Great place to order, sit down and have a bite, new and very clean. 2 years after the first review still going here, great spot to get a quick fresh donut. At Christmas time they put up a tree in the lobby and have snow flake sprinkles on their strawberry frosted donuts. Very nice little extra touch fir the Xmas holiday. They also have eggs and sausage for breakfast, a change up from the old days. They also got a tv to watch in the morning unlike Discount Tire where I left my car off to get a flat fixed that only has a radio to listen to while you sit there. So I would much rather sit at Dunkin Donuts for hours till my car is fixed.

Horrible experience. I've been here in the past & it was nothing like this. The cashier only said "What would you like & how much my total was." Wish I would of got her name. Other than that the donuts are good.

It's not a happy feeling leaving your store today. I asked for less ice than I received a few weeks back. This inspired a mess, with the cashier accusing me of trying to "shut her down." What? I just want my iced latte. I never, never, ever experienced this before. I came to your store every Saturday morning this summer, it's usually great.

Can you plz train your people on how to box your product? Maple logs sideways in a box just make a mess. Most of the frosting is on the bottom of the box.

The parking lot at this location is crazy and the drive thru often blocks the road so I have been ordering online and going inside to pick up. I’m not sure what the point of ordering online is if it takes more than 20 minutes to make the order and a long line gets through during the time I’m waiting in the store. They have a lot of staff and they seem to be moving and doing things, it just doesn’t seem very efficient.

Made a mobile order. Small order wasn't ready after 75 minutes. Food sat up on takeout counter for 35 minutes and was all cold. Order was missing multiple items and other items were incorrect. Overall very disappointed and I will never be returning. Also please stop taking mobile order pickups through the drive thru. Dunkin is prioritizing later orders over people already waiting in the lobby.

Have had 4 very good visits with pleasant staff and the correct orders. During 1 visit, ordered a large iced coffee with triple almond milk, was handed an almost black iced coffee by Jr the manager. Asked if more almost could be added, he seemed unhappy with the request but added a few more drops of almond milk. I asked if more could be added and his response was "for this size iced coffee this is the most we can add". I offered to pay for additional almond milk so that I can have a coffee specified to my order. Jr (the manager) grudgingly charged me .82 cents and added the almond milk. But also failed to provide straws for the 2 iced coffees. During our other visits everyone else was friendly.

Mary helped us at the window. She was super professional and made sure we had everything we needed. The guy that took our order ( didnt catch his name) at the speaker was super friendly also . They didn't have the white chocolate for my coffee he was very apologetic and recommended vanilla , it was a perfect choice. The service has definitely gotten better in the last 2 months. I'll be beck because of those two employees.

Literally the nicest openers I’ve meant! I asked the lady who helped me in the drive though about dairy and she was so sweet and helped me out! I sadly didn’t get her name but she was the best! If she sees this keep it up

Will never come here again. They are privately owned and their prices seem a little more expensive than the other locations. Also they don’t have meals, you have to buy each item individually- sandwich, coffee, and hash browns smh.

I'm a transplant from the northeast and grew up on dunkin. I spend far too much time and money there. Proof of this is that it seems half the staff knows me by name on sight. Probably a bad sign LOL. but thanks, the staff are great. And it's reliably Dunkin.

Honestly one of my favorite duncans to go to. Their oatmeal lattes oat milk hot chocolate. And the iced coffees are always the best as well as my matcha lattes with oat milk. I've gone to other duncans and this is on my top fave. The donuts always taste fresh too . The staff is always kind also . Update : go and get there February Donuts and Red velvet macchiato super good 🥰 medium size is large and affordable if ya need that caffeine kick. There heart cookie crumble donuts are so delicious 😄 they have a chocolate ganache filling that im all in for .

This location is only good for their drive thru. Everytime I come into the lobby it is dirty and service is painfully slow. I ordered a wake up wrap and ham/ swiss croissant stuffer...I waited 20 minutes while 10 orders behind me got served in lobby. I love my broadway and Harrison dunkin and always dread days I come to this location

I came in today and got treated badly by the cashier- Emma at this store. She made me felt uncomfortable as she pretended that I did not speak English to her. I am Asian and of course English is not my primary language but I am Us citizen and already live here in the US for over 21 years. I’ve been working in medical field for over 13 years. I ordered 10 chocolate munchkins, 2 glazed donuts. 1 chocolate sprinkles donut and 1 ice caramel macchiato coffee with extra caramel. I didn’t ordered a lot that she messed up all my orders and got frustrated at me with bad attitude. She handed me the coffee, I told her this looked different than what I’d previous ordered before and I didn’t think she made it right. She said she made it right and that’s what it is with cold face. There’s couple behind me had been waiting so I just took the coffee with my donuts and left. I know that it’s a busy morning and work is very stressful, but please do not take on your customer like this. I just came in to order food and drink and of course I paid for them. Hopefully only me got treated this way at this location.
