It’s a bagel place, but it’s a 5 because it’s a great bagel place. Huge selection and check out all the different versions of cream cheese. The jalapeño one is hotter than you would expect, but SO good, if you like it hot hot hot! The staff is fast and friendly! VictorB

The normal staff is great, it's a shame their getting robbed on a daily basis by their management. Whether directly by them taking the tips and using them for business expenses, forcibly clocking them out for 30 min every week. If they want to Terminate someone, they just remove them from the schedule and ghost them. Not to mention the rampant health Violations, all their cream cheese is saturated in proquat sanitizer, which is not safe for human consumption.

My daughter frequents this bagel shop on her way to school throughout the week. Today she went in as she always does and was met by a creepy middle aged man, that often flirts with her. He greeted her and she politely greeted him back, and he looked her up and down and said “I’m better now”. She is 17, and he is clearly much much older. To top it off she orders the same thing each time, a plain cheddar bagel with no cream cheese. This same older man made her order, gave her a hard time about not wanting cream cheese on her bagel, as he always does, and when she got in her car her bagel was filled with cream cheese. She went back in to get the order fixed and she was met with laughter from everyone and this same older man said in a condescending way “oh, did I make a mistake?” Followed by some more laughter. My daughter will not be returning as a loyal customer.

Greeted well , the woman who made my order got it right the first time. She even wrote on each what it was, thats never happened before. Was a great experience.

Awesome little bagel spot in convenient plaza. My wife and I tried the Farmhouse bagel, on an Asiago bagel (right) and Rosemary (left) bagel. The price was pretty cheap for the bagels but the drinks were a little pricey. I think the total was $21 for two bagels, a chocolate milk and Naked Juice, of which $8 went to the drinks. Their website has a nutritional value chart for each item. The bagels were perfect and made/toasted fairly quick.

Everything eas ready when I came to pick up my order. Reasonable prices. Free coffee when ordering though the mobile app.

I felt this store had a lot to offer in terms of bagels, speaking strictly as a customer I would bagel her very often. A delightful delicious scrumptious little bagel can go a long way for a silly little guy like me. I blasted

This place was wonderful. The coffee was good and the bagel sandwich was awesome. The manager working had great customer service and welcomed us as if we were old friends. :)

I just wanted to share how grossed out I was after ordering my bagel and peanut butter to see the employee go straight from serving up meat to handling my food. Not exactly sure what the point of gloves is for if you're not going to be sanitary with cross contamination.

Great everything bagels! Everything made fresh and traditional way. Awesome cream cheese options... Jalapeño, honey walnut, etc. Bakers dozen (13 assorted bagels) comes with two cream cheese tubs too, best deal. Also make bagel sandwiches that are tasty and pretty hearty.

For coming in right before work, the line moved fairly quickly and the order was correct. The line CSRs were great. Cashier was a 2. No eye contact, check out was done with minimal effort. Maybe having a bad day. Atmosphere too loud with line and cashiers yelling out specialty items .

Always great and fresh no matter when you come in. Staff friendly and helpful. On Mondays in their app you can get the Baker's dozen for $9

As I sit, drinking my coffee and eating my jalapeño cheese bagel I am thinking about how wonderful it would be if I could live here and just eat my breakfast every morning and enjoy the company of the find people that work here. Thank you Karla

It's a new location for me. It was clean. The staff was efficient and cheerful. Food was good as akways.

It definitely cured my craving for a bagel. The farmhouse is amazing, pastrami is delicious. You've also got to try the twice baked hash browns.

The manager of this Brueggers is awesome! He is always friendly and smiling and he always makes everyone feel great!

Best Brueggers in town (and I've been to all of them.) Friendly staff and an upbeat atmosphere. Light background music not blasting. Just a happy relaxed place!

Nice variety, but bagels could be better. I got a variety and i have to say Paneras are better, though truthfully, the best are at kaufmans in Skokie!!!!!
