I have been here twice in the last 10 days or so and both times have been bad. The first time our drinks were drenched in soda and tea on the outside of the cup. Also they forgot the bacon in the club sandwich. The second time was through the drive through with a mobile order and the drink was drenched again in tea. I saw the girl make the shake and it was just ice cream. I couldn’t drink it through the straw. I’ve seriously had it with this location. Also the employees make me feel like I passed by a judgmental clique in high school. I don’t mind waiting for my food. I hate that they are rushing to get rid of me while sacrificing the quality of my food that I’m paying a lot of money for. I suggest you forget this location!

Like any other Chick Fil A, this place is large, clean, has delicious food and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The kids area is open again! They still have curbside and drive thru open. I highly recommend getting the app because you earn free rewards.

The staff is great through the drive-through. Sometimes, the chicken is dry. Sometimes, it is right on. The sauce is so addicting. If they make spicy chicken, why not spicy chicken nuggets? It might have taken away from the dry chicken. Just saying

I have been to a few different stores in a couple states. Was super excited to be able to have it in my home state. I finally decided to try it. Unfortunately it was not even close to the same experience I have previously had. Employees didn't seem happy. I understand different stores and different states.. the sandwich I got the grease seemed to be old. The breading was burnt,not a lovely golden brown. That is the only item I got. However, I am willing to go back and give it another shot with a full meal. It's not gonna be enough to send me away. Just love me some chick-fil-a foods!

FLAWLESS SERVICE EVERY TIME!! I don’t interact with the staff often, but every time I have it has been so pleasant, and I commend every staff member for contributing to such an overwhelmingly-positive atmosphere. My review is most for their Postmates/delivery orders. I am not exaggerating when I say they CONSISTENTLY nail my order. EVERY. TIME. The sauces I order, I’ve noticed, are the exact amount that I order. How many restaurants do that??? The amount of sauces you ask for is EXACTLY what you get. Not to mention the food is always delicious! I’ve been ordering from here for the last several months, and each time my order is perfect. Everyone at this location ESPECIALLY those in charge of online orders are doing fantastic, and it’s amazing to know, when I visit or order from this location, my expectations are not only met, but exceeded!! Thank you all for everything you do, I’m sure I speak for many customers when I say we notice and appreciate all of your hard work!

Went in with a friend to eat inside. My friend and I ordered separately and his food came before mine. I waited an extra 10 minutes for my meal. People were getting their meals before mine when I had ordered before them. I was upset and the worker came and asked if we needed anything. We had told them I was still waiting for my meal. They apologized and brought my meal out but my sandwich was cold. The fries were hot and fresh just not the sandwich.

I'm obsessed with this salad. You gotta try it.

We ordered food for my son and his friends on his birthday. Since we live in CA, we couldn’t be with him. This store went the extra mile to include a sweet card and message. Chick Fil A is delicious but this was just above and beyond and we really appreciate it.

Food is delicious as always and the costumer service is really nice!! One thing I did notice though is that all other locations I go to fill up the small Mac and cheese bowl to a normal filled amount but this places leaves a lot of space. They really make sure that the small size is smaaaall, this was only a few bites compared to other places being a meal. I’m not sure if you get what you pay for but food was still delicious!

When pulling in the parking lot one can see every thing is clean and swept outside. No overflowing trash cans. Inside is friendly and helpful with attentive staff. Lunch time is very busy but the staff make it quick and as always the Chicken is outstanding.

Look…. I don’t make corporate complaint but this is about to be my first time. Come on now Chick…. I can’t get a whole egg cut up like yall use to do??? Are egg on the endangered list? Did chickens go on strike?? Then yall want to tell me you cut up 6 chicken strips and put it on the salad…… come on…..

Chick-fil-A always has the friendliest staff. This is real customer service like no other national business in the U.S. Quick friendly service and the chicken is the best. I have tried MD attempt at a chicken sandwich and its absolutely awful or Chick-fil-A has spoiled me as to what good chicken taste like.

