    The people seemed nice, which is why they got 2 stars. I however am extremely unhappy with this order. The drive thru had a weird odor coming out of both windows. Guy was too busying talking to look at me when handing reciept and debit card back. Props on the no look pass though. The large fry was only half filled and fries were still raw, limp, and covered in oil. The burger was cooked but looks like they are cutting back on onions, lettuce, ketchup and mustard. Will be throwing this away and ordering from somewhere else. Thanks for the disappointment.

    McDonald's: Past, Present and Future.Delicious delicious delicious and service 100% Went in for breakfast today and everyone that worked there was at point on everything from the what we ordered til we left. I hope they pay them for what they do it's awesome.💯💯💯

    Not the most glamorous dining experience that you can ask for but, hey, it is what it says on the box -- 'merican fast food. The drive-through and parking lot is rather compressed, with joining to/from the busy Oracle Road being a bit of a headache at times. The staff is less than friendly most of the time.

    Not only do they forget items when they bring them out to you for your mobile order but they are very rude and handy stuff to you as well as throwing your stuff in your car wouldn't suggest going to this place

    I deliver food to those who order, those who work there are very disgusting, they don't work well, they joke by saying that I have to wait 25 minutes to get my food. I don't know why they do that. I have reported them where they should. Now let them continue to do so badly. If they continue to work like this, I believe that you will not have much work in the future and that is bad for you...I paid. I came to pick up my food and they didn't give it to me. they already say that I have to wait for 20 minutes, and they still started yelling at me. I do not know why? Those people shouldn't work like that and even their manager allows them to do it. I give them 0 stars. I hope that in the future all those who work so badly will lose their customers and go bankrupt.

    Overnight crew clips sign saying only doing doordash and Uber eats orders due to " understaffed" crew wouldn't even take our order for two iced teas at 3:45 a.m. don't understand what is going on at this location where they can't take an order for do drinks when there's nothing clearly going on at the. When pulling to the and asked if we could order two iced teas the employee stated that they couldn't because they're "systems are down" if their systems are down how are they able to take Uber and doordash orders? And their sign says do too understaffed not because of systems being down. And the other just says uber and door dash orders. I have never heard of this. I mean really not even two large drinks? This one is going on the NoGo list with the River location.

    First impression, outside around the building looks good free from debris and litter. The building itself looks updated clean windows fresh paint squared away. Inside is the same as outside updated clean inviting for lack of a better word. The food was hot and fresh very enjoyable. Overall you can tell someone cares about first impressions and that's a good thing. Keep up the good work, it doesn't go unnoticed and it is greatly appreciated.

    Order a number with an orange juice. The juice was carbonated and my sausage mcmuffin didn't have any meat. Can't go back because I'm at work. Very disappointed. 2 out of the 3 items we not right.

    I am done with this location. We consistently get sent to wait to the left and when we do we get wrong items or missing items. Today was the final straw. We did not get given it even offered a receipt. Then proceeded to be given our bag and thankfully the lady stuck around to confirm we had everything which turns out we didn't. She went to check, the system showed we only got charged for part of the order. Had the manager come out and showed them the charge on the bank that totaled the whole order despite them insisting that not only was it not like that on the system but that now it was 10:30 so the breakfast was over. Like, what. We ordered before and we're going back and forth. Ingredients don't magically disappear or get locked? So much back and forth and reconfirming. Other staff came out also confused about what order went to who. I felt bad for a different lady that was looking around and walked back and forth the sidewalk with the same items for minutes. And this happens often. If you can't keep the orders straight, don't send people off to wait. It just causes chaos each time we go. So things that may fix this? - Ensure the golden standard of a receipt and if one isn't given maybe don't push back on the failings of your staff - Don't immediately push people to go off to the waiting lane if it just makes it worse when they could probably just wait a minute or two and in turn preventing further headaches that actually prolong the process - just better training. This has happened too often with different staff. There is a problem in the system somewhere.

    Filthy throughout dining area. A funky odor coming from the drink station... possibly the drain. Strong smell of sewer. Every table was dirty with crumbles, wrappers, trash. Both Sweet Tea and Unsweetened containers were empty. Trash all stuffed into small waste containers on drink station. Large trash bins overfilled. It was Free Double Cheeseburger day on my app. I was hungry and in the area so I i popped in. What a filthy location on Oracle and Wetmore.

    Its a really hit or miss location for a McDonald's. Either my food is good, with good service. Or the food is stale, tastes hours old, and the workers act like you are bothering them by merely existing. And with the fact McDonald's is becoming over priced, with subpar food, I'm not sure the nostalgia of a Big Mac is worth coming here anymore.

    This place is a ghetto and isn't set up for dine in customers, if you need napkins, gotta make sure you ask for extras or wait in a slow line again, if you need a bathroom, gotta ask for the code, no lids or straws available, gotta ask someone at the front. I get the drive thru is priority in fast food, but you still need to attend the building for dine in customers. Serious lack luster service with mouth breathing workers who drag their heels to complete a request or serve a task. This location is definitely the ghetto special ed class no one wants to go around. Absolutely the worst McDonald's in town and if it ever closes it's doors I'd love to see a Wendy's take it's place.

