    Love the apartment complex! Came in very clean and very spacious. They resurfaced the bathtub and it was very well done! As far as maintenance requests, my recommendation is for any resident to simply follow up with the office every few days or so, while keeping yourself professional and courteous. They will respond in a reasonable time! 🙏

The fan was replaced but the maintenance man put pieces of cardboard to attempt to balance it but the minute I turned it on the fell into the motor. My stove burner is still not safe to use. The fan was never fixed correctly. And now, drum roll please..... they replaced the mailboxes and they had all our mail redirected without our knowledge or consent. The post office has done their part, mail has resumed but my complex will not give me my key. There's food in the parcel locker and my ballots are in the mailbox and I can't get my key. So tempted to get a post office box and take it from my rent. I have not had mail since September 30th. Had to pick it up. This is no way to run a sewage plant let alone a 400+ apartment complex! Been here 15 1/2 years but moving the first chance I get! This place just needs to be condemned. Don't be fooled by how nice it looks it's not. Management is very rude and they really don't care! This is just a pathetic job for them but this is my home.

    I lived in this apartment for about six years and I haven't had any bad experience other than roaches in first couple of years, but in the last couple of years I haven't noticed any roaches. The management is good and they respond to maintenance request promptly.

    My latest maintenance repair process was excellent, and done in a timely manner! It is better within the maintenance section on-site, now that there is an full-time maintenance manager. I have noticed a more focused solution oriented process since this took place.

    There fixing my water heater. The maintenance guys are hard workers so is the entire staff at the office. They all deserve a pay raise for working hard every day. Thank you the outstanding service.

    We want to help our adult son move to an apartment, and Sierra gave us an excellent tour. She also pointed out that a one-bedroom rents for about the same as a studio, which was very helpful info.

    If you read the response to Crystal Bennet’s review posted by the Springs Management ~3 months ago (~Jan 2023), they stated that the hot tub “should be up and running by Mid-January”. There has been a long history of excuses from the Springs Management, old management and new, for years… (“There is a leak that we can’t find, and it needs to get resurfaced.”, “The heater is broken, and we are waiting to get a new one.”, and now “The handrail needs to get replaced.”) When I moved here on October 17th, 2021, I was told that the hot tub was going to be repaired soon. Shortly after I moved in, my neighbor told me that it’s been out of service for over a year. It’s now April 11th, 2023. You can see the attractive view of it that I have outside my apartment. I don’t know how long the fitness center has been unavailable, but I have never been able to use it for the 19 months that I have lived here. They claim that the equipment is broken, and they are having a hard time finding new equipment. Note that their response to her review was “the fitness center will be getting some new equipment in the near future”. Well, that was posted approximately 3 months ago. I'm sure the hot tub will get filled again. It will not be filled for use though. It will only be filled to look nice for new prospective tenants. Today access to the pools are now limited because they replaced all the deadbolts to them without having the new common keys to provide to all the current tenants. Then why replace the deadbolts to begin with? Additionally, announcements for these issues are never posted in emails or text messages, and you just have to find them out on your own inconvenience. They do occasionally request internal survey reviews, but they have absolutely no history of being effective for as long as I have lived here. I'm going to be seeking a different HSL apartment property soon if nothing changes. At least that way I am safe from an early lease termination fee.

    apartments are just a prettier slumps they're website lies there's no 24 maintenance there's barely maintenance they're untrained and unqualified under equipped and understaffed their entire apartment complex every building is crawling with cockroaches and has been for the past 4 years and if maintenance does come to pick something that's a good chance they might electricity themself or blow up the socket or and appliance they are working DON'T MOVE HERE it is not constantly rising rent cost for the poor quality of living don't do it

    The maintenance guy was great. He was friendly, and determined to get me a working refrigerator. I was less impressed that it took nearly a month of calling to get someone to come out. I've lived in this complex for twenty years, and historically almost all my maintenance issues have been resolved within a day or two, so this is a significant outlier.

    Overall the living experience is good. Their maintenance responds quite promptly. It's a bit far from the campus, but the bus stop is quite close so can't complain. Also, you might see roaches occasionally 😑.
