Beyond
garbage
experience
tonight.
The
order
was
not
packaged
per
standards
which
made
it
confusing.
We
ordered
two
custom
$5
box
meals
through
the
app
plus
two
extra
tacos.
The
box
meal
sides
were
tossed
in
a
bag
all
haphazardly
and
everything
else
was
stuffed
into
one
box.
I
ordered
two
different
box
meals
for
two
households
expecting
the
meals
to
be
packed
as
they
should
be.
When
I
asked
where
the
other
box
was
she
went
to
check
and
came
back
to
say
her
manager
told
her
it’s
all
there.
I
counted
the
main
items
in
the
box
and
counted
5
which
meant
1
thing
was
missing.
I
questioned
this
again
and
the
cashier
kept
whispering
she
knew
items
were
missing
from
my
order
and
how
sorry
she
is.
I
refused
to
leave
until
the
order
was
fixed.
The
manager
comes
back
after
repacking
the
items
the
way
they
were
supposed
to
be
and
said
in
the
weirdest,
skin
crawling
condescending
manner
that
he
hopes
I
have
a
better
night.
We
got
home
and
found
a
chaotic
and
gross
mess
in
the
boxes
with
the
wrappers
being
open
and
orders
wrong.
My
mom
was
so
livid
that
I
couldn’t
stop
her
from
going
back
to
complain.
My
mom
pointed
out
that
we
requested
no
lettuce
and
that
there
was
lettuce
and
the
manager
told
her
they
were
right
and
us
wrong
because
we
never
made
a
request.
We
are
disputing
the
charge
with
our
bank
and
sent
an
email
to
corporate.
This
is
not
how
you
treat
customers.
Sure,
it’s
fast
food
but
people
are
people
and
you
treat
one
another
well.
All
in
all,
this
was
a
waste
of
15
min
in
a
drive
thru
(longest
wait
I’ve
experienced
ever
at
Taco
Bell).

different
