Beyond garbage experience tonight. The order was not packaged per standards which made it confusing. We ordered two custom $5 box meals through the app plus two extra tacos. The box meal sides were tossed in a bag all haphazardly and everything else was stuffed into one box. I ordered two different box meals for two households expecting the meals to be packed as they should be. When I asked where the other box was she went to check and came back to say her manager told her it’s all there. I counted the main items in the box and counted 5 which meant 1 thing was missing. I questioned this again and the cashier kept whispering she knew items were missing from my order and how sorry she is. I refused to leave until the order was fixed. The manager comes back after repacking the items the way they were supposed to be and said in the weirdest, skin crawling condescending manner that he hopes I have a better night. We got home and found a chaotic and gross mess in the boxes with the wrappers being open and orders wrong. My mom was so livid that I couldn’t stop her from going back to complain. My mom pointed out that we requested no lettuce and that there was lettuce and the manager told her they were right and us wrong because we never made a request. We are disputing the charge with our bank and sent an email to corporate. This is not how you treat customers. Sure, it’s fast food but people are people and you treat one another well. All in all, this was a waste of 15 min in a drive thru (longest wait I’ve experienced ever at Taco Bell). 0/10 would never recommend this location. Drive 3 min down the road to a different location.

The food was not terrible typical Taco Bell experience. However the customer service was awful they were extremely unfriendly zero manners. Everybody including the managers were not hopeful and frankly kind of rude. This is the first time I've tried this Taco Bell and I probably won't be coming back to this one. I think they definitely need to work on customer service because that is the name of their job title. And receiving my food things were not properly wrapped and all falling out.

This is one of the slowest Taco Bells I've been to. It takes forever to get your meal. With that said, my order is always correct. Guess perfection takes time. The tables inside are not cleaned frequently enough. There are few to no clean tables to choose from when dining in. The soda bar is no longer accessible. The paying customers are inconvienced due to the non-paying guests. There has to be another way than having to wait in line again for a drink refill.

This Taco Bell ways has great service and great food. I have been going there for 5 or 6 years now. Management hires people who care.

WOW the owner must be proud to have Herry as a manager here. The business bad reviews are about him but yet the higher ups nor the owners do nothing about it. I wouldn't ever Recommend this place! Workers are great manager is the worst 🙄 EVER!! Herry NEEDS FIRED!! As long as he is a manager business will keep dieing off. So I placed a order on 01/01/2024. Not knowing there closed. I showed up 01/02/2024 at around10:15am. I spoke to the manager Herry about my order. He refused my business. (But I'm from Ohio this is my 2ed day here as of today so we never met until today) He also give me a non-working number to file a Complaint and to top it off would not Honor my order. When the order was shown to him from my phone Herry Snatched my phone out of my hand from across the counter looked at it and replied with were not making this. I had to call tacobell main number to get a refund and file a complaint!! I have never had any business treat me like this. And now I need to wait 3 to 5 business days to get my money back when Herry could of just made the order. Now I have to drive somewhere else to place the same order for my Pregnant wife.

Went to Wetmore taco bell iith the mother n law and we was thoroughly disappointed. Ordered a crunch wrap with extra cheese and sour cream.. didn't get it.. they burnt it when asked to only heat it half the time and there was barely anything on the inside... asked for them to make me new ones how I ordered it and I was denied..was told that they would have to charge me for new ones.. needless to say they went in the trash and we went to filibertos

They’re skimming you in the $9 boxes tonight. I pulled the lettuce away and there was no meat underneath, just sour cream. 2-23-23 9pm

It's been my experience that the staff has a priority to serve the drive through customers faster then they will help you in the store/restaurant. The customer service skills are okay, but not the best. They could make you feel more welcome if they learned the basics of what good customer service looks like vs. what bad customer service looks like. Other than that, this location is okay.

Drive threw is always fast and efficient! Service is always great and professional!! THE FOOD IS ALWAYS AMAZING! ordered 2 burritos , 2 tacos , one large nacho fries, it was bomb!! 🔥

Service was good, guys was nice but he was busy which I get I work at Taco Bell. But this location every time I go isn’t that great. I work at a school so I get enough time to get some food and go to work. Well today I went through the drive thru and I ordered a classic combo with chips and cheese instead of cinnamon twist and with a spicy potato taco on the side. Instead I got handed a bag with two burritos and a taco. I didn’t look into the bag till I was at work at my desk and realized it wasn’t my order.

Drive thru.....no problem, young girl was polite and friendly. Got food in two minutes from ordering. Food was great, as always......

This location is usually pretty good. I always order in the app and often customize, and they almost always get the order right. There's been a few times where I'm missing sour cream or tomatoes on a supreme taco, but a call and they're always fine with me coming to get it fixed or just replace at a later time. Quality of construction is always good. I never received anything really messy, sloppy or incomplete. Temperature is usually good, but sometimes I get a chalupa where the shell is actually kind of cold. The only real negative is sometimes, especially late evening or early am, the beef used in tacos and such isn't good. It's pretty dry and tasteless, but I suppose I can't expect it fresh at those times.

Drive-through experience: Very friendly staff. The food was served quickly and well. Con: Can you possibly fathom a world in which they actually charge about $6.50 to sprinkle TOMATOES on the 12 taco 🌮 box pack? That's ludicrous!!! Do better Taco Bell. With inflation, society doesn't need your corporate offices trying to get rich off of adding tomatoes to our meal.

We had the chicken Supreme chalupa combo, and normally, it is packed pretty well with the toppings past Sunday it was lacking the fullness that it usually has. I got a soft taco instead of the hard shell, and it was basically a tortilla with a little meat, lettuce, and cheese. I am very disappointed in this visit.

I went through the drive-thru and I didn't have any issues with the order. Love Taco Bell

I don’t expect much out of a Taco Bell order. It’s an indulgent post-bar treat to capstone my myriad of poor decisions of the evening. It’s meant to be adequate. Filling. Sustenance. Tonight… was different. Tonight, I ordered a Doordash order with this Taco Bell which I expect to be disappointment accompanied by missing fire sauce packets I definitely asked for. No. Tonight, there were heroes assembling my post-PBR feast. Who are these unsung heroes on the late evening shift at Wetmore Taco Bell? Who are these gladiators of the Bell Grande? My humble champions? I am a changed man. Portions? Decadent. Exquisite execution on a recipe enjoyed by millions, yet a one in a million delivery on a quaint Sunday morning. I do not know you, nor would I like you. Yes, a wise man once told me- never meet your heroes. So as I write this, my nachos chilling in my quiet apartment … I salute you.
