We visited this place as we were staying in Tucson for a night on our way to San Diego. This place is a gem and deserves every bit of love. Kids had a wonderful time. Every shop has something unique about it. Restaurants are really nice. Train ride looked wonderful but it was closed on the day of our visit. Kids did not want to leave this place. You can easily spend 5-6 hours here with family and friends. Plenty of things to be captured in pics and it will stay in memory for a long time. I will visit again if i visit Tucson again. I would highly recommend it. This place has to be experienced. Kudos to people who are maintaining this facility. Plenty of parking available.

Fun areas for children with fair’s like rides. Doesn’t cost anything to walk around. Only shows needs tickets. Many small fun shops like magic, old time photos, etc…

This place was such an amazing hidden gem! I didn't even know it was in town but now that I do I will definitely be bringing the kids back some more. Great gift shops, awesome ice cream and sweets shop, a few rides for the kiddos (definitely take the train ride, worth every wooden nickel ha!), And lots of great photo spots and opportunities! Plus they also have a western gun fight show that looks great...didn't have time to stay unfortunately. Great family outing! Also they apparently have a fantastic steakhouse here too! Don't wear a tie into the restaurant!

We love trail dust town! Everything about it!! It's beautiful to walk around and explore all the old west shops. I love when they have a Halloween event there & the pistoleros gun fight shows are really entertaining! The restaurants and saloon have delicious food, drinks, and a great atmosphere. Pinnacle Peak is my favorite Steakhouse. There's an old west photography shop in there with costumes and props. Visited the magic shop today and that was cool. I've been in the General Store and it's really nice. The opera house is beautiful. I haven't been in the candy shop yet or the other photography place, the breakfast spot and I think there's a place for lodging. There's a bunch of places in there I haven't went into yet. Trail Dust town is such a picturesque little spot to walk around, take some photos and enjoy the atmosphere!

My partner, his daughter and I went to Trail Dust Town over the weekend and we had a great time. I didn't even know this place existed but I found it listed in a Tucson travel magazine. I'm glad I did. Upon arrival, we went into this awesome German chocolate shop. Y'all it smelled so good in there. They even had homemade ice cream that looked so good. We did make some candy purchases. Walking around we saw wagons, a fake jail to take pics and other fun stores like the magic shop. This entire town is inside of Tucson, but everything is western. I've never experienced anything like this before, but we said we would go back at some point as we wanted to eat in the restaurant there. I'm not a big BBQ fan, but y'all it smelled so tasty. We walked around to just see what the town was like. There were other families out enjoying as well. We even saw some guys with cowboy costumes on and guns on their hips. They were apart of the evening show we checked out and it was so funny. It was very fun and had sound effects and stunts the guys were doing. The sound effects were loud and they gave out headsets for the kiddos so they wouldn't get scared This was amazing as I'd never seen anything like this before. The entry into Trail Dust Town is free, but you will need to pay for the shows and fun shooting games or anything else you'd want to enjoy. We paid $8 per person to see the show. If you don't want to buy anything you don't have to. Just go and enjoy and take plenty of pictures. This place is family friendly and wheelchair accessible. There's plenty of places to do selfies and take pics. You will not be disappointed with this hidden gem 💎 #Tonetta

Very vintage cowboy setup in the middle of Tucson was very entertaining. Food was great, near by local shops were fun and friendly. The show is a must watch with top notch actors/actress and very vibrant with crowd. Will definitely be back,

What a fun place to go for a couple, girls night out, or as a family. Lots to do and see; carousel, mini Ferris wheel, train ride, and shows. Food at Pinnacle Peak steakhouse is a must!

We went for dinner here and it was SOO much fun!! I did not expect all the fun little activities. The restaurant only takes reservations of 7 or more so we had to wait a bit for food and walked around. There is a train that leaves every 30 mins and drives around. A gunfight showdown twice nightly (both additional cost). The food was SOO delicious. Staff were amazing and so accommodating of our wild kids. Cannot wait to visit again!!

This place is like being on an Old Wild West Movie Set. This place is great to bring the children, family, date night, or friends. The trail dust town was created to give a sense of inspiration- and it is one of the best locations to visit in Tucson. I highly recommend stopping by and seeing this place if you are new to the area. 🤠

Small shop shopping center molded in the image of the Wild West, and home of the popular Pinnacle Peak Steakhouse. Originally the site of Playbox Theater Company, the design certainly holds tightly to its theatrical roots. Filled with numerous independent shops and restaurants, the grounds also boasts a live stunt pistolero act most weekend nights. There is rumored to be a museum onsite however it could not be located at the time of writing. Regardless, come for the ambiance and stay for the photo opportunities; you will not be disappointed.

Took our kids there when we had a few hours to kill while in Tucson and they loves it. Even our teenagers. They have tons of cute little shops, a steakhouse, a mini train, a wild west show... tons to see and do if you need a few hours of entertainment.

This place offers a nice clean old west vibe. The best part is that this tourist attraction is functional. By that I mean, you can actually go inside the stores. I have been to other "old west" attractions where the storefronts are just facades, fake outside with nothing behind the front. Trail Dust Town has multiple characters in period costumes walking around for photo opportunities. There are a few rides for the kiddies and a train ride (for small kids and adult kids as well) circling the town.

This was worth EVERY PENNY!! We started off on the Train ride, it had tons of exhibits and animatronics. Went to the magic show and loved the tricks, HIGHLY recommend checking it out. Lastly we went to the stunt show, which was my favourite part of the night! The stunts were unreal and the actors were hilarious! If you are in Tuscan, I HIGHLY recommend checking out this place!