The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious. They coke was strong like it should be. Fries were just right too.

First time trying Chic Fil A breakfast and I was very pleased. They have one of the best chicken biscuits in the nation. Their biscuits were moist and flaky and paired perfectly with their crispy chicken, added honey, perfection!…especially for the price.

One of the nation's favorite chicken 🐔 spots the cows recommend. Their grilled chicken nuggets were definitely worth the 12 piece option. Plenty of seating. Parking is a bit of an obstacle with the drive up cutting through and now located next to a Dutch brothers. Near the Tucson mall and other surrounding outdoor shopping, immediately off of the main road. Enjoy

Great chicken and great service, nice, clean plane to eat. We just visited and a part on the play area set was broken, they fixed it within minutes, and I luv that the play area is clean too. We'll definitely be back.

I've never had any issue with chick-fil-a they are always on their a game and provide some of the best service a fastfood chain can give. No matter how long the lines may be I know it's not going to be that long of a wait. The food is always fresh and they don't skip out on sauce

I don't know what's happened to this Chick-fil-A it has gone downhill terrible. I was in there at 10:25 a.m. and ordered mac and cheese and they refused to sell it to me. Until 10:30. I've been in here many times before to take it to the school for lunch and I've had no problem but like I said this Chick-fil-A has gone downhill terrible I am no longer coming here the lady in the Drive-Thru at that time short red hair with glasses was extremely rude. You don't like your job get out

I went through the drive through today, and ordered 2 meals and some other items. I only received 1 of the 2 sandwiches that were supposed to be included in the meals. The only sandwich that I did get, was cold and looked like they didn’t even bother warming up the bread. This is the second time that I have gotten items missing.

I can't explain how amazing this location's team is. I'm there several days a week to do work on my computer for HOURS (Long-story). I've met the owner/ operator, Travis Kuhn, and even he was working behind the counter and very friendly. Specific shout out to Beverly, Largo, Keenen and Lily. If I'm upset because of my work day (hospice nurse), I still leave with a smile. The team is mostly pretty young, but dang, what a class act. They are great with kids and you'll leave feeling blessed.

New honey pimento cheese sandwich is a flavor party in your mouth. It's a amazing combo of flavors. Go get you one..

Your mobile app is horrible as far as giving options for: curbside pickup or drive thru pickup???!!!! What???!!!! I ordered on the app, and the app gives these two options, well, the first area a customer sees when driving in the parking lot is: the drive thru pickup area so I parked there. I guess I needed to park @ curbside which is completely hidden. The staff kept coming in and out and delivering at drive thru parking area where I was parked but kept skipping my car. I called after 10 min of waiting and the girl said I was parked in the wrong area. You would think that if they saw the description of my vehicle in the mobile app order that they would figure it out and that I’ve been waiting for my order for over 10 minutes, and my order was inside unclaimed for 10 minutes, and that they would put 2 and 2 together and figure this confusion out. POOR MOBILE APP OPTIONS FOR PICK UP. Get rid of the curbside pick up area and make it all drive thru parking!!!

I love the food here, but the service I received was terrible. I asked for a spicy southwest salad with no peppers, which I have always ordered that way for years. The girl at the drive-thru told me they couldn't make it that way because it comes in a blend. I explained that I had ordered it that way before, but she refused to let me talk to a manager. I insisted on paying at the window to ensure I could get the salad I wanted or order something else. When I approached the window and asked the same question, the girl got me the manager without any issues. I believe that if you ask for a manager, the employee should respond positively, like the girl at the window did.

Quick turn around for food and ordering. The guy taking my order was very nice and helpful. Food was accurate and my daughter was satisfied. Thanks “Chick-a-lay”, as my 3 year old would say

The cars lined up in the drive through were not moving so I went inside to place my order. The workers inside looked like they were moving in slow motion, almost like they were drugged. Fast food is no longer "fast" at this restaurant.

