I
am
done
with
this
location.
We
consistently
get
sent
to
wait
to
the
left
and
when
we
do
we
get
wrong
items
or
missing
items.
Today
was
the
final
straw.
We
did
not
get
given
it
even
offered
a
receipt.
Then
proceeded
to
be
given
our
bag
and
thankfully
the
lady
stuck
around
to
confirm
we
had
everything
which
turns
out
we
didn't.
She
went
to
check,
the
system
showed
we
only
got
charged
for
part
of
the
order.
Had
the
manager
come
out
and
showed
them
the
charge
on
the
bank
that
totaled
the
whole
order
despite
them
insisting
that
not
only
was
it
not
like
that
on
the
system
but
that
now
it
was
10:30
so
the
breakfast
was
over.
Like,
what.
We
ordered
before
and
we're
going
back
and
forth.
Ingredients
don't
magically
disappear
or
get
locked?
So
much
back
and
forth
and
reconfirming.
Other
staff
came
out
also
confused
about
what
order
went
to
who.
I
felt
bad
for
a
different
lady
that
was
looking
around
and
walked
back
and
forth
the
sidewalk
with
the
same
items
for
minutes.
And
this
happens
often.
If
you
can't
keep
the
orders
straight,
don't
send
people
off
to
wait.
It
just
causes
chaos
each
time
we
go.
So
things
that
may
fix
this?
-
Ensure
the
golden
standard
of
a
receipt
and
if
one
isn't
given
maybe
don't
push
back
on
the
failings
of
your
staff
-
Don't
immediately
push
people
to
go
off
to
the
waiting
lane
if
it
just
makes
it
worse
when
they
could
probably
just
wait
a
minute
or
two
and
in
turn
preventing
further
headaches
that
actually
prolong
the
process
-
just
better
training.
This
has
happened
too
often
with
different
staff.
There
is
a
problem
in
the
system
somewhere.