    It’s 2am, and I’m gonna check my order. I’ve had several mess ups before, at this time, and at this location. No need to ridicule me, or stick your head out the window and yell, and stopping me for checking my order…I’m certainly going to double check my order before I leave. No, I do not trust the staff at 2am.. they constantly mess up. How hard is it to understand: no pickle, extra onion?? Why is it, that I usually always receive the opposite? Double pickle and no onion? So YES, every time I will check my order at the window. But to be yelled at about it? Of course I don’t trust the incompetence of workers at this hour.. if one is smart,… no one would… but it’s still the only place open, and hunger gets the best of a person…. That being said… 2 stars..

    You'd think that after paying a TWENTY SIX dollars for 2 LITTLE breakfast sandwiches, 2 GREASY hash browns, a soda and a small orange juice that you would at least get the right food. You'd be wrong. I have eaten here maybe a half dozen times in the past 2 years and they gave NEVER gotten my order right. NOT ONCE. McDonald's has always been trash, and now it's extremely overpriced trash, and on top of that this location has absolutely pitiful service. How hard can it be to put bacon on sandwich instead of sausage? It's on the screen. I assume reading is probably a pre requisite of getting the job, right? It seems like it would have to be. Don't go here. A real restaurant will cost the same amount and you'll get decent food instead of grease trash.

    It says this location is 24 hours but twice now I’ve gone at around 12am and they have the drive thru blocked off. All the lights on and cars in the parking lot but not serving food apparently. The hours should be changed online if they are not correct that this location is not 24 hours.

    I pulled up and saw the line of cars and I already knew I was going to be sitting in that line forever. To my surprise I ordered quickly and my food was brought out fast too! The customer service was great. I’m really glad there’s been a change at this McDonald’s. Thank you to the night manager, she’s awesome!

    Drive through at lunch time. Vehicles were moving through quickly...The order was taken quickly and with no mistakes. However upon leaving the drive-through and arriving back at work (2 min away) with the food there was no straws, no sweet-and-sour sauce for the chicken nuggets, ask for extra mayo on the spicy chicken sandwiches and there was no Mayo at all, and the double quarter pounders weren't even cooked all the way. My fries were barely warm, can't voucher for the others orders in that aspect. Not thrilled with the location across from the Tucson Mall at all.

    I give Julie five stars minus one for the first window cashier with all the devil tattoos. Very demonic, and his look was very evil as well since he couldn't see my order, he said get off and come inside. But Julie always had me order ready, So much Julie!!!

    The workers here are so unprofessional, disgusting and careless. I ordered food and the fries weren’t fresh and super salty. I come inside and and there’s one girl cursing left and right and there’s kids present. The other lady in the back was SITTING ON THE COUNTER WHERE THEY PREPARE THE FOOD! This restaurant needs a whole new team.

    I asked for coffee to be remade because it was super watery and the lady in the front was extremely rude and giving attitude for no reason. I was nice about it too. I never return items or asked for them to be remade but I was with family and they were all unhappy with their coffee and they only speak Spanish so I had to translate. She had dyed blonde hair with dark roots and glasses. I’m pretty sure they gave us the same coffee too since she asked for them back. We asked for them to be remade with the cream on the side the second time around and they still dumped the milk in there which makes me think they gave us the same ones. Watch out for her if you don’t want your day ruined bc she’s rude. I’ve literally never made a review but this sucked 👎🏼 food is probably good but don’t come here for coffee!!!

    The staff were doing their best and very friendly, but it took ages to get my food. I ordered the adult Happy Meal and was told after the long wait that they didn't have it anymore. The ordering machine shouldn't have non-available items.

    Customer service was horrible. I tried using my free rewards. Gave the drive through person. My code he said it didn't work. But it still took my point away. I still try to get my free point food drove thru Hispanic young man was really rude he was at the window now at 6:28pm today is 9/21/2023 do not use ur code there u. But what a coincidence that my husband used his and his went thru

    I was all excited I got my free ice cream and I really wanted some ice cream today got to the store order an iced tea And I never got my ice cream after about a 15 to 20 minute wait I left after being ignored for most of that time Was never told they didn't have ice cream as I stood there and watched the manager Refill the ice cream machine and (get it all over his hands....) apparently they couldn't find the ice cream mix that's why there was no ice cream ready for myself or for the doordash order. They were given a refund. Me I was ignored. Maybe it was best I didn't have it. Keep the reward macdonalds....

    Amazing service, good food. We just got back from the mall and wanted to get lunch and I found out I was bleeding, I went in and they helped me with everything and even made sure I was OK, definitely recommended.

    Family of four (mom getting a combo, dad getting a combo, and two kids happy meals). First they rang up our order wrong. I corrected them at the window. They sent us around to wait at the front "because they were waiting on the burgers to cook." After 20min of waiting, I went inside to check on our order. They said they were still waiting on it to cook? At the 30min mark, they bring out the food. It's the wrong order. The one I corrected them about at the window. We also requested a sandwhich with no tomatoes due to allergies, but all burgers had tomatoes on them. And the burgers were all cold - not the "we're waiting for them to cook" temperature you'd expect. So we waited 35min for cold, wrong orders. I asked for a refund.

    If I could give less than a star I would. Ordered breakfast. Got the 2 for 4.50 sandwiches and the hash browns made to order. Today they were not cooked fully, DRENCHED in grease, and absolutely disgusting. Not to mention we ordered three, they only gave us one and we had to go back inside for the other two. Don’t go to this McDonald’s.
