It's easier to call tricare to get things done than this place. Calling this place trying to get anything done is impossible. You'd also think they would be better at their jobs considering how often they are "closed for training"

If you can go off base do it. Don't want to share too much but if you want to be talked to like a capable adult and want a nurse/doctor to listen to you and your medical history, this isn't the place for you.

This is a long wait process just to get the prescription. The people that works on that pharmacy are not happy of their job, very rude. Overseas has way better customer service.

“Closed today” is the squadron motto. Don’t bother trying to call the appt line unless you’re willing to burn some leave while waiting.

Had a decent doctor for less than a month and I was transferred to another new one. Also wasting my entire morning waiting to be seen when I could be working is a huge waste of government money. This med facility must be trying to do be awful. A sounds like they're having a party in the back... That's awesome...

Obviously if you are looking here you have no choice but to go here, the wait is long and to get appointments are crazy These guys lies, they say they call you, tell you your number but have no calls or missed calls, travel 45miles one way just to reschedule such BS. Avoid if possible.

**Update on my Visit MHS Patient portal is awesome! The providers and their staff will call you either that same day you sent your message or the next. I was able to request for an appointment with no problem. Also a lot has changed over the year. Dental has great customer service and better dental assistants that do excellent work. The PCP's have also gotten better and I really enjoy my Ortho Doctor because he actually listens and not brush off the issue I've been having. This is my experience. **Previous review from 3 years ago Worst service. I called to schedule a follow up appointment and the lady on the phone said she will give a nurse the message because Nurses are the ones scheduling appointments. It's been 2 days still no call, so I have no choice but to go to Urgent Care or the ER since my sickness has worsen. Also the lady on the phone had an attitude.

To book an appointment is usually a month or two out… When finally get to be seen, it is only to get a referral... No further care.

I cut myself by accident the night before. Woke up the next morning and I was still bleeding. Came in the morning to see if I could get Basic First Aid to stop the bleeding. They told me at the front desk I need to go to the building next door to register first. Then suggest I go to off base treatment. Is this a 3rd country? No because in a 3rd world country they would at least administrator Basic First Aid.

They say they will text but won’t. When you’ve waited 1.5 hours and finally ask about an update they give you your prescription that has been sitting behind them and say “there must’ve been a glitch on the computer”. Always a waste of time.

Remember they’re closed every third Thursday of the month for “training”. But what they really should train for is answering a phone. I truly believe their phone system is meant to deter those seeking help. Bottom line: they never answer their phones. If you can go in person you can get seen relatively fast with good care. I gave 1 star because of their lack of phone usage. “Accelerate change or lose”

Had an ingrown toenail and they ripped the whole damn thing out after the numbing cream wore off, didn’t tell me any aftercare procedures, and made me wait at the pharmacy for at least an hour for 5 pills.

Patient Advocate really helped me with figuring out care for Skillbridge Airman.