I was able to special order my market salad and kid's meal. Excellent service and a happy family.

I would have given them another star if I could! My husband messed up the drink order and when I said I needed to pay for the 2 large lemonade he forgot to order they just gave them to me! Every Chick-fil-A treats their customers extra special.

Polite employees but got my order wrong and didn't ask the size for any drinks I had in a 4 COMBO order. After I brought it up to the drive thru handler, they kinda just forgot the rest of my order and gave me the correct drinks. Any other location would be better than this one.

Great chicken, the nuggets are my favorite. Their spicy chicken strips are really spicy and flavorful and their sauce is delicious. The only problem I had is I ordered only nuggets and two things of spicy chicken strips but got charged for that and a large fry that I didn't order. This location has had a problem with my order before but the taste ensures that I'll be coming back.

I give my side Chick a 10. Spicy sandwich is amazing with their tasty House Sauce & Ranch. The service always exceptional - friendly faces to start and speedy kitchen to end along with a clean and safe environment. Woudn't think to give it anything lower. Great job.

I love chick fil a but this location is very inconsistent with the food quality. My breakfast is always cold. I just waited about 15 min on curb side and the breakfast was cold. Drink was size toddler just because it's the flavor of the month but yet I paid the same amount. There was a bunch of fries crumbs in my hasbrowns. I never write reviews but I'm tired of it. I always give them the chance because I do like the food but the quality always disappoints. Also some times I can get full box of hashbrowns and full breakfast bowl sometimes its 5 hashbrowns and a couple bites of the breakfast bowls. Not cool.

Always enjoy a trip to Chick Fil A to satisfy my craving for chicken! Whether I order online or in line or in the drive thru, I feel like every order gets priority. I rarely have to wait long, and the food is always warm and delicious. I love to give business to places that are closed on Sundays too. Would highly recommend!

This has to be the WORST chickfila I've gone to. The line is ALWAYS long and slow, food has a funny taste and is COLD and the people are RUDE! This is not the typical experience from Chick-fil-A. Coming from the south where Chickfila is rated really high, this is for sure a sad let down of a place. I have given it numerous of tries at various times and it's all the same. Save your money!

Well I ordered online, went to the curbside pickup and put the space number I was waiting in, 30 minutes later, still nothing so I went into the restuarant where they finally bagged my order after it had been sitting there for probably the 30 minutes was waiting outside. All the ice was melted in the drinks and food was cold and extremely chewy. If you go, order inside or the drive thru. AVOID ONLINE AT ALL COSTS.

My first visit to Chick fil A. I ordered a regular chicken sandwich with waffle fries and unsweetened tea. It was actually pretty good. White meat chicken that wasn't dry. Lots of seating, service was fast. Unsweetened tea was good, not bitter. Waffle fries are large, good, and condiments are at a separate table. Play area for kids. Staff member checked in with us which was nice. Overall, good experience. Only draw back is drive through blocks the crosswalk making pedestrians walk around and/or through cars. Not ideal. Potential hazard.

A few family members and I had a girls day this past weekend. We hadn't been on this side of town in some time, so we were checking out some of the local stores. We all worked up an appetite and of course we all love Chick-fil-A so we had to stop. We walked in and immediately we're greeted in the most friendly manner, you wouldn't think you were at a fast food restaurant. Everything from there was up and up. Service was incredible, food was hot and hit the spot, and we left happy, full customers. Completely blown away by our experience. We knew we were going to love it, but the service alone heightened everything for us.

Slow, slow, slow! Horrible drive through service, started with one long slow line, they opened up a second line but of course I had cones to my right so the guy behind me had quick service after he swerved over. No, I get stuck with some fantastically slow employee, watched four cars go through the other lane while mine processed just one. Not again, I'm done.

While the service and atmosphere were great, the food itself didn't have that crispiness so advertised.