If and when in Tucson, you should stop by here. It's a small little town, and they have this cool magic store here. You can take old style pictures📸, they have a few free rides for kids, and the train ride is cute and fun. The bonus is that they have a steak restaurant that, to me, is honestly one of the best steaks I've tried. Also, make sure to wear a tie that you don't like when dining in. Let me know what you think 🤔

several restaurants, outdoor shows, children's train rides, carousel Ferris wheel, all in a place with the appearance of the old west. Here you can take nice photos in this small town. it's fun for the whole family.

An experience worth going to time and time again. From the gun show to the train to the general store it's an absolute amazing experience. I did not find the steak house to be all it was made out to be. However still delicious. But Millie's takes the breakfast for any place in town. Amazing decor. Amazing food.

Very interesting place with western style stores. No fee to get in. Unfortunately most of stores have been closed when we arrived before 6pm.

Cool little hidden place in Tucson. Got here later in the day once it was dark but it was still super cool. Most of the shops were closed but it was fun to just walk around and feel like we were in an old Western town. Definitely a good place to take the kids and maybe watch a show they put on.

We were visiting Tucson and went to see the Pistoleros Wild West Show over a week ago. It was very busy on Saturday night and parking was hard. We lucked out and there was a car leaving. It is a quaint western attraction with restaurants, bars, stores, and a park. There was a country band playing at the park area and they were good. There were vendors selling beer, wine, and food. We enjoyed our visit.

The saloon is great! We stopped there for a drink after finding this place on-line. It's a cute little area with a small cluster of shops. We were there around 5-6 as recommended by what we found on-line, but most shops were closed. We would've liked to been there when more places were open....not even sure if they are?

Cute old west town and store fronts to walk around. Stores and rides are only open in the evening. We wish the stores where open in the day, free to walk the town anytime.

Nice little place to visit with the family. From stunt shows to food. Parking can be a challenge as it brings big crowds, so come early.

Cute, little, tucked in town. We stopped at the mineral “gift” store to explore the candy and old toys. A few restaurants had just opened right at 5pm. The town is kid-friendly, more of a quick walk through to see it for the fun of it.

My little one really enjoyed experiencing riding on the train. The conductor was very kind, and the price to ride was very cheap! The toy store was awesome! Definitely will come again!

The food was really good, great stakes. Great service. And the pistoleros show is great for the kids. They really enjoy it. Nice place to visit when you're visiting Tucson Arizona.

It was a cool last minute stop the gun show actors were hilarious 😂 they also have some really cool stunts! But stay away from the old fashion photos! Dude was really kind of creepy, he was pushing towards more riskay with my sister inlaw who is young and pretty but enough to make it awkwardly uncomfortable! I think we would stop by again to check out more next time

  • 5/5 Jinni T. 7 months ago on Google
Cute place! Lots of different things to do, stores to explore, and sights to be seen! The gun show that performs there Fri-Sun is an absolute must-see!!

Really cute! Small enough for little ones as well as people with mobility issues. Since we went on Wednesday evening, not much was open, including the train, which was disappointing. Our old west photo was fun.

Super Awesome experience for the family. We went primarily for the show. Cowboys vs Pirates. It was great! This is a Family that conducts the show and they celebrated one actors 17th year in the production. The attached photo shows it. They do change up the stories and the action. Every time we go back to Tucson we go see the show. Please contribute to their Tip Jar or Venmo at the end as they put on this production. I would highly recommend if it’s about 10 minutes before the show that you are in line. If not. You might find yourself at the end of the line within 5 minutes. The kids loved the rides. Buy your wooden tokens from inside the store. They have a steakhouse on site for dinner. So look. This is an old place that reflects the Old Days. It’s a small time tourist place that is awesome for a family visit. It is quaint and has its own charm. I like the train personally. Anyway. Have a look. Have Fun. Make sure to stop back. I’ve been going for 20 years and still love it.

(Translated by Google) Is the representation of the Old West, the atmosphere is very suitable for the whole family, there are playgrounds and train ride. The best are the shows of cowboys and their food in meat and cut at Pinnacle Peak. (Original) Es la representación del viejo Oeste, su ambiente es muy recomendable para toda la familia, hay juegos infantiles y recorrido en tren. Lo mejor son los shows de vaqueros, así como su gastronomía en carnes y cortes en Pinnacle Peak.

This was such an adorable little roadside attraction!, we didnt get to go in to many places during to the girus, but just seeing all the relics and reading all the sign made us feel like we were in a western. I recommend to go for great photo ops.

One of the major Tucson staple attractions to go check out. The stunt show is great, The train tour is fun, and Pinnacle Peak is the best steak house. If your visiting don't forget to wear your neck tie to the steak house.

Loved the show!! Very entertaining and good for kids too! Took my rambunctious 3 year old son and he sat and watched in awe the whole time! We went later in the day with a large group and took the train as well. The place had a very calm, chill vibe, and was not very packed. We all had a wonderful time! Would highly recommend and love to go again if I get the chance ????

We enjoy Trail Dust Town. It's a family friendly area with little attractions like a train ride, ferris wheel little kid ride, panning for gold, shooting range with animated props, restaurants and a bar. Pinnacle Peak steakhouse and Millie's Pancake Hause are located here. I wish they'd fix up the animated gun range though, hence 4 stars. Half the guns eat coins and a few of the props aren't functioning. If you find my review helpful please click like. ?

Attended the 3rd birthday party for my grandson. Nice grassy area and the two tents supplied plenty of shade. We were in between the ferris wheel, merry go round and the train rides. The kids didn't stop until it was time for cupcakes!

What a great place for pictures, weddings or just a substantial bite to eat. It's kinda a mini theme park centered around a fantastic restaurant. Though it seems like a steakhouse, and not super-veg friendly, they actually have impossible burgers that are super tasty! Don't forget to wear a hated tie; they'll cut it right off for you!
