People might complain about the wait time. I know I do while I'm waiting. Lol. But the truth is, there are lots of other patients and in and ER, not all patients are prioritized the same. The doctors, nurses, techs, and other staff are always nice here and really care about what they do.

My daughter was to sick we had to wait in the lobby for 5 hrs they never call her back that person in the front office was to rude no passion for the sick people and the hospital was so dirty was a bad experience

From the time I walked in a very nice greeting. the young lady directed me to a tablet to sign in. Waited in the area to be seen to check in with finances. Also very polite. Was then directed to the radiology waiting area for a CT scan. Quiet comfortable space. The technicians were professional and courteous with explaining the process. The entire experience was a pleasant one which in some hospitals are dreadful. I’d highly recommend Banner if you have options. I’ve had good care with great Doctors and medical teams. Being an RN (retired). You take notice of how you’re treated as a patient. I have to say I feel safe and well informed about my care.

Every one in this building is so nice, professional. I didn't wait more that 10 minutes to be seen. Good experience. Thank you, Banner Health!

Thanks Dr Neal for helping me feel comfortable with the upcoming hianial hernia surgery. I'll let you know more about my pacemaker replaced Thursday after seeing Dr Katia at St Joseph Hospital. I asked about the ultrasound sound because I'm experiencing pain in my right side where I have a nerve entrapment and in MD got corizon shots.....nothing here AZ

I really have all good experiences here.my husband is the patient however they are aware of family members on hot days by providing cold water and a huge fan.everyone is so nice.

Wasn't expecting to be at this location today, but they provided the best care possible, friendly staff, professional people who definitely show they care about a patient.

Worth the hour + drive to see them instead of my local hospital. The staff was professional, and courteous. I was roomed with my son within half an hour of getting there. The docs made sure I understood what was going on every step of the way and made sure to answer any questions that came up in a clear and concise manner.

Been on hold for over ten minutes now trying to reach my PCP’s office. I call the office, one operator picks up and redirects me, another operator picks up and does the exact same thing, and then I’m on hold for 20+ mins. Why is it always like this? Banner is terrible.

Quick and efficient, polite staff from the time we entered all the way to the time we left. Two hours on a Monday, not bad at all!!
