.

More times than not the service is just ok. I didn't want to write this review because I go all the time, but I find lately I haven't wanted to go as much. The employees that have worked there the longest are great...but a couple of those new ones are just not it.

I love the bagels and the coffee is not bad, what keeps me and my roomie from coming to this location is the tip at checkout without having received the food, also there is no way to bypass the tip when paying with a debit or credit card. I am still wanting to know why I need to tip them for me taking my own food to the table and making my own coffee? I just don’t get how an establishment can expect customers to pay for a service that is not being offered or provided. Yes, I said pay because as previously stated, there is no way to bypass the tip option. So when I want EB I go to Publix and buy them from them, clearly not the same experience but I am not tipping for a service that is not provided, to me that is the same as allowing you to steal my money with my consent and I am not about to consent to that.

This location has a very nice, welcoming layout. The store is very clean and neat. The staff were friendly and helpful. There seemed to be a good number of people coming and going both in the store and at the drive through. But it was never overly packed, so it made for a nice spot for us to sit in a corner and chat with a friend.

Love this place. 4 stars is really because of the scaling back with the hours of operation. Other than that it's 5 stars 💯%.

I really like Einstein bagels at this location the customer service could be a little bit better especially in the drive-through line the employees are a little dry also it could be a tad faster

Had the lox and bagel which was pretty good. My only criticism is the tomatoes and onions were sliced way too thick. It's all about ratio for a perfectly balanced bite.

My daughter and I like to have breakfast at Einstein bagels before I drop her off at school. The counter service here is always so friendly and the bagels are pretty good too. Sometimes they don't toast The bagel as much as I would like but everything else is pretty much always right on points. And Einstein's coffee is great it blows Starbucks away. I wouldn't put it on the level of some mom-and-pop coffee shops in the neighborhood but for a breakfast chain I think they have the best coffee around

This was my first time at this location and they do not disappoint! From the very nice young lady that took my order who was patient and helpful to the man who prepared my bagel. I will definitely return! 🥯

Excellent bagels and an amazing environment. My husband doesn’t care about most food places but he loves this one. They have cranberry bagels which is hard to find. They even make hot chocolate the way I like it and I’m a really picky eater. Thank you for moving into Tucker area and thank you for making our stomachs happy.

I’m rating this place on one experience, so might not be the fairest way to do this. But it was so disappointing. I ordered a bagel with egg, cheddar cheese and a tomato. It was truly one of the most pathetic sandwiches I’ve ever bought. The cheddar cheese slice was micro thin. I mean like a 32nd of an inch thin. And the tomato was also super thin and old and mealy, and I’ve never seen an egg so thin. It was crazy. Like there was a contest in how to make the ingredients as thin and non-existent as possible. Why not a nice thick slice of cheese, a fresh tomato and a better, fresher, thicker egg. McDonalds is better.
