I've known this restaurant for years. The food is fresh, fast, copious and just plain good. No bells and whistles, nothing fancy. Mexican food done right, Sonoran style. I can't recommend them enough.

Chile relleno carne asada burrito was very good. $9.60. I would definitely recommend going here I also had albondigas soup which was also very good. I did go at 6:30 and they close at 7:30 so we could tell they were not that excited to see customers but the food was very good.

Just a trucker driving through and one of my customers recommended this place.. and WOW am I glad he did!! The cook in the back gets DOWN and makes everything fresh to order.. it is piping hot as I am eating it right now. Great job guys!! And the prices are fantastic for the portions.. not sure how they do it

I stopped by for breakfast burritos this morning. Their service was fast and their food was good. What more can you ask for from a fast food Mexican joint? They even cut my burritos in thirds so we could share them. Very good restaurant.

Pros: - Less expensive than most other Mexican restaurants in town. - Flavor of food is average but good - Salsa has a nice kick - Fast service Cons: - No drive through - Customer service. Employee at the front counter had a scowl and offered no greeting. - Was charged extra for beans in my burrito only to find out they weren't put in.

Wonderful food, and genuinely nice people that take care of you. Prices are reasonable, especially for how good the food is!

Wasn’t the best, they got my order wrong I asked for chicken enchiladas I guess she didn’t hear me say that they were just cheese so I had to add my own meat when I got home. For 15.51$ I would at least hope my order to be right. Literally had a break down with this it was the cherry on top for me today, I’ve been super sick and this is first thing I’ve wanted to eat in days heard to try this place and was very disappointed.

Best Mexican food in town, much better prices than Nico's and all the other chain places. This one is family-owned and operated, too. I feel good knowing I'm getting excellent quality food, made from scratch, getting a better deal and supporting our local small businesses. We always pick Ponchos whenever we can. Oh, and menudo is made every weekend and huge portions too!

Always really good. Super friendly and usually super fast too. These guys are one of the last few places that don’t have outrageous prices and still hook it up! Would definitely recommend!

Went for the first time soon after they opened in the morning for a take out breakfast burrito. The guy serving behind the counter had a very unfriendly, scowled face with no smile or greeting whatsoever. The Poncho Burrito was big which was impressive but had no flavor no taste to it. I thought the pico inside it would have given it some sort of taste but it was very subtle. Disappointed !

Ordered green chili burritos paid then they told me we're out of green chili....ughhh took red chili instead....they were ok not what we were really wanting but they did the job. They were nice full meaty burritos will go back again just to try the green chili ones.

I bought a chicken torta, the chicken was soaked in plain tomato sauce and the chicken was cold. The bread was falling apart old! Hopefully I don’t get sick but for almost $9.00 dollars it was disgusting 🤮! Don’t recommend place is filthy I brought it up to the cashier and she had no care in the world! Not a sorry all she said was I don’t know the company brought the bread yesterday! The only good part was the coke in a bottle! I don’t recommend you spend your hard earned money there!

Ponchos has the best bacon breakfast burritos in town in my opinion. I had my first one sophomore year 2002 and these slap just as hard.

So, had been going to Paco's for breakfast burritos. They may have met their match either Ponchos I oder the breakfast burrito with steak - very yummy and sure to fill a hungry belly - very reasonably priced, nice service and friendly

Fully cooked potatoes at this establishment. My Chorizo burro was crazy good.

We went for Taco Tuesday!! Food was excellent, very flavorful and delicious, you can taste the food was fresh. Our server was thoughtful and attentive. I recommend this place 100 percent.

Cute little shop and the service was great 👍🏾 had the carne asada fries but I think they call them something else - they were DELICIOUS !! 10/10 will definitely come back 😁

The service was bad. The guy taking the order was just looking at us without saying anything. When our order was ready he just put it on the counter without letting us know.

I come for the breakfast burritos! The tortillas are true homemade Mexican Tortillas - not the like the ones you get in a store. If you’re from out of town, this little family owned business will give you a taste of Sonora style flavors. 🥰

Ponchos is clean and well lit . The staff is friendly and attentive. Some of the best Mexican food in town. in town. We had Nachos and a carne asada burro. Will definitely come back .

Had the super nachos...omg like heaven. Sooo tasty!!! The only reason I can't give this place 5 stars is the guy who took my order was a little...off. Not exactly welcoming and it made me concerned about the food, but ordered anyway. Was worth it. Best nachos I've had in a really long time. Teach that guy taking orders to at least act like he cares you're there and it's perfect.

Friendly service, quick service and good food, better than alot i've had at similar places around town, whom shall remain nameless, but yes great food, go in for a bite to eat soon.
